For our second stay in Türkiye, we are very disappointed
- The reception is cold: you are given a sheet to fill out then given another with some information in English
- the food is good but the service and organization are terrible. The servers seem to be suffering more than acting. Finding plates and cutlery is sometimes a miracle... having a clean table too
Glass service at the table is illusory.
- it's not a real all in. Orange juice at breakfast costs €2 (€2). But if you like chemical fruit juices (tang type) you will be delighted.
Cocktails at the vitamin bar are chargeable (€4) but without alcohol....
- WiFi in the room is a sweet dream even though the hotel says it is WiFi
- the family room is a real family room with 2 bedrooms but the bedding is outdated...
- the swimming pool is pleasant but if you want a deckchair near it you will have to get up at 6:30 a.m. to put a towel there otherwise no chance
- the clientele is mainly German and Slavic. Hoping to exchange a few words with the staff in French or English is mission impossible. Besides, the breakfast is very German oriented
- positive point: location, close to the sea and shops

It is a small, beautiful complex. The rooms are big enough, but there should be more storage space in the cupboards. Unfortunately, the food was very monotonous.
The animation team was very small with 4 people, which was because the hotel was nearing the end of the season. Rico deserves praise for approaching people and encouraging them to play darts, bocce, etc. Jeff was always motivated at the children's mini disco and the evening program. It was a short walk to the beach and the shops.
The fitness room has enough equipment, but at least half of it was broken during our stay, which was a shame.
All in all, it was a relaxing vacation. The bus transfers to and from the airport were well organized and took an average of 60 minutes.

The holiday is over. I would like to share with you 2 weeks Serra Garden Hotel in Everenseki. A small complex with 8 houses each 23 rooms and a complex in front of the main house with family room . A beautiful pool between restaurant and bar area. Beach is within walking distance in 5 minutes. The beach has a beach bar where you can eat and drink for free. The hotel shines with its hospitality. Service is very important and everyone strives to ensure that the guest is satisfied. The hotel is older and has shortcomings here and there. But it is very clean and you can tell that the staff is trying to keep the older hotel in good condition. Sometimes the crowd on the buffet was very heavy. But this was due to the unreasonableness of the guests. We just left a little later. It has always been refilled. The choice was expedient and sufficient. Price performance ratio was perfectly fine. Animation was ok so far. It was split. 2 dedicated and 2 very listless animators. There's air up there. The spa is great. A simple yet very charming hotel. I can recommend the hotel. However, only for people who do not have such high expectations. Who appreciate getting a great holiday even for a small budget. Thanks to the great staff of the Hotel Serra Garden.

Lack of medical knowledge (no cooling packs, no knowledge of English/German, only Turkish)

Meal times are changed without informing guests, we arrived from Side in the evening (8:30 p.m.). When we checked in, we were given a piece of paper with all the meal times listed, including dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. When we wanted to go to the buffet at around 8:35 p.m., everything had already been dismantled. When we asked at reception, we were given a very disrespectful answer, saying that this information had been announced days in advance. They didn't see anything, we specifically asked other guests.

Dirty rooms (dirty toilet seat, swollen mirror shelf, cockroach in the bathroom, dirty bedside lamp, dirty bedspread with stains, disgusting!!!!!)

Lack of choice/availability of drinks (water is put in the fridges in the dining room, but these are often empty.)

Food is one-sided (90% of the same food every day, a lot of it unseasoned and soups really inedible)

WiFi never available during the day or is super slow. Audio, messages, etc. are hard to send during the day. Internet speed is really the lowest of the low.

Unfriendly staff (reception + beach)
Mats for loungers are cleared away at 5:30 p.m.

The hotel is centrally located in Evrenseki/Side. A booked family room faced the street and was constantly bombarded with noise from the neighboring hotel. You can go to sleep after 11.30pm.
The hotel's own beach is within easy walking distance and has a beach bar.
It is almost unusual that there is no WiFi reception here. The food is otherwise plentiful and OK. All inclusive includes soft drinks, water, coffee, etc., as well as local alcoholic beverages.

1.Wonderful location relative to walking boat trips. Due to the fact that the shore is flat and shallow, the water warms up quite quickly and this is very cool for children. The hotel area is cozy and homely because the houses are three-story. It’s green and even grows mulberries, we ate it every day. The cuisine is very tasty and varied. Fruit according to the season. There is a variety of baked goods, a lot of meat dishes and soups. Wide variety of desserts. Every evening we walked along the coastal walking green area. The staff is very friendly, responsive to requests, the waiter Murat, all the waiters, the girls who cleaned, as well as Guest Relation Alma!!! The vacation turned out great!!! We recommend

Over 22 years of traveling, I liked the hotel right from the reception, we were greeted like friends, we checked in immediately, at 9:30, the food is not luxurious but well prepared, the waiters serve at the table, the beach is nearby with fine sand. A wonderful, friendly atmosphere, although there are few Russians, they don’t make differences for anyone. We are still here at number 209. There are all the shops nearby, the price list is a little further away, the stop is 1 km away.

Serra Garden Hotel is a pleasant place for a vacation. The convenient location of the hotel also provides an opportunity for lovers of free diving, swimming children, visiting historical places, walking and shopping. I would like to note the good atmosphere among the hotel staff and guests. Special thanks to the receptionist Inna.

I was there in March 2024 with my family. The weather was great, there were few tourists (99% German). The room was small but well-kept and clean, they cleaned it every day. There is a TV in the room with channels in various languages (Polish, Ukrainian, French, etc.)
There was even Internet in the room, possibly due to the fact that there were few tourists + the room was opposite the swimming pool. The staff was nice, but what surprised me were the tip money boxes next to the bar and restaurant. I've never seen this before.
The hotel has 4 swimming pools - the main one next to the restaurant, two for children and a swimming pool with slides.
The sea was warm (for me, of course not like in August, but you can swim). Perfect for families with small children, sand and not deep. The distance to the sea from the hotel is 5 minutes on foot (very close).
Food ok, drinks - wine, beer, juices, etc. We liked it very much. I recommend going in spring when there are not many tourists yet.
Attractions. Everything was in German, and I don't speak that language. That's why there was nothing for me) On the day of our departure, a family from Poland arrived. But the travel agency through which I bought the trip was German)

In general, I liked the stay at this hotel, the atmosphere is comfortable. 98% of the vacationers are Germans. The attitude towards Russians is normal, with the exception of the beach worker Ali. There are no complaints about the food.
For 4, food is worth 5 points. The assortment, of course, is not rich, but everything is prepared very tasty! It’s a 300-meter walk to the beach. The sea is magnificent, the sunset is smooth and sandy. At the reception, the staff are Russian-speaking, and they reacted immediately to a problem in the room. Cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired. Animation in German. The animators are trying their best. In general, I really enjoyed my stay! I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday!!! Thank you very much to the staff!!!
