Stayed again this year, just to use as room only base. Huge room as always but needs updating. Balcony door very dilapidated, needs replacing. Bed still rock hard...need new mattresses and clean under bed...very dusty and rubbish there. In fact most of hotel could do with refurb. Some broken wood on dressing table and old dirty chair...covers could be removed and washed! Sunbed mattresses old and plastic, not good in hot sun. Nice pool. Only used twice as went to beach everyday to meet friends. Drink prices at bar way overpriced. Didn't buy again after 2 drinks. Had no food this time but know it's good as friends had and chef is good. Location is great as by ladies beach or dolmus to town in less than ten minutes. Reception staff lovely too. Thank the staff as always, so helpful. Had lovely holiday overall and will always go back to Kusadasi.…

hotel is very well situated for the beach and the town center the staff are all very good the breakfast is good as a buffet the food is all fresh the chef is always there if you need anything the pool always have enough loungers and tables the rooms are clean

Stayed here 11th to 20th September 2019.the whole setup is old, neglected and dirty. There was no hot water in our rooms, apart from the shower, so difficult for my husband to shave. Towels were tatty and only changed 3 times in 10 days. The only saving grace was the pool which looked clean although I never witnessed anyone attending to the water. Only approx 50% of the sunbeds had a mattress, and even these were well past their best. The corridors outside rooms, pool area and 'restaurant' floors were never mopped during our entire stay even though long standing stains from spilt drinks were clearly visible. Please take note and DO NOT stay at this hotel.

Good clean hotel, friendl staff, good food, sheets and towels changed regularly, two minute walk from Ladiies beach, Buz stop right outside for Kusadasi Town centre, only five minutes away, 15 minutes if you walk. Very pleased, will visit again, loved it.

This Hotel does not pretend to be more than a 2-3* at most the rooms are functional with basic amenities. Air con is included in the price but the safety boxes are kept in reception not in the room and are like most chargeable Having said this the hotel is clean, bedding changed every day and staff are very friendly and helpful its on a good location- close to a popular beach with good restaurants. But at the same time not too far from the centre of Kuşadası @ 3km or a 3 lira bus ride As already said the food is basic and will not suit all. The abundance of shops and restaurants will mean you won’t starve Would I return? Yes it is a great hotel if you bear in mind the market it caters for this is a budget hotel and the price reflects it. If you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in a hotel and want to just sleep etc then this is then hotel for you…

I spent 4 nights at this hotel, it's very clean, staff is really friendly and they always try to fulfill your expectations. The pool is great, enough longhchairs for everybody. The WiFi is free but is pretty bad, the breakfast is not great at all. They serve pretty much the same food every morning. Don't know about lunch or dinner I only had breakfast included. Great location, very close to the Ladies Beach and if you wanna go downtown you can take bus no. 5 which only costs 3 TRL and rides are available each every 2-3 minutes. Very quiet place and the architecture is mesmerizing. The bar sells very expensive alcohool (almost double the average price of nearby stores) and you are not allowed to drink near the pool products from outside the hotel. However, I would come again for location, friendly staff, beauty of the place and big, nice pool.…

Very nice location, hotel is basic but you have everything you need, perfect for a cheap escape. Delicious food and different every day, would recommend to go half board, will save you a lots of money.very helpful staff.

My 6 year old daughter and I were electrocuted by a light at the pool. We are lucky to be alive. Although the staff were lovely and I couldn’t fault them I don’t know how safe this hotel would be still. Definitely do not book anything through love holidays because they ignore you once you are home

Hotel is really terrible place for holidays,very Bad food no choice,cleaning room staff very friendly,bar staff awfull they never smile,kitchen staff think only how to get tip,no deserts in menu,no fruits,good location,some reception staff not very profesional,really pozór english,Wi-Fi work only swimming and very Bad signal,Absoluttly cant recomended from 1 to 10 l give them 1.5 point my friend which was with me was very unhappy keep away from that place save your money and time please
