This is by far the best Hotel in Side, Turkey. The food and incredible and the pool bar is also excellent. I want to say special thanks to Damla from the entertainment team she was amazing. If you want to go to Turkey, Side you need to come here.
The best hotel around Side. The food is varied and there is something for everyone. Daily entertainment and very nice and positive employees. A large swimming pool and close to the beach, the city is also not far away. Rooms cleaned every day and the bar replenished with various drinks. LOVE IT❤️
Very nice this hotel the food is good ,cleanliness great , the staff are kind ,very efficient reception and friendly with guests. At the restaurant the waiters are very kind to the guests ,but the most efficient kind and polite is Adnan ,made us feel at home, if you are lucky enough to serve you Adnan your vacation will be a success. Ugur and Mete are also very nice, but Adnan is the most professional and efficient I recommend this hotel, the price is very good!
Stayed in this hotel for new year. New year eve gala dinner was amazing. As with all hotels in side staff are poorly paid so tips secure a good service. Rooms cleaned everyday with clean towels. Not many British here mainly Russian & German. We will be going back as we enjoyed it that much. It’s impossible to go hungry plenty of choice. Local bus station just outside hotel plenty of cheap shops nearby.
I just came back from a week in Side Premium and was very disappointed with this hotel. I will start with the positive: The beach is very close to the hotel and it’s very nice. If sand and sea wasn’t nearby I think we would have cut this holiday short or gone to another hotel. I have been to a few all inclusive holidays but this is by far the worst. I am really surprised that it has 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor. That’s what fooled me when I booked it. The food was below average. Very repetitive and tasteless. The staff were supposed to serve you the drinks during your meals but it hardly ever happened. We had to go and chase people for a glass of water. One of the waiters made it quite clear with gestures that unless we tipped he wouldn’t bring us any drinks. The restaurant for dinner closed at 9pm which we found was very early closure. All other facilities like coffee shop, patisserie shop, gym were opened between 9-6 which made it hard to use them if you were going to enjoy the sun during those hours. They had 3 A la carte restaurants but you were allowed to book only one of them per week. Went to guest relations to book it and she was supper rude. She was this Chinese looking lady who assumed we were from Romania and kept saying phrases in Romanian that we didn’t understand. I kept saying we are not Russians as I thought she was speaking in Russian and very rudely she turned around and says well I’m not speaking in Russian, I’m just saying …. And repeats what she had said in a language I didn’t understand. I said I don’t understand you for like the fourth time and she says but you are Rumanian right? I answer No and she looks as though I’m lying to her and no apologies. Appalling behaviour honestly. Reception staff so rude as well. Called to ask for the time the taxi was picking us up for the airport and his answer: Lady come to reception and read the list. I guess it was too much for him to just look at my name on that list with 10 names on it and tell me the time. By the way none of the staff spoke a word in english. Not only but they would automatically assume we were Russians or polish or Rumanian or german and start taking to us and we never had a clue what they were saying. The moment you told them do you speak english they would just move on from you as if you didn’t matter. Animation team rubbish. They did the bear minimum, no real effort with guests, I guess because most of them didn’t know any english. Even the guy who was in charge of the beach volleyball, God forbid if the people wanted to carry on playing. After an hour he would just collect the ball and lock it away quite rudely I must say. We had to get our own ball to carry on the game. The rooms were not cleaned at all, just towels changed. The cleaner had taken our quilt one day so we were really cold all night. The walls of the rooms were so thin we could hear the conversations of the room next door or their snoring. I am shocked by how low the standards of this hotel were. The hotel itself and the facilities are not bad but it’s being managed very badly. I have been a few times in Turkey and everywhere people have been very warm and friendly even if their english wasn’t great. The attitude of the staff here was really bad. It felt like if you were not russian or german they wouldn’t even bother to ask where you came from or to give you the time of day. Good luck to them because I will never go back there.…
I was a bit wary following some of the reviews prior to my arrival, anyway myself my partner and our two kids aged 8 & 2, along with our friends and there 2 kids have had an extremely good holiday, the food was very good ( apart from closing early each night at 8-30 ), the staff are very friendly especially Tom from the entertainment team and also Cholpon from guest relations who is extremely helpful. The bar staff work tirelessly to make sure that you have drinks all day & night. The pool is great especially the slides , only down side is that the main pool is one depth but there is a kids pool at least for the little ones. Rooms are very clean , we upgraded to a family suite and can’t have any complaints, very spacious. Entertainment every night mainly dance shows after the kids mini disco. The beach bar is very good and the private beach area is lovely. Overall a very satisfying holiday experience.…
Very bad a communication with the English it's definitely not catered for English aswell only person we could communicate with was Tom 1 of the entertainment team members our room was full of ant well that's all I think they was room wasn't done everyday only clean towels drinks was not what we expected when ask for sex on the beach they were none alcohol and we was all inclusive I would not go back there full of rude German poeple food for everyone but us that's if you like frys for breakfast dinner and tea I could go on and on
We had a nice family holiday at a hotel that is clearly going through an investment phase of its redevelopment . The team are clearly trying their best, all with a friendly smile on their faces. I didn’t expect a 5 Star hotel as classified, I would suggest this is a 4 Star hotel. One bit of advise I would give is to walk the hotel, there are some hidden places that add value, such as the coffee shop and pastries. The in hotel market offers a good range and offer a personal none pushy service. My wife said the spa was great. Transfer time from Antalya Airport in private taxi was 50 mins.
Stayed here with my husband November 2021. Had a warm welcome on arrival. Friendly staff. A nice clean hotel with clean rooms. The food was good with lots of choice. Drinks were local and limited in the all inclusive package. Loved the coffee shop and the hammam. The only downside was at meal times you had to find a table for yourself in the restaurant rather than been shown to a table.
Not a 5 star by a long shot. Hotel was clean but basic. Need updating desperately. Food, always cold and bland but could find something to eat we didn’t go hungry. Snack bar was cold pizza, cold chips, cheap chicken nuggets (looked nothing like chicken inside) salad was usual all inclusive meats, cheese and various salad items. No microwaves which are needed given the food was always cold. Drinks were usual cheap local spirts and flat beer. Not much choice. Cocktails were nice though. Pool, was very cold but clean and very quite. Always could get a sun bed no matter what time of day it was. Beach was great, lovely and quite, again, plenty of beds and was part of the hotel so food and drinks from the bar were all inclusive. Waiters came around with drinks every 20mins or so which was nice. Rooms… firstly we were told we had to pay €10 a night to have a room with a balcony! I have never in my life stayed at a hotel, especially a 5 star, that doesn’t come with a balcony as part of a standard room! Air conditioning nonexistent! One of my specific requirements when looking for a hotel is air conditioning, it’s a deal breaker for us. If it is for you then I’d avoid Side. This hotel advertised air conditioning but it was turned off. We were told it was broken, indefinitely, but I don’t believe that was true as we spoke to other people from nearby hotels who were told the same. I think they turned it off to save money. The room was always stuffy and I’m glad we only went for a week because sleep was nonexistent with the hard bed, flat pillows and hot stuffy rooms! We did keep the window open to try let some air in but it was warm outside so it didn’t help at all. Staff were ok, Iv had a lot better service at 3 star hotels and the entertainment was poor. Seemed to be the same acts every other night. Not much day time entertainment either. Also it’s a German hotel so very geared towards German guests, as is the whole is Side. I think Side is where German visit and the prices of food and drink in Side is on the pricey side. If you want a five star hotel then avoid this one! We were disappointed after reading the reviews, which seemed good but we didn’t experience anything like those reviews and we won’t be going back.…
