Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Korumar Hotel De Luxe enjoys a prime location lauded for its scenic views and proximity to the local town, despite challenges with a steep hill. While the atmosphere has been described as lacking vibrancy, especially around the pool area, the hotel's amenities, including sea views and dining options, are appreciated, although some guests suggest enhancements are needed. The service is generally regarded as commendable, though bar service inconsistencies have been noted. Cleanliness is a strong point, with meticulous maintenance throughout. The value proposition receives mixed feelings due to drink quality concerns, and while rooms offer impressive sea views, some require refurbishment.

Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. We opted for a sea view room and were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking views. The pictures online really don't do it justice - it was even more stunning in person. We chose the half board option and although the food wasn't quite to my liking, there were plenty of options available at the buffet. Despite this, I still think opting for half board is worth it, as it takes the worry out of finding supper after a long day of exploring. The highlight of our stay, however, was the two older gentlemen who worked the breakfast shift. They were incredibly attentive, with a great sense of humor, and always seemed genuinely happy to help. Their warm hospitality really added to our experience and made us feel very welcome. Additionally, there is a taxi that passes by the hotel every 20 minutes, which is very convenient for getting to town or to the bus stop. This made exploring the area hassle-free and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. The stunning sea views, convenient location, and excellent service from the staff made our stay truly memorable.

It's a lovely hotel with everything you would expect in terms of equipment and facilities. Our room was perfect, and we had air conditioning that worked properly (it had been temparamental in previous hotels in Turkey) Dinner was good and the breakfast service excellent.

We booked an ordinary room for 11 nights, from 24th January to 4th February 2024. The hotel was quite busy for the winter period. They offered us a sea view room as soon as one became available. It was very kind of them as the view was amazing and just lovely to wake up with such a beautiful view every morning. The staff was very professional and friendly at the same time, giving 100 percent and doing their best to meet everyone's expectations. The food was great, actually it was the best food we ever had in a hotel. Just want to say Thank you Korumar, will be back soon 🙏 😊

An amazing hotel situated on the coast with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It is only a 20 minute walk into Kusadasi and there is a bus stop outside the hotel. It has a lovely outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts overlooking the sea. I would say the bedrooms are on the smaller size, but we had ours with an amazing sea view which was lovely. The hotel itself is super with so many different beautiful areas to hang out in and was always impeccably clean and in great condition. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety and again very helpful staff. The highlight for our family was a wonderful glass elevator that takes you down to another lovely restaurant and bar and a private bay where you can swim and snorkel in the sea. My children also spent many hours in the spacious games area, and also enjoyed the pancake house, cutely nestled in the rocks as you walk down to the sea. A special shout out to Jonny who worked there who played table tennis with my son and made him feel very welcome there. Jet 2 were fab too...made it a very smooth holiday for us......definitely would recommend this place.

Service was good with extra towels brought to room on request. TV good but limited channels. Safe in room was too low. Great location on a hill. Bathroom door did not close completely.Great staff and helpful. Nice small beach and nice pool. AC was hard to control. Nice outdoor seating for buffet, and good food. Ask for room facing the Aegean sea for a good view.

Views are to die for .. definitely the hotels selling point . Service was good everything seemed to run ok . Beer and wine were good not much choice if you like sprits . The hotel itself could maybe do with a bit of TLC. In certain areas but overall good value for money

Our room was on the seventh floor and sea-facing. The view from the balcony was amazing as were the views from all of the public spaces. We asked the travel agent specifically for twin beds but got a double bed instead. When we asked for a double bed, we were switched to the room next door which had double beds but pushed together and with only one set of bedclothes. Not ideal but OK. The hotel was reasonably clean but slightly dilapidated, lots of equipment such as balcony sliding doors, room door card holder and pool umbrellas were just half broken. The food was only mediocre, cheap ingredients, not real fruit juice, repetitive offerings for the most part. The all-inclusive drinks were local only, mixers came out of dispensers, only one choice of beer available. At dinner time no choice of wine was offered. Waiters were friendly and helpful but not always understanding basic English and the service was not five star. Glasses and plates should be placed on a tray, not carried around individually. On a couple of occasions the beer glass had dirty fingerprint marks around the rim. The entertainment was not as described on the agents website, aside from a brief and amateurish dance show and truly terrible guitarists/singers on two nights there was none. Five Star all-inclusive holiday hotels need to do better than this! The hotel is located a couple of kilometres outside of the town. A half hour walk to the shops and markets. The return walk being slight uphill most of the way. Dolmus busses pass the hotel every ten minutes at 150 tl and taxis are available at 250tl from the centre of town. The Town itself is bustling, reasonably clean and we always felt safe.
