A range of massages for guests who want to take the strain of SPA center, algae therapy and skin care treatments are available. Besides, Turkish bath, 1 sauna, steam room, salt room available for use.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
If you are looking for an upscale hotel with perfect service and classy guests, you are definitely wrong here.
Its a solid lower middle class house with families and couples next door.
extensive facilities, clean pools, shuttle to the beach, private beach with snacks drinks and chairs free of charge,large cozy bed, clean working aircon, modern design.
But for 35$ a night (single, standard, landview, all inclusive, october) you will have to make small compromises.
If things like a scratch in the decor or water stains on the saucers are a big deal for you, you should stay away. Check my pictures for some examples.
Alcoholic drinks are unbranded and the restaurant is a good canteens standard with a good selection.
Wifi is unusable from 08:00 morning till 01:00 in the night. Connection of the building is rubbish.
A local Sim in Manavgat from Turk Cell will set you back 15$ (1 month, 25GB) and is working fine also in the rooms.
You will get a lot here for a small buck.

If you booked this hotel don’t worry. Most reviews are fake or idiots wrote it. We spent with my husband the last 2 weeks here. Room is spotless. Cleaning is good. Food options are good minimum 5 different meats etc. Currently due to Covid chefs are serving the food. You have to be a picky eater to not like it. It feels repetitive by the end of 2nd week but everywhere around the world the same. We were the only English speaking guests, we were able to communicate easily. Pros: we were in economy room and we had no issues. The beach bar at the sea serves beer, wine and soft drinks plus tasty food 😍 Quick service almost all the time. Lots of fruits, salads. Different cut of meats. English speaking nice waiters. No one is harassing you!!!! I experienced the smallest amount of distraction by sellers. No sellers on beach 😍 Amasing sea! Cons: WiFi is horrible (have to mention that I experienced it everywhere in Turkey) you need to pay for fast reliable WiFi. (Well... still losing connection but as I said it’s the same in any restaurant around)
Mixed feelings: You need to pay for the safe.- we didn’t... I left out money iPhone etc nothin was taken. Cocktails are sweet for my taste but the tomato juice was the best I ever got in a 5 star. Pool is cold - I saw a lot of kids and adults having fun but we are picky we wouldn’t go in any sea in UK as too 🥶
Tips: pay For the better WiFi 1 eur per day. Barter for everything. Get a Turkish bath on day one. Visit Side with local transport £1 and beautiful! We tipped like £10 in Turkish Lyra and got a very good service.
I understand that in Turkey the 5 star is not the same as other places. The Crown Charm palace is very close. A very very strong 4 star.

The food was a joke as they don’t cater for english at all. It’s the same food every day. The door handle was broke in our second room which caused the kids to be locked in room. Reception done nothing and we were there for two weeks. Got sick of asking. They’re was 130 people in the hotel when we arrived and they apparently managed to put us on the wrong room. They wanted 20 euro a night extra (240) or be moved. When I suddenly started haggling I got them down to £100 as we’d already unpacked. Reception staff are clueless and play on phone when trying to talk to them then start talking to another guest in middle of conversation as the Germans don’t like to be left waiting! Entertainment was a joke and was repeated every 2 nights however Ogulcan was a lovely lad and couldnt do enough for you. No entertainment on a Sunday. We watched the next hotels entertainment from our balcony as ours was a complete joke. The trampolines need more safety as the safety cushions aren’t secured and my daughters leg fell through the springs and she hurt herself. Reception again didn’t want to know. The kids club have only skittles and drawing pencils but the staff are lovely. Pool bar food is same every day with stale salad and almost always luke warm. Drinks are house special only but the bar staff are lovely. 5 star not a chance. 3 at most. No iron even when I asked and they wanted 3 euro per t shirt! Full of Germans. Most ok but older ones look at you like a piece of scum if your kids are on park and at kids pool having fun. Any noise is clearly not tolerated by the older Germans even though it’s meant to be a family hotel. Take own shower gel for spar and do not make a sound with a child! They might aswell tape your mouth shut even though it’s meant to be a family hotel. Absolute joke. If you don’t give them money their attitude changes! Cold showers only in the spar and when I asked about hot water he was angry as he had to get off his backside from his phone and basically not give a s**t! Would never go back. Lovely looking hotel but the food and mainly spar and reception staff ruined the whole thing.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The hotel restaurant is more like a canteen, the service decomposes the customers, the food is very poor and monotonous. Only once a week on Tuesdays they do a show and the food is at the right level. The only bright spot is the beach bar and Big Mahmed and the Lady who bakes cake-pancakes very well. Only they, the two of them, can superbly feed half of the hotel at lunchtime. The rest is organizational mess and ignoring the guests. The aquapark operator opens and closes it as he pleases, the same beach towel change is absurd. I do not recommend this hotel.

The Side Crown Charm Palace no longer exists, it became the Well Palace some months ago under new management. We did not find out till we arrived and they had no booking for us. We had to pay for 2 nights until easyjet found us another hotel. The Well Palace is in a good location and some of the hotel facilities are quite good but the food is terrible and the rooms are poorly maintained. In our room the door to the balcony did not close properly and the air conditioning did not work, management repeatedly said it would be seen to but not before we left.

Loved this hotel, we booked the family room which was spacious, clean & over looking the pool, 2 balconies and we couldnt fault it. The food in the hotel is excellent, lots of choice & plenty to suit all tastes. The all inclusive was excellent and you certainly never go hungry. In a good location for the beach and shops & the local dolmus stops right outside the hotel to take you into Side. Highly reccomed it.

My husband, son and I had a 7 night stay early May and we can confirm that it’s a very nice hotel in a great location with easy access to the private beach & shopping centre. Our superior room was large and beautiful with balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom was luxury with waking in shower with good water pressure but shampoo has not been provided. There is a maid service every day with clean towels provided. The all-inclusive drinks were very nice and lots of choice. The breakfast and diner had lots of good choices and was very god quality especially desserts . The pool area with drinks and chill out music was very good. Great fun for kids on the water slades! The beach bar which you can reach by the hotel bus takes 3 min or you can walk about 7 min also served nice lunch - chicken doner kebab, cakes and all-inclusive drinks. This hotel is full of German so the staffs are struggling to speak English but they try to do their best to understand. The entertainment Team didn't do too much but maybe because is before the season starts We visited by the local buses (around 1.5 euro one way pp) Managvat which has a big market on Mon and Tue and the Greek Amphitheater in Side which has breathtaking views definitely worth seeing this Greek history in Turkey. It only cost 20 Lira (£5) to enter the theatre and was worth every penny. Good Point: Location and free wifi everywere Bad points to mention: There is a big construction on the side next to this hotel They charged 2 euro a day for safebox The indoor swimming pool was dirty and has freezing water Finally the service was good and accommodating specially receptions team! I would be happy to stay here again? – not sure!

We stayed at the Crown Charm Palace this month for 7 nights, food excellent with always a very large mouthwatering selection. Staff although expected to deal with a large clientel of German & Dutch Guests, made us feel very welcome and were friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Only one thing to point out, the evening entertainment programme could bring in outside acts such as singers, light, dancers and fire eating shows etc. The animation team were fab but the entertainment must be brought up to standard to maintain its superior standard.

We booked Charm Palace before it had opened so we were unsure of what to expect. What we got was a great value holiday in a beautiful and well maintained hotel.
The room - looks just like the pictures! Absolutely gorgeous and clean, everything is really modern. There are few English channels but this wasn't a problem for us as who goes on holiday to watch TV? There are music channels and if you're desperate to watch something, the wifi connection is good so YouTube etc works really well. The minibar is restocked daily with water, coke and fanta and there are coffee making facilities with coffee sachets and creamers in the room. The maids come by everyday to clean your room and sometimes make a nice decoration with the towels - always a nice touch.
The food - I can't fault the food at all. I've stayed in All Inclusives around Europe (including Turkey) and I found this to be more superior. We tried the Buffet and the Turkish A La Carte. In the buffet there was such a large variety of food, English and traditional Turkish food, as well as special themed nights where they'd include other cultural food (ie Chinese). We found the majority of it to be delicious and, if you're travelling as a vegetarian, there are a lot of veggie options. The food changes daily but there are always some staple dishes that don't change. The deserts are amazing!! The Turkish a la carte food was good and a nice change from the buffet. I can't comment on the other a la cartes as we didn't try them and thought the buffet provided enough choice. Note, in the main restaurant swimwear and sandals aren't allowed however shorts etc are acceptable.
The drinks - There's a good cocktail choice and if something isn't on the menu, ask and I'm sure they can accommodate. Included spirits are all local so they're not as nice as international brands you may be used to, but they're decent. The beer on tap is Efes. The coffee is good. One thing I really like about the resort is they have fridges supplying bottled water scattered across for you to help yourself to, very helpful if you had too many piña coladas the night before.
The staff - all extremely friendly and very hardworking! I think the service at this resort is above par. Some didnt speak English very well but it was enough to get by and didn't cause us any issues. Guest relations and a few other key members of staff speak very good English so if you're ever needing help you can go to them.
The beach - it's about 150m away but there's a frequent bus (I think it's about every 20 mins) as I note though, it isn't very far. At the beach there are toilet and shower facilities, sun loungers which are free to use, and an all inclusive bar and snack bar (providing hot and cold choices) so you don't need to keep popping back to the resort when you need a drink/get hungry which is beneficial.
The spa - we used the gym and sauna during our stay, both included with no extra charge. The spa staff were nice. The spa is where you get your beach towels. The facilities were clean and well kept with a couple treadmills, bikes and cross trainers as well as some weights.
As a note, when we were there we were the only English guests as the hotel primarily has German guests. Don't let this out you off at all. All the other guests were really friendly.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel! If you're looking for somewhere to go to relax with good facilities and good food/drink then I would definitely recommend Side Crown Charm Palace ☺️☺️
