Hotel had no reservation for us. I had to call emergency contact number for love holidays, apparently they use 3rd party who didn’t pass my hotel booking info on to the hotel, I think they were hoping I wouldn’t show up so they could keep my money. 2 hours later love holiday passed our booking to the hotel so they could check us in. The hotel manager was lovley about it, he let us go about our day as if we were guests, kept our luggage safe untill this matter was dealt with. That was day 1. Many of the bar staff couldn't speak English, Turkish & Russian were the most widely spoken, i ended up mostly having rum & coke as they couldn't understand what cocktails I was ordering. ⭐️⭐️ One day our room was left open by cleaning staff, nothing was disturbed thank god but it was a shock to find. Luckily I hadn't gone anywhere for the day, I was on the hotel grounds all day. ⭐️ Our room was never cleaned though I left tips, all that was done was toilet paper replacement. Our dirty towels were left by the door where I originally put them to be taken, the floor was never swept, by day 4 I used old towels to put our feet on when we weren't wearing shoes. ⭐️ The beach was lovely, plenty of seats¶sols, the beach bar food & drink was lovely too, great cook, great staff, it was always clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The 2 shops on premises was great, they had everything you could need, staff was lovely too, they spoilt my son with sweets everything we went there. When I bought swimming arm bands the guy blow them up without being asked, he did it just to be helpful. Lovely people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food selection in main restaurant was nice but repetitive, everyday was the same selection, though there was a lot to choose from, Italian, Greek, Turkish, it got a bit boring. I would have liked to see themed nights, at least 1 or 2 different dishes a day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved the grilled chef, he had such personality & pride in his food, he cooled it infrastructure of us with a big smile, his food was the gest tasting, we had it nearly every night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The 3 pools were lovely, we favoured the water slide pool which was lots of fun, for kids & adults. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was great value for money, I feel we got what we paid for and more. I was with my friend had 7 days at Armas Bella Sun. We had a lovely relaxing time ,the Animations Team were really friendly and always smiling. Yoga and aqua aerobic were professionally conducted. DJ played Polish music (Mrozu) and the music we wanted (Askim), it was very nice. The restaurant served very good food, fresh salads, deserts and meat.

My mother and I spent three weeks in this hotel and our experience was delightful. After two weeks the food normally gets dull in hotels, but I was very satisfied with the variety and quality of dishes till our last day there. Rooms look very modern, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner is working properly (cause it's not from the past century, as in some other places I've been to). Properly working climate control is undoubtedly a necessity in such a hot climate and we were very satisfied. The only downside of this place is that the beach is crammed, but other factors outweigh it, especially service and animation. We arrived at eleven pm and I asked for a warm blanket, it was in our room in a matter of 20 minutes. The animation team is lit, very cheerful and welcoming people, especially the moustache guy, he is just constantly in the flow. There is always something to occupy yourself with, whole bunch of activities throughout the day. Disco tours are absolutely worth it, don't sleep on it. Would like to visit again. …

Hi everyone. First of all if you are thinking about a holiday without problem, absolutely you should choose ARMAS BELLA SUN HOTEL. All services perfect, you can find all you need at hotel. Rooms are so clean, in a day you can find something to eat. So many food and drink choises. All of them delicous. All employees smiling and helpful. During the day animation team doing so many activities. Yoga, water polo, dancing, foam party etc. Pools are so clean and sea is near to hotel. The beach and sea is sand also not so deep. There are lots of snacks, ice cream etc during the day. This hotel absolutely great for families. By the way i would like to special thanks to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ersel Sakalli and Gues Relationship Manager Mr. Ersan for their helpful and smiling behaviours.

Awful. Food poisoning on the first day from this hotel. Food was not worth it! Staff couldnt care less that they made me ill and ruined my holiday. Dirty, stained towels and bed lining. The worst cocktail I have ever had. Broken tv remote reported and not fixed with no follow up from rude staff. Filthy rooms, with marks all over the bathroom. Warm-ish water takes 5 minutes to come through. Broken fixtures and dirty lamps. A dead wasp on my floor all week. All inclusive until 12 and then you have to pay at the bar!! Thin walls so the neigbours can wake you up at 6 talking. Tv has two channels in English, both news. Honestly felt like they did not like the English! Left waiting at reception when I arrived at 1am for 20 minutes with no explanation, and the Dutch couple who arrived after were dealt with as soon as they walked in. The only positive I can honestly think of is the Aircon worked... Don't get airport transfers from this hotel either, huge rip off. Saved 20 euro each way using a vip service with drinks, WiFi and a TV! No idea how it is 4 star, I wouldn't give it 2. I honestly couldn't wait to leave this hotel. You could not pay me to return!…

I have never in my life came across staff this rude towards asian people. So if you are asian or muslims plz stay away from this hotel. Horrible service. Restaurant staff coming to table next to ours to ask if they r alright but ignoring us. Cleaning room was just moping half of the floor and putting some blue stuff in the toilet.. no new towels and they never used to clean mirror desks. No amenities at this hotel. Food is in minus. Very bad. I wouldn’t mind no eng staff but rude and racist is not acceptable. The most horrible hotel i have ever been to. Worst experience of my life. When we checked out the lady at the front desk looked like she doesn’t even want to talk to us. Was giving us dirty looks and her face changed as soon as white person walked by. I have read some bad revievs about this hotel ( Armas Bella Sun ) What I want to ask the people with the bad reviews are : Are you sure you stayed at this hotel or did you walk about with your eyes closed ? because your reviews are not for this hotel must be another one , We checked in on the 2nd October and stayed for 11 nights , On arrival we were met by the reception team who were very nice and polite and spoke very good English . We were shown to our rooms which were suppose to be on the other side of the hotel but was quickly changed due to my wife being on crutches and we were changed to a room nearer the dining room which was really appreciated. The following morning we made our way to breakfast which was outstanding something for everyone to eat , lunches and dinners were the same catered for everyone even fussy eaters like myself but i didn't starve anyway. The animation Team were superb a great bunch of Girls and Boys who couldn't do enough for you to get you to join in with the entertainment which was Brilliant , water polo, poolside dancing , aerobics , zumba , and not forgetting the wide variety of poolside music which you can purchase a USB from the animation team for 10Euro well worth it . The Team consisted of TOPRAK (Boss) , ALBINA , MAKSIM, YILOIZ,DEMIZA, ALEX there are a credit to the hotel and to the Animitation Team . The entertainment was great different events ie Turkey Night , African Night , . Hotel was very clean no complaints , the staff were out continuously brushing up everywhere the whole staff are a credit to the hotel it is a 4star hotel with a 5 star treatment. I will definetly be booking for 2023 and look forward to meeting up with everybody again.…

Great rooms, clean and tidy no complaints, but not many english speaking families or staff at this hotel to hard to communicate the issues we had. The major disappointment was the food it was cold at breakfast lunch and dinner, the only hot food was from the person Cooking on the grill. The food in the hot plates was stone cold and couldn't eat much at all ,ended up in bed for 2 days due to the food. When I complained they told me they have 1000 guest in the hotel? No my problem, based on the food I would not come back to this hotel again.
