We arrived at 10:00 a.m., put on bracelets and sent us to breakfast. The room was ready by 11.30. The room is spacious with a large balcony, the bathroom has gels/shampoos, a huge stock of toilet paper (everything was not used even in 2 weeks), also the room had slippers and a beach bag, which we enjoyed all our holidays. The minibar was constantly replenished with water, and the room also had a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar and cream for coffee.
Cleaned my room every day, changed my towels every day. The food was very nice, there were always delicious soups, many meat dishes (chicken, turkey, veal, lamb), several times there were sushi, crawfish. The fruit was regularly given sweet watermelons, melons, apples, the first week of rest was sweet cherry, then it ended and very juicy sweet apricots and peaches appeared. During the day in the snack bar you can eat delicious hamburgers and fries, from 3 to 3.45 p.m. give delicious ice cream, from 3.30 p.m. fry delicious waffles and serve various cakes and cookies. At the bar on the beach you could also eat from 12.30 p.m., also there were geselme tortillas, but we never tried, we left for the hotel at that time.
The bar made delicious cocktails alcoholic and non-alcoholic for the kids.
Now for the downside:
1) terrible hard and flat cushions in the rooms! It's impossible to sleep, even in the early days my neck jammed with it ((
2) No animation team, no animators are seen or heard, no one goes to charge - they are happy. Only activated when you need to sell bingo tickets
3) do not take rooms overlooking the central entrance - you will not be able to sleep peacefully until 3am! Opposite the hotel is the establishment dolce vita, which plays awfully loud music! We all had to buy earplugs. And when we left the hotel at night, we noticed that this place was completely empty, there was no soul in it, not even staff visible, but the music yelled as if there was a super party for several thousand people.
4) Gala - dinner is a nightmare! Usually, hotels host Turkish Night, and here they make a gala dinner. All the tables and food are taken outside and the food lies for 3-4 hours in the heat of 30 degrees, there are not enough places for all the people, everyone wanders around like unrepentant with plates and can't find a place. Those in the subject are occupying the tables almost in the morning! Full of friendship and confusion. And the undernourished food that has been in the heat all evening will be served to you for lunch and dinner tomorrow.

To start with the negative (because yes there are some unfortunately), I was disappointed that the wifi is paid in a 5* hotel (they offer you free wifi available when you are at the reception but it did not work for me). Good thing my boyfriend still buys a card with 4G.
It is true that the hotel is a bit old but personally it did not bother me more than that, I find that the photos are true to reality. Besides that, I enjoyed the service both at the restaurant and at the reception, the animators were great too.
I really liked the food too, people complain about the redundancy of the dishes but in an all-in hotel you should not expect anything new every day! And then there are so many choices that you have the possibility to vary your dishes if you wish.
There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, which allows you to choose the type of atmosphere you prefer. I spent all my time at the relax pool and never had a problem finding deckchairs at any time of the day.
You have the shuttle to the private beach of the hotel but you can do it on foot, the path is not disturbing and it is not that long (+- 10min).
The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. Nothing to say at that level.
Around the hotel you have enough to walk, shop and eat and drink. You have buses passing to either Side or Manavgat. (Choice for Pine Side Restaurant/Bar)
In short, I think if you are simple people, you will enjoy this friendly and family hotel. There is everything you need to have a great holiday. The point that makes me remove a star is really the wifi.
As for being all-inclusive you have to pay for the drinks after 11pm.
The alcohol is so week you definitely have to get a double shot to taste anything.
i don't know if it was the time of year but the hotel was full of elderly people at least 75 percent.
The sauna and inside pool closed at 6pm everyday and considering it rained everyday and no one could use the outside pool it was a bit annoying.
The food was OK if you are adventurous with trying different options but i just ate lot's of salad and anything that said chicken.
The food wasn't very hot but they have a microwave available.
The room service was good someone would clean the room everyday.
Not alot of entertainment had 2 disco's and bingo one night.
The best part of the holiday was the safari and boat trip and lunch what was arranged by the love holiday rep kahlid it was well worth the money.
Holiday dec 24th until Dec 31st

Having traveled 15 times in Turkey in five stars I can tell you that linda is far from a 5 star
As read in the previous reviews actually the food is more than recycled basically it is almost the same morning noon and evening with 2-3 exceptions that change but nothing exceptional either avoid bread in the morning it has no bland taste since it is industrial the first four days of my arrival at the Pension we had to serve ourselves the drinks in the self in brackets there is a waiter normally arrived afterwards and there we could no longer help ourselves , be careful when you go to get food your plate avoids rid if you are alone at the table like the pool hardly your glass laid you prick your head and everything has disappeared , honestly the buffet is worth a 3 stars being nice , Turkish theme night and at the buffet there are sushi of the never seen 😂 but do not be afraid if you missed them they will be present (sushi) the next lunch or evening for example there was also liver that must be cooked well but not too soft and well there rubber in the mouth my jaw caught chocolate bars impossible to eat so much you have to chew but good for yourself if you go to this Pension, finished the last 3 days eating outside at the pine side (Ambiance top ), bill cosby ( atmosphere top) in the street of the Pension
Very nice once I gave two euros to the housekeeper thinking it would please her and she asked me four euros what wi-fi base paying eight euros a week and again for the Award you have to pedal for the connection , team of four animators it’s okay and nothing is the same , in short if you have a small budget for those who can not afford to go but do not expect anything exceptional
I forgot if you want sunbeds for the pool get up at 06h otherwise nothing and at 17h10-15 the staff close umbrellas etc to make you understand that you must clear

Of the cons, only the fact that there is Wi-Fi only in the Lobby, for Wi-Fi elsewhere you have to pay extra:(but it seems to me that in this case all the pros overlap the cons:)
The weather in early November was just a fairy tale-perfect for me- and not hot, and not cold, sunny, about 27 degrees in the afternoon, I was very tanned:))
the sea is warm, you can swim even in the evening
In general, with the weather, you definitely won't lose:)
In general, I recommend Linda, in the velvet season exactly, during the season, that is summer, and in September-October I was not there:)
The food was particularly noteworthy, especially the loving preparation of Turkish specialties. We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the dishes and the authentic flavours made every meal a treat.
Although the hotel is of older construction, it is being continuously modernised and offers a comfortable stay. It offers several pool areas ideal for families, as well as numerous children's attractions that have delighted our little ones. There are also a variety of sports activities for adults that make your stay varied and active.
The hotel is a bit away from the usual tourist hotspots, which we really liked as it offered a quieter atmosphere. Especially pleasing was the proximity to the hotel's own beach and the great shopping on the way there.
Overall, our stay at Linda Hotel was a pleasant surprise, and I can only recommend it for families who want to spend a relaxing and varied time in Side.
Having to pay for the drinks from the minibar in all inclusive is not compatible with the common AI concept. The cheat pack continues with the so-called comfort room. This was 1:1 to the standard room, was a good 30 euros more expensive, but Internet and safe incl. So more of a hidden price increase. The room was a disaster, chair and table [gave only one] wobbled, fridge door hung down, balcony was puny. Outside my room door, two ladies from the "Room Service" talked loudly, not thinking about sleep. Food borderline, cleanliness miserable. 2 stars is the highest of feelings.
I was able to prevail with my tour operator, who I was able to move to another, real hotel.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to the sea, but we like to walk a lot.
Internet is free in the lobby, bought for a week for $10 and used in the hotel and on the beach.
Nearby there is a lake and a river. There was a fisherman with us. The cats were delighted with the fish. It is better to visit the pool in the morning. No one until breakfast, swim as much as you want. By bus you can go to Manavgat for shopping and the old town for history. A ticket to the amphitheater costs 17 euros, everywhere there is a reconstruction. We looked down the hill and reached the palace of Apollo.
We swam in the sea if there were no big waves. From February 28 to March 6 the weather was good.
We plan to come again in the fall. In summer it is too hot for us and it is difficult to walk far.
Yes, very tasty food. In our company, everyone has different tastes, but everyone found their favorite dish.
Many thanks to the two Olgas: at the reception and in the pool, for their efficiency and customer focus.
