Hotel is not a 5 stars hotel in my opinion. The food was also okay. The location is wonderful. You have a nice view to the sea! The hotel has a good entertainment in the evening with music. Unfortunately a lot of drinks are not included in the all inclusive package such as Whiskey.

We arrived on 19th December at the hotel at 10.30pm. We were delayed on arrival because flight delay and pick up delay at airport. Dinner was finished at 10pm. We were hungry and tired so we asked if we could get some bread rolls and salad or fruit and water before we went to sleep. The manager came and he completely refused. He said dinner finished at 10pm and after that restaurant is closed and if we wanted something we had to order room service and pay for our food and water. Honestly literally 20-30 mins after dinner closing they couldn’t make provisions for us as courtesy. Despite explaining that we already paid a lot of mone for the hotel as it has 5 star rating we should be having good customer service. Instead very rudely he said no and he cannot change his mind and just walked off. Next morning thinking it’s 5 star hotel we be getting some lovely hot breakfast. Instead there was dry salad a few rolls with butter, boiled eggs, mashed up scrambled egg, sliced ovened tomatoes with a knob of cheese and pieces of sausages. My opinion not 5 star. I understand it’s low season and it’s quiet but catering of food should be of quality especially when there’s a handful of people booked in the hotel. Very disappointed. Our fridge not working and asked to change it but even after the second change not working either. Our lights all switched out and no electricity in first night, so we rang reception and they fixed it. There’s no tea coffee making facilities in room and no iron either. Asked for these simple basic extras but again more charge will be incurred. My daughter had a sore throat so I explained she just needs warm water to help her cold and throat, again refused and said we have to order room service for this. I have been on many around world trips never have I come across a very poor customer care service. How ridiculous you have to pay for a kettle and an iron in a 5 star hotel. There is 1 restaurant open despite in the description of hotel they got 5 service below standard food and yet charged high price for the stay. No doubt hotel is clean but other than that you will be going hungry everyday and spending more to eat out for taxis and restaurants as the location of hotel is away from the town centre. I hope the manager reads this review because he didn’t want to listen to our concerns when we were trying to explain to him but instead wanted more money for each basic service. I have received better care in 3 star hotels with complimentary hot drinks services and iron and iron board facilities. It’s a joke. I won’t be coming back here again I don’t care what apology we get not that they have given us any except they cannot give us anything unless you pay.

We have been there for a week by summer in 2019.The Tusan Beach is a very good hotel with professional personals. The foods are perfect. Excellent sea and pools.I wanna say thanks to baby club ,specially "Kadriye" and other baby club's crew.the night programs, local dances and other performances are so exciting which is performed by "Mostafa " and his nice team. So it could be one of the best chooses for a family vacation.

I stayed in Tusan Beach off season. The room was lacking facilities like cattle though it was stated in the description. Price was good and our room had a marvellous seaview. I had chosen half board package hence we had breakfast and dinner only. The food was not that good. There were not that many main dishes but lots of deserts. Meanwhile, my son and his friends had another room cause they were contributing to an event held in Kuşadası. Their room view was bad and the payment was almost the same but they had the fullboard option.

I was staying with my wife, son aged 15 and my daughter aged 12, 18/10/19 - 1/11/19. This was a hastily arrnaged holiday, as our original travel plans changed due to the collapse of Thomas Cook 1 month ealier. This was our third stay in Turkey in as many years, the previous two times were spend near Alanya. The staff on the whole were very friendly, especially the entertainiments team who really made us feel welcome, they went out of their way to keep the kids entertained. We took time to get to know them personally and we now consider them as friends. The bar staff were also helpful and spoke reasonable english although some of the younger staff didn't speak any english. I've since learnd that the younger staff only work there during the school holidays on a casual basis and haven't leaned any english. I think they're also a bit wary of the English in case we complain if they make a mistake on a drinks order, due to the language barrier? The room was clean, tidy and the maids came around every day. The only niggling thing was that the couch bed in the room did not have any bedding on it upon our arrival, we always had to request a 4th towel and the toiletries in the bathroom, weren't replaced consistently. However, a quick word to either reception or the Jet2 rep, "Jill" resolved these minor issues. Food - mmm, this was a bit "hit and miss" for us. The first week was ok, plenty of fish, chicken, turkey, pasta, salad's, kebabs, meatballs, omelettes and friend eggs at breakfast, also pancakes. Pork products aren't served for religious reasons, and we never saw any beef dishes? The paninni maker would be present at breakfast but not lunch? Panninis' are more of a lunchtime item (to us anyway). Also, at lunch or dinner things like boiled eggs and Tuna were missing from the Salad stand, yet boiled eggs were available at breakfast? Sometimes the waiter staff would be standing around chatting, whilst we were waiting for drinks or the table to be set. If you go and speak to the staff, they then help you. By the second week things weren't so good. I'm not sure if the quality was deteriorating, as it ws comming to the end of the season and the kitchens were "winding down" or we were just starting to get a bit bored with the food? Hotel food is well,,,hotel food after all. The food at times was often luke warm at best and the range of food seemed to dimish somewhat. We had Turkish and Italian A la carte meals and these were very good. Also to thse travelling with young children, there is no seperate kids section, no chicken nuggets or fishfingers either, yet these should be available. The "British Pub" was in fact closed during our stay altohugh according to our information from Jet 2 it should have been open? The main bar (all inclusive, closes at midnight) there are no named brands within the all inclusive. There are not even Amareto or Baily's substitutes. The nightclub downstairs does have drinks after this time, these are chargable (£6 for a Malibu and Coke!!) and my wife was refused a soft drink or water. There is a "Cafe 24" providing wine (a bit rough - but Turkey has never been renowned for its wine, or you can have beer), ths alsp provided soup, cold cuts and bread during the night if you get peckish. The main pool is a little on the small side, and I think at peak season you'd struggle to get a sun lounger. The beac is a provate beach, mainly sandy, but rosky at one end, ideal for exploring the rock pool wildlife. The beach is gently shelved and you can wade through the channel seperating the hotel from the island opposite. At the rear of the hotel, there is a lagoon with a recreation park for the locals who use the static BBQ facilities, there is a cafe there too. You can take a casual walk around it, there were horses, shetland ponies and some Anatolian Shepherd dogs who were very friendly and just wanted to be with us. They followed at a discreet distance. However, don't go at dusk unless you want to be eaten alive by insects. One thing did annoy me though. We had a Turkish friend who'd arrnaged to visit us, we befriedned him last year and his family home was in nearby Izmir (90 mins drive away). The hotel have a policy whereby guests can only have visitors for 90 minutes (almost like hospital isiting times in the UK?) Managers then asked him to leave, he was not causing any problems, and not using any of their facilities, he didn't drink or eat there and didn't even use the toilet. Yet, despite me asking x3 managers if he could stay, after I explained he was my guest and I would cover any costs, they refused? Very annoying. In conclusion, the Hotel was nice enough, but there are better all inclusive packages out there for the same money, I guess it depends on what you're used to and that guides your expectations.
