A nice place for families. We are the summer resort in July 2016. We paid the family room, which is really great. Rooms and bathroom were clean daily. Towels bartered every dan..Mini bar filled 2 times a week. The food at the hotel was quite ok. To the beautiful beach was a 5 minute walk. At the beach bar where we ate well every day because we could not walk in the hotel restaurant. 2 times a day for beach volleyball, boccia and water gymnastics in the sea. The beach is suitable for all ages, whereas the bottom descends gradually. Evening entertainment was aimed more at German and Turkish guests (games, music and dance). The program could be adapted more on the funny side, it was too musicals. The staff were friendly, especially the guys on the evening terrace. The reception of the hotel is more modest, even one wall clocks have. Wi-fi is only in the lobby reception.
Recommendation: We visited the old town of Side, navigation on the river Manavgat and mosque.

I spent at Primasol Serra Gareden one week with my boyfriend and we were very satisfied with everything. Immediately after our arrival we get room and all inclusive bracelets. Our room was close the pool and main restaurant. Room was clean and nice. Near the hotel is the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free. At beach bar we usually had lunch, we could choose from buffet and we couldnt go for lunch to the hotel.
I personaly like beach with sand and clear sea.
I felt at Primasol fine cause there is a very nice staff - especially from animation team I prefer Nadia and her sea aerobik 😉 and I highly recommended young hotel photographer. He took for me and my boyfriend very nice pics and he sent me them after I wrote e-mail to hotels reception when I checked that CD with pics couldnt read my PC when I came back home.
I thinnk if it will be peace in Turkey I will come once again 😊.

We spent at this hotel last week and it was great.

From airport in Antalya it takes approximately 1 hour by bus to go to the hotel.
Upon arrival we were upgraded free of charge to family room at block A1 and the receptionist offered us small snack at the restaurant. It was very kind as we arrived after midnight and the restaurant was already closed.
One guy hepled us with luggage to the third floor as there is no elevator in the building.

The room (965) was really spacious - there were 2 rooms - one room with two single beds and one room with large double bed. There is free air condition, free minibar, large balcony with sitting area, clean reconstructed bathroom in the room.

Beach is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel and you do not have to go back for the lunch to the hotel as there is hotel´s restaurant also on the beach.
Umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels are for free (at pool and on the beach as well). You have to pay just 2 EURO in case you want to change them for fresh towels.

There is wi-fi free of charge at the reception and by pool and it workes well.

Overall it was very nice stay.

Just few things which can be improved:
- there was a bad smell in the bathroom from the drain as the cleaning lady always didn´t put the plastic cover in the drain
- the animators are sometimes too much officious

Anyway thank you for very nice stay!

After having visited Turkey several times with kids before, we definitely wanted a hotel in Side-Kumkoy where is a great sandy beach, good shopping opportunities and it is not far from the airport (aprox 45 mins). We were bit worried about the distance from the beach, but it was not a problem (200 m, max 3 mins walk). It was just bit dangerous to let the kids walk there alone as there was no sidewalk for pedestrians, it was a road for buses, cars...and the buses were going frequently to the beach from other hotels. The hotel itself was ok, but the all inclusive program was little disappointing when comparing to other hotels we stayed in side. The disappointments were: no wifi in the rooms, only in lobby which was crowded, no lobby bar, small crowded lobby, buffets in restaurant were empty in a minute. Food was ok, but just once during the whole stay happened to us, that the waiter asked what we would like to drink. you need to bring your drinks to the table yourself. There was just one large pool for swimming - where all the animations took place, it was crowded and one with water slides. Rooms on the ground floor were a bit humid. I would say an average hotel, but okay for family holidays, if looking for better all inclusive program, choose other hotel.

I will just write the bad things:

1. Bad internet, really bad. Who was available only in the lobby.
2. The smell from the ventilation system of the kitchen for the A-block building where we where located.
3. Lack of balcanic channels on TV. (Serbian, Macedonian, Croatian...)

Everything else was great.

Ever

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. It can be quite called 3-stars hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room, changing cold-hot water, food is poor, no seafood, no normal meet, some bitter fruits, alcohol is awful. Almost everything is for extra charge. For our request regarding WiFi we didn’t get any support. I have been to much better hotels within the same price category. A huge disappointment.

Very cozy and nice hotel on Turkish Riviera. With friendly personnel, plenty of trees/birds/grass and with the great local Turkish cuisine.
Highly recommend to families with kids!
Of course 10 out of 10!
