We have just returned this morning from our holiday at this hotel. I have to say the hotel and its staff were very pleasant and can not fault it. The food was good with plenty of choice, however........ we were the only English/British family everyone else was Russian. All the signs and entertainment were in Russian so for that reason we will not be going back or recommend (unless you are Russian) Out of the hotel staff only three/ four spoke English, two of which were spa and well being staff and two (if they were working) could speak English, supposedly multilingual yet all staff could speak fluent Russian. It was a nice place to stay, if you are Russian but I would say it’s not for those who are not.

Important thing we missed, this is a FAMILY hotel, 80% of people were russian families with kids.(jet mostly kids behaved quite well) Now details. Stayed for a week in June, 2 people, room 306(5th floor). I could maybe rate this hotel 3.5/5. There are good and bad things, start with bad: -We ordered standard double, we got twin, they did nothing to fix it for the whole stay, so you can't know what will you get. -Very poor sound isolation between rooms. -Terrible sound isolation by room's front doors, you can hear noise from hallway like the doors would be opened all the time. -Tiny and uncomfortable shower. -Almost no one speaks english, and everything is written in russian, so we had trouble communicating. -Not that much place near the pool -If you come to dinner at the start, you cannot find an empty table. ( Once we came, took food, walked for 10 minutes around tables, trow the food away, and went off.. and we were not alone like that) Good things: +Sea is quite near, 5 min walk on almost private nice road. (There were a bus driving back and forth all day long if you want it) +Staff was working good +There were plenty of food and in multiple places, every second day there were special food like tortilla, sushi, etc. +Nice waterslides (jet in a very small pool, populated by kids) +Tasty kebab meat(chicken) at the pool kitchen Tips: *BUY watershoes, all Trukey beaches are rocky *There are a few local shops where you can by quite cheap for liras. Go to the city and turn right, then go for 500m.(Sometimes they accept euros, once they event exchanged at a good rate, yet better to have liras already, one exchange is near Migros - on the left side of city) *Parasailing at the brach - we got 70eur for 2 ppl. *In hotel, when going to dinner, make sure one person goes to take the table first. Overall, a decent place, jet all other stays in Turkey's other hotels felt better.

We just arrived today at the hotel , as a family trip and got disappointed a lot. Our Hotel room (we were in 910) was obviously not cleaned well enaught. There where Hairs and even toys from the previous visitors. But also the TV doesn't work , the air conditioning didn't work at first and the hairdryer also didn't work. I think that's all of the things , that didn't work. Most of the workers are very friendly and helpful and the meals are great, the pool looks like the water isn't very clean and there should be more chlorine, especially If you are from a Europe country it doesn't feel great to swim in. As a conclusion I think you can find way better hotels in here , hotels where the rooms are taken seriously and clean, but I don't regret to visit this one.

Fantastic located resort near sea, cute, not very large but with beautiful garden, swimming pool and the beach. Gastronomical party every evening f.e. special Turkish nights. All day long food and drinks in different location are served. The most important- friendly staff and management on very high level of communication skills, both in Russian and English. Good destiny for lazy, sunny and beautiful rest.

Almost no one in the hotel speaks English. Evening shows are in Russian, as are all signs. Food in the pool bar is out from 8 am, and until 4 pm- in 35 degrees! Drinks are served in tacky thin small plastic cups, not reusable. One person could easily use 50 cups a day, such a waste. While we were in the pool, a family occupied our chairs and took our towels, and when we tried to get them back they screamed in Russian, like if they expected that also every other guest should speek their language. The food was nice looking but tasteless. The room was okay but the "extra bed" our son was expected to sleap in was a sofa, not longer than 120 cm. We spend most of the time in the lobby bar, where the service was okay.
