Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for a week in June 2022. We chose this hotel because it was a 4* plus AI with one visit to the al a carte. Where do i start. 1. Not a 4*plus Hotel , very dated and tired looking. We had a seaview room and the views and surroundings was beautiful. The Safe was free in the room. 2. The AI food was lovely but the drinks package was the worsed we have experienced. Didnt expect branded spirits but there was no alternative to have. So unless you like lager, vodka,Gin and wine you will be stuck. Malibu 55 Tl, Tia maria 60 Tl, JD 95 Tl etc. 3. Al a carte you have to pay a ser charge 20€ ( 10€ each), so not free . So could have gone into the town and paid the same. 4. Entertainment, nothing on a Saturday and Sunday. So not good for us arriving on the Saturday. Its on the pool level of the hotel at 10pm and lasts about an hr and thats it. During the day there was plenty to do, Waterpolo, Darts, Archery, aerobics in the pool. 5. Taxis into kusadasi 40 Tl, recommended it was lovely to walk around and watch all the cruise ships come in. Overall would go back to kusadasi but not this hotel .…
We stayed at the Korumar hotel June 7-21. It was our second time visiting turkey and the first time at this result and this hotel. We were super impressed by the staff, the cleanliness, the location and the food. It’s the staff that eclipses every other feature. They all go the extra mile. Raziha is a lovely waitress, really friendly and helpful. Semiha on the animation team works really hard. Sadettin greets you every day around the pool and attends to your needs through out the day. Ibrahim is an excellent bar-tender. The only issue we had was because we were in room 627 we had a lot of early morning noise from housekeeping as they wheeled their trolley out. We mentioned it to reception and it did improve. All in all though, a great holiday and we hope to return to the Korumar. If you are thinking of booking - you can’t go wrong! …
First of all, you are not a guest. You are considered as a customer. The rooms are poorly decorated and some items are falling into pieces. Floor level does not matter but if the last two digita of your room is .27, be prepared for the housekeeping noise all day and night long. Food is good but restaurant is over crowded. I think they are investing more on their new hotel and using this building for mass tourism.
Absolutely 💯 brilliant hotel with friendly staff, fab food, with rooms which are cleaned daily, they are spotless....second time visiting definitely going again .met spme lovely friends. the entertainment staff are lovely xx x👍👐💓
Great hotel, setting amazing, staff lovely & friendly big shout out to the animation team in particular Nur & Simi. Bar staff & snack bar staff great service even down to the pool attendant, our granddaughter Halle was well looked after. Very clean, food very good could not fault this hotel.
This was our 4th stay at The Korumar Hotel in Kusadasi , we were a little anxious as it was our first holiday after the pandemic , but everything was as always first class, some new staff since our last stay - May 2019 - but standards have not changed , front desk , pool , bar and cleaning staff helpful and made sure we enjoyed ourselves ,we have tasted and enjoyed some many new food dishes chefs really surpass themselves .In January this year I had already booked to return again this September and looking forward to then
We stayed at this lovely hotel in September 2019 and decided to return in May. We had a lovely time, the hotel is in a fabulous position with gorgeous views across the sea looking towards Kusadasi from an elevated position. The staff are fantastic, special mention to Ruhi, Ismail, Tushki( lovely lady in restaurant and pool bar) pool guy and cleaning lady room 531 and Esmeralda on reception. The terrace is lovely and the hotel is very clean and tidy, gardens below are amazing with the hidden views. Only downside is possibly the food could do with being a bit warmer but there is a microwave for backup. We are seriously thinking we will return in September, holiday was with Jet2 which after recent disasters with TUI we will always try to book with in future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday we loved it.…
A great stay at this large hotel with a lovely pool which we used. The buffet covid measures in the restaurant were very good. Well displayed , good food served by the staff. I enjoyed the freshly made omelettes for breakfast. The staff were helpful . It is only a short walk in to Kusadasi but dolmus buses pass the hotel regularly. Comfortable room .
A group of 10 of us on a tour (Sea Song tours) were treated to a traditional Turkish lunch in this deluxe hotel overlooking the Agean Sea. Our menu included stuffed grape leaves, green beans in olive oil, fried potato and eggplant, grilled red pepper salad, white cheese, mixed grill including lamb and potatoes on a skewer, a "kalburabash" Turkish pastry, and a "kazandibi" pudding. Everything was graet and the service outstanding.
Traveling with Gate 1 off season. Director of the hotel booked all of us rooms facing the Aegean Sea. Nice clean room with a balcony view that is beautiful. Tv water kettle spa on location outdoor amd indoor pools, strong internet.
