Very attentive staff! They remember their guests, smile, joke, and most importantly, they are always ready to meet. I arrived early in the morning, one might even say it was still at night, and I was immediately checked into a room, since it was free, although officially all hotels open check-in only from 12:00. Very cozy rooms, clean, with fresh linen and daily cleaning. WiFi is available everywhere, there are no problems. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner there is a huge number of dishes for different tastes + on certain days they serve champagne and beautiful cocktails. Turkish night is one of the best evenings in the hotel)) The cooks and waiters do their job 200%, especially the main manager of the restaurant and bar! He asks if you liked everything; many times he personally supervised the distribution of dishes. Many thanks to him for this! Animators. These are some kind of superhumans, honestly! They are always cheerful, smiling and good-natured, and they plow like horses from morning to night. Every day: exercises, water Pilates, in the pool, on the beach, evening programs, concerts. Thanks to them for charging us with energy!

I was with my friend had 7 days at Armas Bella Sun. We had a lovely relaxing time ,the Animations Team were really friendly and always smiling. Yoga and aqua aerobic were professionally conducted. DJ played Polish music (Mrozu) and the music we wanted (Askim), it was very nice. The restaurant served very good food, fresh salads, deserts and meat.

Hello, we are now at the hotel, we liked everything, from the service to the food. We arrived at the hotel, they sent us to eat, and as soon as the room was ready they gave us the room in the second building, 4th floor, large with a balcony, you could even see the sea. In the minibar mineral and plain water, plain water replenished every day. Snow-white linen, kettle, coffee, powdered milk in the room. Cleaning every day! Special thanks to the hotel staff, always ready to help, everyone is very polite, it was very comfortable to stay here! Food like everywhere else in Turkey, everything was prepared very tasty, my friends and children had no problems with food! The alcohol is decent, there is everything! Delicious cocktails, I drank bottled rose wine, delicious) The restaurant closes, the pool bar opens, ice cream, burgers, fries, the children were happy! On the territory of the slide, you couldn’t get the children out of there! Special thanks to the animation team, they didn’t let you get bored! It’s just a stone’s throw from the sea, there’s also a bar on the beach, you can have a snack! And Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and on the sea too, it’s good, we even watched movies. We stayed at Armas Bella Sun at the end of September 2024 and were disappointed. We booked it as a 5* ultra all-inclusive, but in reality, it felt more like a 4*. The first letdown was the terrible service, whether at reception during check-in, in the snack bar, or in the restaurant. No one smiled, and every interaction with the staff left the impression that they had contempt for the guests. The spa staff refused us access to the free hammam unless we purchased their full package of massages, scrubs, and other services.
The quality of food in the snack bars was awful. The burgers were cold and dry, with a sad slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, and a patty that seemed to have been cooked who knows when. They didn’t even try to make them appetizing, just throwing the ingredients into the bun in front of the guests. The alcohol was terrible, and we only tried it in cocktails. The bars only served a "cocktail of the day" and refused to make anything else. And the cocktail of the day was a mystery mix ladled into glasses from a big tub. In the main restaurant, 90% of the dishes were tasteless, and the pasta made "to order" was just for show – flavorless noodles and vegetables with a burnt aftertaste. The only tasty desserts were the baklava and puddings. Everything else looked nice but was disappointing, and we ate just to fill up, not to enjoy the food. Breakfasts were the best of the three basic meals, thanks to the ham, rolls, cheeses, and greens – or anything the kitchen staff didn’t touch.
The room was spacious, but the balcony was tiny (about 15 cm) and purely decorative. There wasn’t even anywhere to dry our clothes. The bed was uncomfortable. Towels and bed linens were not changed on time, and we had to repeatedly ask at reception. They also didn’t refill the shower gel or shampoo.
The beach was another major disappointment. To reach it, you have to walk down a dirty, bad-smelling street, where motorcycles and cars are constantly driving by. Thankfully, it only takes about 5 minutes. The beach itself is very small for such a large hotel. The sunbeds are crammed together, and by 8 AM, they’re all already reserved with towels from guests who claim their spots early. The beach and sunbeds are dirty, and there’s no one responsible for keeping things clean. The entry into the sea is relatively soft, a mix of sand and small pebbles, but the murky water due to the waves hides large rocks, making it even more unpleasant.
In the end, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Positives: the pool is clean, and they actually take care of it, regularly cleaning the pool area as well. The animation program is extensive, and the kids loved it, and the adults enjoyed it too (although the animators were a bit too intrusive). The two water slides added some fun variety to the stay, but they weren’t open all day, and I never quite figured out their schedule (the lifeguard was almost never there anyway).

I will start from positives because is just a few. Cleaning service is really good, free WiFi, free drinking bottled water,free beach and pool towels everyday. You don't have to pay for sunbeds they are free as well. Ok it's time for negatives: start from the room, there is a loot of insects like ants. Room without balkony, no space to dry your yor clothes or enjoy a cigarette. Television offers Russian channels in majority, few in German and lastly only two in English.Everyday we waked up with a new bites. Walls, omg you can hear what your neighbours doing, you can hear everything !!! Staff doesn't speak English, German. They just speak Russian which makes the conversation bearly possible. About 75% of guests are Russian, Belarusian or from Kazakhstan. The most of the information is in Russian language like in Spa ,where you need to take your beach towels . Animation team, when approaching to Us always speak Russian to us. All animations are in Russian, Russian music all the time. Don't buy anything from the first shop (near the pool)as shopkeeper will try to ripp you off (highly overpriced). There is another shop with reasonable prices when you follow down the road to the beach. Some of staff are very rude like young lady who is serving hamburgers near the beach. Sandy beach but in sea are a lot of stones with sharp edges,my son get cuts,some of guests broke his toe.Food, I'm disappointed because I love meat. Not much to eat for me, there is everyday a stew from livers or hearts. Just forget about proper meat. Lots of salads and cakes. Rotten fruits, for first 3 days we didn't eat any fruits because of that. Well for sure we never come back to this hotel and I'm pretty much sure we never come back to Turkey. Disappointed.

We rested together. 1. these rooms are clearly not 5 stars. The renovation has been done, everything is clean, but with crooked hands and this spoils the impression. There is no toothpaste, no toothbrushes, there are paper cups instead of cups, and they are not always cleaned well. Very poor sound insulation in the main building. You can hear your roommates very loudly, everyone slams their doors, and you constantly wake up. We came across neighbors who were talking very loudly; if you wish, you can conduct conversations through the wall)) That's why we decided to change the room; the other one was quieter). There is no elevator, the steps are very steep, it will be very difficult for older people to climb the floors. 2. The reception is fine, everyone is polite, all issues were resolved. 3. The animation is ok, we didn’t really need it, but everything is great for children, in the evenings there is something to look at. 4. The beach is very small for this hotel, if you are adherents of the sect - take a sunbed at 7 am, you will like it. At 7:30 in the morning there will be 1-2 free sunbeds in different places, everything is very crowded. The beach is dirty due to algae. 5 Food, after reading the reviews about the sameness, we were at first surprised by the variety of food, but by the middle of the holiday you realize that this is the case. There is a lot of different food, but everything is not tasty, everything that can be stuffed is stuffed with strange rice) Dolma in their understanding is tasteless rice in a grape leaf, minced meat and does not smell. Everything was bland and tasteless, only the chicken was always ok. Vegetables are the same as in any supermarket. Almost all sweets are not tasty. Everything looks very beautiful, but has no taste. Armas Bella Sun is a wonderful hotel for family holidays, as well as holidays with children. There are 4 swimming pools on site: 2 for children and 2 for adults. There are many sun loungers around the pool, there is enough space for everyone. It is possible to take a free towel for sunbeds and going to the sea, which can be changed every day. It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is good, sandy, with a smooth entry into the water. The only negative is that during the high season you need to take sunbeds in the morning, preferably from 7-7:30, if you want to bask on the beach, not on the sand. Excellent and varied cuisine will not leave anyone indifferent. There is always a chef in the hall who keeps order and is always open to communicate with guests. Very strong animation, including for children. I would especially like to mention Rosa and Denise. The girls have a great time with the kids! For an additional fee, they will help you paint a T-shirt with indelible paints and create a picture using multi-colored sand. Certain days are set aside for this. The price includes a T-shirt and paints, and in the second case, a tablet with a specific design and multi-colored sand. At the end of the day, the children are presented with their masterpieces on stage to the applause of the audience. A variety of recreation for adults: various games around the pool, darts, water polo, table tennis, once there was petanque, they conduct yoga and teach dancing :) Every day after lunch you can enjoy delicious Turkish ice cream, and throughout the day the bartenders make amazing cocktails. The hotel area is very clean and well-groomed, there are citrus trees: tangerines, oranges, grapefruits, pomegranates, a lot of greenery and flowers. The staff is very polite and friendly, many understand and speak Russian. Special thanks to the hotel administration for their attentive and friendly attitude towards vacationers. The hotel, like the whole vacation, left only positive emotions! This is the place where you want to come back again!

Good afternoon, we took a trip for 14 days together with a child. Based on current pricing, the cost is very pleasant; the hotel cost us 170 thousand rubles. The price-quality ratio is at the highest level. The hotel area is very clean and well-groomed, there are a lot of staff who keep order. Two large swimming pools, there are always free sun loungers, there were a lot of people in the hotel, but there were never crowds anywhere, except at dinner) from 12 to 16 there is a snack bar where you can have a full lunch in addition to fast food (burgers, nuggets, fries) there is Also, grilled dishes (meat, fish), the menu alternated every day. I was very pleased with the wi-fi, it works perfectly throughout the entire area, including on the beach and in the room. The staff resolves all issues very quickly; there is no need to ask them to do something several times. Very wide beach, good entrance to the sea. We stayed at the Armas Bella Sun hotel from April 27 to May 8, 2024. We really liked the hotel. I gave the rating 5 points for all criteria, which includes service, cleanliness, food, and attitude towards tourists. The rooms are large (we lived in the central building), even the presence of a French balcony in the room did not bother us at all. The linen was clean and changed regularly. The beds are large and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The food in the restaurant is simply wonderful (fish, chicken, meat, turkey, all fried, boiled, stewed, with or without vegetables, in short, for every taste). No one will die of hunger. Wi-fi works flawlessly, both in the room and in the pool, and the safe in the room is free. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. The beach itself is small, but we had enough sun loungers since we were there at the beginning of the season. There is a promenade along the sea where you can take a walk in the evening. But I would especially like to note the work of the animators: Igor, Denise, Alex, Maxim, Alena and Alina, who speaks phenomenally in Russian, English, Turkish without hesitation or accent. I haven’t seen such a sincere and warm atmosphere that they create for vacationers, both children and adults, for a long time. The guys don't just put in their hours, they actually give a piece of themselves. They approach almost everyone and find at least a minute to just chat or joke. This is one of the best animation teams I have met in almost 25 years of travel, 15 of which were tours to Turkey. Just well done, keep it up until November. Strength and inspiration to you! Perhaps I will return to the same hotel in October.

We rested at the hotel from September 12 to 21! The hotel is really family-friendly - cozy, compact, close to the beach! I was with a 7-year-old child and my mother. The three of us loved it incredibly! Everyone is polite and cheerful! Clean in the restaurant, room and throughout the entire territory! We lived in a building near the children's pool, the sound insulation in the room was excellent! But we didn’t really need it, we spent the whole day at the sea, which was 30 degrees, and in the evening at the animation! Guys are simply TOP!!! Mini disco, Turkish night, Mr. Hotel, acrobats from Africa, foam party, beer festival - there was everything! The food is good!!! There is a lot of it and they try to create variety! The wine is delicious, but I drank more mojitos and similar alcoholic cocktails. In the children's club, the children were entertained - they were looking for treasure, they were drawing on T-shirts, they were playing! At this time I went for a super massage and to the pool! In the evening, couples ordered a hookah and chilled by the pool. On the road to the sea there is an embankment - it leads along the sea to the city, where there is a market, cafes, restaurants. Yes, there are plenty of sunbeds. But this is a question for vacationers who put their towels on the sun loungers in the morning and might not even come to the beach the whole day!!! We liked to take seats in the green area near the bar. The sea is simply a miracle! Greenhouse milk! Yes, sometimes algae washed in, but after sailing 2 meters (the sea is deep) you find yourself in the purest water!! There were couples with very young children, elderly and middle-aged ones. There are not many young people. For a family holiday - everything was just SUPER!!! I would go there with my husband for romance :) Thanks to the entire hotel team!!! We just flew home and already want to go back!!
