ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE, STANDARD ROOM ROOM-pros -had safe included -clean -the air conditioning worked properly -room bar : water, beer, Cola, Fanta (free and filled daily) ROOM-cons -have only one soap dish, without shampoo -we had some neighbors with a child (who cried every morning at 7 a.m.) -a weak hair dryer -weak internet -not that fancy( I stayed in Italy(Rome) at a 3* hotel ,better rooms than here) FOOD-pros -most of food was eatable and sufficient as diversity for 7 days FOOD-cons -repetitive food (diversity just in the evening) -fresh juices: I am almost sure that are made from pills (I drunk just once orange juice) -A LA CARTE: we found a place over two days...the food is not that good at Mediterranean restaurant (I felt bad after meal). There were soup, salad, shrimp& squid, main course(beef/salmon),and weak dissert BEACH AND POOL-pros -clean and fine sand -smooth entry in water (clean as well) -NO stones in the water -can find a place whenever you go, excepting the pool -gozleme house and beach bar( plus ice-cream and fruits and food)sat the beach(but limited hours 10-17) -200 m from beach to hotel (but there was a bus at half an hour) BEACH AND POOL-cons -they share the two pools with Side Royal Style (in the same yard with Royal Palace) -crowded in the morning -they changed our pool towels (1/day) only between 8-11, even if there was someone Entertainment belly dance, live music, dancers, karaoke in the evening TIPS-BUS STOP: If you want to visit SIDE Antique City( 7 km from hotel) you can go in the main street (with the bazaars) and to wave the bus to stop (even if there is a bus stop at 200 m). Take the bus to SIDE(NOT Manavgat ) and exit at the end of the line. The price is 1 euro/pers.

staff of grade 10, varied and tasty food, beach without stones, cleanliness grade 10, everything superlative, I will definitely return! one observation, being many Romanian tourists, maybe the Romanian language should be used in the hotel.

Very clean hotel, good WiFi even on beach. Beach restaurant is nice even if works only till 16 o'clock. Some of the staff is really friendly and helpful. Most of them speak German or English. Room quietness is so so. Some of them really loud till morning, some near reception are loud till midnight but after that hotel bar is closed and it gets more quiet. Masks are available everywhere. Water in bottles are available everywhere. Lots of food available but the comments about the somehow same taste are true. Everything tastes similar although there are different meals. Also cakes are plenty there but they all taste similar. Just the colour is different. I didn't like the behaviour of some staff members. They ruined my impression of the hole stay. I had two situations where the staff was I would say disrespectful. Beach bar where the main waiter makes fun of the guests in Turkish language and other waiters are laughing about that. Second situation was with the restaurant manager where I had a complaint about the guest treatment. They sent my kids two times to their room without dinner because they lost their letter with scheduled timetable. Very rude behaviour after complaining about that. I received an answer that I can look out for hotels in Antalya where the guest service was according to them even worse. To finish the conversion gets his cell phone out and starts to type randomly something. I looked how they treat the guest more detailed after that and I had the feeling that the food was provided to the guests by them as if they are some sort of red Cross. They look down to the guests from above. Definitely not a 5 star guest treatment. Beside that we did not get any information about the hotel during the check-in. No info about meal times, no info about shuttle bus, no info about beach restaurant, no info about spa and fitness centre. Nothing. We stayed 8 nights and nobody informed about the a la carte restaurant and the possibility to have a dinner there. Also no one asked about how was my stay during check-out. I don't get the clue why the coffee shop opens at 11 o'clock. This is the only place where you can get an acceptable espresso. During breakfast only filter caffe available. Bar and beach bar have coffee but taste is very cheap. Juices are watered-down. Fresh pressed juices available during breakfast but they extra charge 2 eur for one glas. Air conditioner is direct above the bed and the room ceiling is lower than usual. Swimming pool is small. Waterslides are small and not open the hole day

We have been to Turkey for the fifth time and it was the best vacation trip ever. Perhaps it was a matter of a small number of tourists, but we saw Turkey from a completely different, very good side. The hotel is unbelievably clean, well-kept and the staff is helpful and polite. Outstanding food. Great care for the rules related to the pandemic. Lovely beach. We enjoyed watching the beach man meticulously raking the sand, emptying the trash cans and disinfecting the sunbeds. Service at the beach bar in untidy, clean uniforms. The greatest treasure of the hotel is hidden in the basement and is called Imid. He is an excellent masseur, who dealt with my spine in 2 days, which my domestic rehabilitation specialists, orthopoedists and neurohirurists could not handle. We would love to go back there.
