This hotel is definitely worth going back to for the stunning views, they completely blocked everything else.
So in order:
They arrived at 6:55 while they waited for all the passengers to arrive (about an hour). We were in the department around 9:00 a.m., of course they wouldn't give us a room, they didn't plan to pay extra. They left their suitcases and went to breakfast. We arrived on June 8 and as we understood, it was not yet the season. The hotel was crowded with Turks, it was very conspicuous at breakfast, huge dishes on the tables, very loud, giant queues for everything, very messy, the feeling - that they just didn't have time to clean. The dishes are always dirty, very (but in Turkey it is the norm now unfortunately). So we got a little upset looking at it all... but decided not to spoil ourselves and go to the pool, of course no one gave us towels, well we had our own. All Turks hang out by the pool (small) with the kids, by the bar. By the pool, it's very noisy, the music is screaming so you can't hear the person watching next to you. Until 14 we stayed there and then we went to get the room (recall, they don't speak Russian at all), we explained with the help of an interpreter that we needed a room with two beds and we were given it. The room wasn't bad, almost everything worked (except for one outlet and a fridge) but we didn't care much. Good new mattresses, which no doubt pleased.

As for food, monotonous. You'll always find something to eat. Meat is given outside, where there's a line, there's meat. On Monday, the hotel became considerably calmer as the Turks left, there was less queue and a little cleaner.

Bars are standard, Inn hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Inn sleeps after 10 p.m.

Beach. Very beautiful sea and views, I liked the call - I don't like to go into the rooms, so the stairs were very handy. Very tired - stairs with partially broken steps, umbrellas to keep to the good word, afraid that at some point will fall on our head, deckchairs are not enough - if you do not occupy them before breakfast (before 9am). There's a bar on the beach- just like the pool. All the standard drinks, we mostly drank beer. By the way, the coffee is terrible, I recommend you order from the bartenders for a fee, they'll boil delicious. It's a free machine.

Very much liked Kusadasi, a beautiful tourist town in the Greek style. On the route 15 minutes.

We came to the hotel on recommendation. We are pleased with it, there are some minor problems, but they are not a big problem and can be fixed. The main restaurant bar needs to be worked a little more meticulously, as it can be seen, it is a bit messy and careless. We did not see anyone with any problems in the restaurant. I did not see a manager or a chef during the 1-week holiday. I did not encounter any problems by the pool. The animation staff are very attentive, they take care of everything, even cleaning with their umbrellas. We had a bartender sister by the pool who was interested and didn't see anyone other than them. The evening entertainment of the animation was also very enjoyable, in short, we were very satisfied with the menu, we recommend it.

The view of the hotel is wonderful. We loved the variety of the dishes and of course we noticed that everything was prepared with care. The friendly staff and fun-filled days will never be forgotten. Regarding cleaning, our room was cleaned every day. But we especially loved the animation, we had a pleasant holiday with different shows and competitions every night, thank you Adakule family.

Well where do I start. I understand we would be holidaying with Covid restrictions but that had nothing to do with this quite appalling hotel. On arrival we were basically thrown our key and frog marched to the room which looked like a western bar room fight had taken place in, broken lights and I’ve seen cleaner public toilets. After complaining to a receptionist who had not a word of understanding what we were saying we got show to a new room to be met with vomit down the wall. just haven’t the time to list how rubbish this hotel is, quite frankly there are 2 star hotels out there which are better than this so called 5 star hotel. I would say only 25% of the hotel amenities advertised are open. They closed the beach bar so early you face a 20 min trek to the nearest bar in the lobby. I have just spoken to a couple of other guests who have been here longer and they have spent their whole holiday out of the hotel to avoid the shoddy service and appalling food. Trust me don’t come here you could find a better hotel in Aleppo.

I booked three rooms Oct 2020. Upon arrival, I had to wait for 35 mins as the reception could only find one room booked. Then I had to wait another 30 mins as the electronic keys in two rooms did not work and we couldn't get in.
The room had holes in the bed covers, no hot water at all for three days, yes I did complain and was told there was a problem. One room got cleaned once in three days that was it, no clean towels, we had to ask and are still waiting. Around the pool and more or less everywhere there was broken tiles, lights not working in stairways and in general areas. The food is really really bad and the beer and soft drinks terrible, as if they have been watered down with dirty water. I asked for fried eggs twice to be told "Tomorrow Finished" yet They were cooking fried eggs as I left the restaurant, on the third day again i was told "finished" at 7.35am, breakfast starts at 7.30. I asked for a refund on checkout, got a blank expression, this is the only time i have ever done this ever. upon leaving I told the reception to tell management that their hotel is SH*T. First time I have ever felt the need to do this. Five star my ****, this should be unrated totally. I am emailing the provider to ask for some kind of refund, I have never done this either, but they don't deserve my money, that's how bad this hotel was. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Cannot possibly be a 3 star hotel even.
First of all, we reached the hotel a couple of hours after the check in time, they gave us only one key and they said that you can come later to take another one. We had to pass by the reception 3 times to get another key.
Second, the room is not even standard clean. The towels and bedsheets had stains on them, them room had a bad smell. The bathroom was not clean at all. And during a 4 day stay the room service came only once and didn’t even clean. Lobbies and hallways are so dirty as well.
Third, I have never seen a hotel that doesn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair comb and a hair conditioner.
Four, the food was absolutely terrible and repetitive for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Five, rooms done have wifi.
Six, the telephone in the room to contact the reception doesn’t work, we had to go down all the way to the lobby if we needed something, and most of the times they didn’t send it to the room.
Lastly, it’s a very outdated Hotel, the furniture and it’s style is at least 10 years old.
The whole stay was such a waste of money and a disappointment. I will never stay again in it and wouldn’t ever recommend it to someone.

We had booked this hotel on the basis of previous reviews and images displayed on the internet which when we look now the images these must have been from when the hotel opened. We have been to Turkey before but never stayed in Kusadasi. On our arrival the reception staff were ok one lady much more friendlier than the other. She was able to able to give us the basic information that we needed for our stay. She only issued one room key (we had to ask for another during our stay). The bell boy was able to take our luggage up to the room and he was quite pleasant. On arrival to the room the air conditioning was turned on but it was not great. The room standard was ok fairly clean in some areas. We had one double bed and 2 singles. My daughter moved her bed and the dirt under the bed was disgusting. The bathroom was small especially for a family room of 4 people. On inspection of the bathroom later on it needed some maintenance grubby in some areas.

We left our room to explore the hotel lots of space and generally most of the communal areas were clean. We went down for dinner and was shocked at the standard of food although there is a buffet style of food the selection is limited only catering for Mediterraneans lots of salads, bread, potatoes but limited choice on meats. After dinner we went to the bar and ordered some cocktails from the list. It is locally sourced alcohol but nothing to get excited about. The selection for children is also limited. The bar staff generally ok but also a few rude ones on shift too, no real care for customer service. Breakfast is an absolute joke many days we went with no breakfast the selection is poor, even though they may have boiled eggs and sausages cereal and salads you don't really want to eat this everyday some variety would have been great. It would have been great to have croissants or pastries as an alternative.

The evening meals got better during the course of the week but it would have been great to have some traditional Turkish food and more of a variety. Lunch was ok but the food is an area that needs to be improved to cater for all dietary needs and ethnic backgrounds. The snack bar is also not great chips, burger and pizza. Fizzy drinks everywhere again locally sourced but some juice would have been nice.

The location of the hotel is lovely great views but being stuck on a mountain you need to take the lifts to get around as the stairs will definitely make you tired. With everyone taking the lift there is always a queue to go anywhere in the hotel. The pools are nice lovely with children's slides. The sun loungers are plenty and lots of locations to position yourself at any of the pools or the beach area. You can get a bus or taxi into the town which is about 20 minutes away but would not recommend walking as there are no pavements in some places and some drivers are crazy.

The poor hotel standard and service, it did put a dampen on our holiday and we found it hard to enjoy due the above issues. The hotel just needs a revamp and catering needs to be addressed as a priority all of the other issues you can ignore whilst you stay.

We will probably return to Turkey more than once, but definitely not to the Ladonia Adakule hotel in Kusadasi!
Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 4/5 Food 1/5

Rooms
The room is large and you can see that its glory days are definitely behind it. There is a specific smell in the room, as well as in the bathroom and the wardrobe, which is, to put it mildly, unpleasant, and the room and bathroom itself are cleaned very cursorily... We had a broken TV set, but after the resident's intervention it was fixed. exchanged. After all, we spend most of our time outside the hotel, so we don't care about luxurious conditions, but unfortunately this hotel has too many shortcomings!

Attractions nearby
The hotel beach is very tiny and as neglected as the rest of the hotel. When the hotel is fully occupied, the number of sunbeds is definitely insufficient... It's far from the city center, but dolmus stops in front of the hotel... We don't recommend walking in these temperatures.

Security
The safe was unavailable on the day of arrival (late evening)... In the morning it turned out that it is a handheld safe that anyone can take out, so paying for something like that is pointless... Our room is on the first floor, and the entrance is from the gallery, so you can't even open the windows to air it out!!!

Food and drinks
To be honest, the food is terrible: little, tasteless, of questionable quality (e.g. moldy margarine for breakfast), small selection, i.e. the same food in 3 places to maintain appearances)... The service in the "canteen" (because it's hard to call it a restaurant) gives the impression that they were working as a punishment... Even the guests have to organize the cutlery themselves - not to mention cleaning the tables after the previous guests... We tried to eat dinner outside the hotel, but yesterday we were tempted to have dinner at the hotel and unfortunately we both got exhausted... We are not very picky and we travel often, but this hotel let us down on the whole... We definitely do not recommend it!!!

Important information
Turkey is a beautiful country and we have already been to various areas, but we really like Kusadasi and visited a lot of places during our stay. However, hotel food poisoning was the final straw today... To sum up, we are very disappointed with our stay in this hotel and we will definitely not come back here again... We will certainly not recommend it to anyone, on the contrary, we will advise against staying in this hotel! The only positive thing that can be said is a beautiful view due to the location of the hotel. The sunset here is truly fabulous, but it is not enough to compensate for our negative feelings. We wonder who and when gave the Ladonia Adakule hotel 5 stars and whether it should be verified as soon as possible so as not to mislead other tourists...

The only advantage of the hotel
With a beautiful view

We checked in on August 3, but we only checked in at 14.30 for hours. There was no helper around. Someone said, "You have been here for a long time." You did not inform me about the room at the reception. I asked for the room. The girl at the reception and the bar were very rude and spoke like scolding. Everyone was sniffing. There are not many employees in the room. The rooms are damp and old. The hotel is very old, dirty and isolated, just a labyrinth of stairs. I felt like I had a free door. It's not a place to pay money to come. Plastic glasses, everything is generally dirty. There is a girl at the bar who keeps wiping all the glasses with the same cloth in her hand. Everything is stained and dirty, the food is bad, there is no meat and I couldn't find the taste anymore, everything is the same, the desserts are the same and there are always cream flies around, there is no air conditioning, it seems like they are working like crazy, the ones that are inadequate are tired of their lives, they are sulking as if we came by force rather than guests, the extra bed is very uncomfortable, they are literally fighting so that they don't give towels, they have to give it for drying and diapers, but they don't. Strict rules but the hotel is like a camp. The hotel is cut off, disorganized, everything is dirty and messy, you get tired, there is a transfer elevator from the stairs, the room is slow, the sea is no beach, it is mossy, it is narrow and you swim in the city, everything is very old, rest and relax, avoid the elevator, the staircase hotel, the tower, if you really want to throw away your money, come to my trip, it is a special agency. We came there but we regretted it, it was bad, it was cold, and after a certain hour, they say it wasn't brewed at first, and then they say it is paid, the drinks are like water, in plastic cups, everything is a total fiasco, I went on holiday once a year and paid so much money, it didn't meet our expectations. Can everything be that bad? I can say that it is the worst of the hotels I have been to. Don't come, we wish we could go even if it ends. We wanted to go to a different hotel. They charge 13 thousand for a bad room fee. We are like guests who were forced into their house, which is both bad and uncompromising.
