We came to Side Princess Hotel 2 more times about 8-10 years ago. We wanted to come again because we were satisfied. I will try to mention everything that we were satisfied with and what we were not satisfied with during this stay. + The waiters are very friendly. They were all people who did their jobs well. + The food was very delicious and satisfying in terms of options. I just wish the snack bars had things like watermelon and melon and a few dessert options as well. - The quality of their alcohol was low (for example, there was a Hamwick brand for whiskey). Alcohols such as tequila and rum were chargeable. The beach bar only had wine and beer options. If you want to buy other alcohol, you have to go to the pool bar. This was a big disappointment for us. We were not very satisfied with the hotel in terms of alcohol. (I added the alcohol menu as a photo) + The rooms were clean and hygienic. + The animation team was very good. When we came before, Mr. Hüseyin was in charge and he is still there. There were very enjoyable shows and there were plenty of activities during the day. One night there was a pool party and a foam party, we loved it. + The pool is nice and clean. We did not experience any shortage of sunbeds. + The sea is also very beautiful, the sand does not get deep quickly. - The shower area in the sea is insufficient, there are 2 showers and 1 foot washing area. It can be improved. Also, the shower water is extremely cold. It would be nice if a solution to this is found. + There are also things like pancakes, ice cream, and boiled corn during the day. The pancakes were delicious. The ice creams were of poor quality.

I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a hotel by the sea with its hygiene, friendly service, easily accessible location, delicious and rich menu, plenty of entertainment and activities. You can walk or sunbathe for hours in the fresh air with a unique view by the sea. You can always feel valued by encountering little surprises from the staff when you come to your room.

I was on vacation in September, I was lucky with the weather and water in the sea, it was wonderful. The walk from the room to the beach took 7-10 minutes. During the day it was tense with sunbeds, but I was never left without a sunbed. The food and service were standard, the staff was friendly and attentive, there were no problems with understanding, although there are few Russians in the hotel, mostly Germans, Turks and English people. The salesman from the leather and fur store at the hotel was somewhat tiresome, but if you accept it as inevitable, you get used to it. The only thing I categorically did not like was the manager at the hotel spa. The trial massage lasted 2 minutes, then “problems” were announced and an order was recommended to leave $200 or more at the spa. Problems were voiced in front of other clients and everything sounded very aggressive. In a neighboring hotel, spa prices were fundamentally lower. I liked the hairdresser at the hotel, the haircut was very successful, although I explained it to the hairdresser using gestures and facial expressions.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. Delicious food and certainly Christmas Eve they had gone big. Very neat, clean room with great beds. Central location in Side making it easy to get everywhere. 2 minuses were also there, the shower is terribly slippery and therefore dangerous and the knives in the restaurant are in desperate need of replacement, you can not even cut an egg with it anymore. The general impression is that some maintenance needs to take place.

Hüseyin, Yakup and the other male animators whose names I don't know in the hotel's animation team are very rude. Last year, I had problems with the same animators at the same hotel. They are both disrespectful and very rude. In the comedy show prepared by the hotel's animation team, real problems that disabled individuals may encounter in daily life were used as joke material, which was very disturbing. Food wasn't very good Yousuf and Sibel from the animation team were very sweet and friendly. The hotel's waiters, chefs and cleaning staff were very friendly and did their jobs extremely well.

Great Hotel Animation / Entertainment team specialy SAM the man all round entertainer and great at Michael Jackson impersonation on Saturday 3rd show time. Also great food as and lots of choice we had a family roof top terrace suite which had 2 separate bedrooms and a huge open terrace with deck chairs parasol and also table and chairs. The hotel is very clean and tidy and all the staff are very friendly and approachable the WiFi extends from the hotel bedrooms all the way to the beachfront which was very useful at times walking distance to the promenade only a few steps away. Finally would like to mention Adem who works at the Reception desk who is very helpful and always available to help. My Children loved it too. Great place Great people Definitely recommend I would come again.

Positives Good food and excellent variety. Some of the best I had and I have stayed in Antalya 8 times. I like that beach and pool bar have a la carte style service. Menu changed daily which was good, translation wasn’t always correct but still good. Menu was in 4 languages which is great. Beach was one of my favourites, nice and shallow at the beginning and then deeper. Beach beds are comfy. Good amount of umbrellas. Room was decent with 2 balconies. Water given daily. I liked that there was fridges everywhere with water and ayran. Fruit basket and wine gifted in the room was really nice touch. Was nice to be invited to have a chat with the sales manager. Beach bar was great. Good food and service was excellent, I wish I remembered the name of the man who served us. Always made an effort with us.
Negatives/improvements Service wasn’t great at the beginning but after a conversation with the sales manager this was resolved instantly. I really appreciate that as this changed our stay. Would be nice to sit at the beach a bit later until 8pm, but they collect the blue cushions and you feel like you need to leave. I think mini bar could include beer and juice would be nice. Wi-Fi was good, shame you have to pay and keep signing back in. As we had a bad experience as a gesture of goodwill the fee was waived. I was very grateful. Hotel room could have a few more plugs for electricity, I had to leave my phone on charge in a different room. I was put in a disabled room at the beginning with my mum, the room wasn’t as good, after talking to reception they upgraded us to a better one.
Thank you for a good stay, with a few improvements I would definitely come back for another great stay. Thank you to the manager who spoke to us who changed our experience :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was great, the whole family had a rest, we are still nostalgic. The only downside is that the windows overlooked the pool and music from the disco could be heard until midnight. But the children slept further away, we are closer, so it wasn’t too stressful. Now the main disadvantage is not the hotel, but the individuals hanging around in it. All the Russians are approached by a certain Roman or his assistant, who sits on the ground floor and begins to describe the delights of the store, where you can get there completely free of charge. There is everything your heart desires at very good prices. We decided to go, nothing special, but I decided to buy my mother a backpack, she was already elderly and asked for a good backpack. I bought a leather one for 40 euros. Today my mother called and said that the backpack was already torn. In general, if I saw this Roman again, I would tell him what I think about him. The hotel itself is wonderful, the food is excellent, the beach is close, the staff is friendly. You are a fool for believing this Roman.

Just returned after 8 days at side prenses hotel. The hotel is massive and kept very clean. The vast majority of the hotel guests are German but that really wasn't a problem for us as Germans are normally very nice people anyway :). The pool and bar areas are nice and I would just like to comment on how lovely every single member of your staff/workers are and there a credit to your hotel.... The food I can't say anything bad about tbh and obviously they try to cater for all nationalitys and it was all very fresh tasty and your always going to be able to find multiple things at every meal sitting:). Only cons for us were (1) all the facilities weren't open but it was only mid March. (2) beer should be available at the beach bar and not just water and coffee... I couldn't give a 5* review but 4* I feel was fair and we would definitely stay again if the price was reasonable. Thank you staff and side prenses

I'm at the hotel now! Satisfied. I have a lot of experience traveling and holidaying in Turkey - I’ve been with my family, my children, and my sister. Always in the top five - in Side, Kemer, and Belek. For the first time alone. New experience. Interesting too! And this hotel is safe. The hotel itself is similar to many five hotels in Turkey. Clean, tasty, generous, beautiful, warm and wonderful sea! I love holidays in Turkey precisely for this reason. There are distinctive features - a friendly atmosphere, the wishes of the guests are taken into account, so my friend, who was found here, was moved to a room that suited her better. My preferences for choosing a room were also taken into account. They try very hard to help with everything - Yuri, Ibrahim, Adam, and everyone in general. There are no problems with the language. The attitude towards Russians is excellent, as well as towards everyone else. The room is ordinary, but clean, everything is in order, it works! The food is quite tasty, the waiters are very efficient. Fruits are abundant. The beach is not very big - sand and a lawn with grass - I liked it. But there is enough space for everyone. From the room on the 6th floor to the sun lounger on the beach - 5 minutes. Here the wish is to improve the road from the hotel to the beach, it is somewhat unkempt. And it’s time to replace the sunbeds on the sand. But these are minor things. As for the rest, you will get what you want from your vacation - relaxation, sea, warmth and sun, delicious food and your own piece of happiness!
