We took Orfeus Park Hotel but were not satisfied with the room and cleanliness. We complained and eventually got a free upgrade in Orfeus Queen hotel. These two hotels are connected by an underground tunnel where little shops and a spa centar are situated. It is a newer and better option. A smaller pool and fewer options for meals but much quieter and less crowded than Orfeus Park. We used the facilities of both hotels though but not often since we spent the time on the gorgeous beach. The beach is virtually 5 to 7 minutes away on foot but they have a shuttle, too. We were satisfied in this hotel, once we got the proper room. The staff is not very friendly in general but some try their best. In the Park hotel they spoke German and English but in Queen only Russian. Hygiene was very good. Masks were provided in the restaurant. I did not like that some ladies that served the food did not want to give us the quantity we wanted. For example 4 little chicken wings to a child and a grown up person. All in all, I we would come again.

I came here with my husband and 5 children, well young adults. The hotel was situated in a quiet area with easy access to nearby bazaars and towns by bus. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and informative. Most of the tourist were Russian / German and there wasn't many other English however this wasn't a problem as most spoke English and on some evenings joined us for drinking games.
The rooms were of good size and comfortable and the all inclusive was faultless (although big measures of Vodka). Great selection of foods always well cooked. The swimming pool was often empty and always clean, we spent most our time here playing water games! At the beach is a bar and private area with a good atmosphere. To the right of the bar the sea is a little rocky but it is clear, warm and flat to the left.
The sister hotel is connected by an underpass which you can access the facilities. Unfortunately we only found the disco on the last day. I did use the gym once but found most the equipment broken. The hotel spa looked ok but I found them a little pushy for sales so I avoided it. We did have an issue on our first night as we arrived early hours due to missing luggage, I wasn't happy to find that our rooms had been reallocated and we had to spend the night sharing 😂 this was sorted the next day but it did prevent us from doing anything as we had to change rooms at lunch time.

WE stayed at this hotel for 8 days recently and I will definitely be returning, perfect for children. Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food was excelent. Our room was very clean. Clean servise was here every day. I was pleasantly surprised.

From arrival the reception could not speak a work of English which did not get me off to good start I arrived at 03.00 was so tired and just did not have energy to put up with this service. 1st thing in morning Wi-fi was not working up stairs in room so I could not finish of business reports Kept going to reception about it but again could not communicate with them had to end up sitting in main bar to finally get it working a bit.
Next problem was we went for massage and it was totally rubbish chap was on mobile and other staff kept coming in and talking to him and he was getting distracted all the time so we ended up cancelling next day massages as this was terrible service.
This is definitely not a 4 start place more like 2 🌟 after you read most reviews about the place you see it for yourself, Pool area is not bad from sitting and bar access and it was clean around here Restaurant is pretty poor as quality
The beach is only 5min walk it’s good plenty of space and water is good / clean for swimming and children playing in
There is couple of local shops 5min walk there is some shops inside the hotel as well depending on what your after.
I even reported I thought the integrated fridge inside the room was going to go on FIRE receptionist could not understand what I was saying they sent up a stupid porter up showed him he just started battering it He did not understand when I showed him the bar of chocolate sitting on top of the worktop had melted as worktop was so hot and when you touched the fridge itself roasting hot he did not know what to say.
Eventually I had to ask for room to get moved but I was ready to ask for refund on hotel and go elsewhere but as you expect no sir we can’t refund I nearly made decision to go home early it was that bad
This is my 4th trip in 8month over turkey and this has been the worst I have seen from service/quality and customer care everyone was complaining

This hotel is not for British people. The staff cannot talk english they can't even manage a smile. Although the place was clean and modern and pool was good there is no happiness at this hotel. Meal times are grab what you can and the food was same almost every day.

I was in this hotel with group of 6 friends, we book 3 separate rooms, on first night 4 of us sleeping in same room, receptionist not behaving nicely, and cannot explain why we have same room, reception service was very bad, and every try of speaking with them ending that they wanna call the police. They accuse us of bad behavior - but it wasnt true. Food was nothing special, but ok. Barmans service was nice, but barmans menager should change his job, he dont respect guest of hotel(same like one receptionist).
Snacks between meals was only one hour per day, also icecream

Joint worst place I've ever stay at with their sister hotel Orgeus park, room was slightly cleaner than the other hotel, pool is way too small for the size of the hotel, food was horrible they just kept repeating the trays from the night before. It seems to be a very popular destination for certain Eastern Europen countries so if you are of a certain ethnic background be prepared to be constantly stared at all the time, pointed at, people taking pictures of you without your consent and the hotel staffs apparently unable to do anything about it at both hotels as we had to move thinking it would be better at Orfeus Queen Hotel, it wasn't any better. The absolute worst holiday of my life.
We stayed here for 2 nights and had to check out early because the reception staffs physically assaulted us one of our guests.

Unhappy with the hotel. About 10% of the hotel is Turkish. Everything is organized for foreign tourists. Foreign music was played even during August’s Day of Victory. The hard work we were handling was 2 days of music being played. There are very unqualified, non-cultural people because I think the price is affordable and foreign tourists stay at a better price than us. This means that a foreign tourist enjoys spending the money or less at home in Turkey and acting as he pleases. It feels like we’ve been to their hometown as Turkish citizens. Nonsense. Neither does the hotel look at them to earn money. Shuttle service to the beach, but not from the hotel. Walking to the next hotel, taking a shuttle from there, and then walking to your hotel. A foreign tourist doesn’t even care about it. Anyway, even on a single-employed foreign tourist, the price remains low. They’re so happy—the beachfront entrance has uncleaned rock pieces. We went out on the water in front of the next hotel for it.

We rested in this hotel with our 11-year-old daughter; it was our first time in Turkey; we chose Side for acquaintance, since a good beach is very important for us. Covid times and other events made their own adjustments, so we haven’t been abroad for 4 long years. The goal was not only relaxation on the beach, but also educational excursions, so we chose a 4* hotel, since we did not plan to stay in it.
1. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they checked us in only at 13:00, but immediately put on bracelets, treated us to coffee and juice, there are excellent sofas in the lobby where you can sit comfortably. After breakfast we went to the beach.
2. Beach. We walk quickly, the journey took 4-5 minutes, but if we come across a cat that definitely needs to be petted, it will take a little longer. The road is not the most pleasant, as during our stay in one of the hotels there was large-scale construction work on our way. Dust, dirt, noise. There is a bus to the beach from the Orfeus Park Hotel, which is located across the road, but we did not use it. The beach strip is large, the sand is golden, there were enough sun loungers at any time. It’s not very clean, of course, but there’s more of the vacationers’ wine here. The sea is beautiful. True, in August, for my taste, it is too warm. When entering the sea from the hotel beach there were stone slabs, we went a little to the left. For several days there were waves in which we joyfully jumped.
3. Number. Even initially, I read reviews and looked at reviews and saw that some of the rooms have a balcony into the courtyard under the roof, without air access. The manager and I booked a standard room, not an economy one, and, lo and behold, the room turned out to have a balcony facing the street. True, it overlooked the highway, and it was quite noisy. The room itself is small, the bathroom is spacious, but someone very funny came up with a window from the shower into the room. Of course, there are blinds hanging there, but everything is perfectly visible. Thank you that there is not a toilet next to the bed, but just a shower. The air conditioning worked great.
4. Nutrition. For me this is a very big problem in all hotels. There is nothing to be happy about here. The food is not tasty. And yes, everything seems to be there: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, you can fry toast, there is always porridge (it just tastes terrible). The only thing that pleased me was the presence of a coffee machine at the bar in the restaurant. You can drink coffee or tea not only for breakfast. There were also delicious cakes. Quite worthy for 4*. But it’s not very good for our taste, since we only like home-cooked food or from a good restaurant. And there are always some greasy dishes and cutlery. It was unpleasant.
5. Swimming pool. Quite an ordinary pool, a lot of people all the time. After lunch there is water aerobics. Foam party on Wednesday at 15:00. It was not possible to swim comfortably due to the large number of people, but overall the pool was excellent. We went to Orfeus Park several times to the pool and slides. There are only 2 slides, you can ride a couple of times.
6. Animation. Most of it takes place at the Orfeus Park Hotel. Mini disco is no longer very interesting to us, we went several times out of curiosity. There is a DJ at the hotel on Friday evenings. Also a variety of recreation. Water aerobics in the pool, beach volleyball.
In general, the staff is friendly and tries to help. The hotel is quite suitable for a holiday if you are not going to stay in the hotel.
We went on a dolmush to ancient Side, and went shopping in Manavgat. On an excursion to Pamukkale, to the Tazy Canyon and to The Land of Legends Park

какой контингент в отеле? есть анимация? сколько минут идти до моря?
Answer from Oleg L
Minsk, Belarus17 contributions29 helpful votes
