We paid this hotel through a travel agency, hotel confirmed reservation, but when we arrived at the hotel, thay said that we had no reservation, we were waited for hours in the garden for the manager, then thay offered another hotel for the first night, we refused , but they said that thay will tear up our reservations if we don't accept

This hotel is, maybe, average level or below, but suitable for staying in. It gives a normal impression, excepting some things. This hotel located far enough from the beach. There is a shuttle bus service. The road to the beach is uncomfortable. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes of walking. The hotel is close to the historical part of Side. There are some supermarkets also not far from the hotel. Rooms have some unpleasant features (furniture with missing decorative parts, fridge didn't work, no TV, old air conditioner and bathroom equipment), but not bad in common. The bed is comfortable for sleep. There were mosquitoes some nights. Service is not bad, but there are no fresh towels sometimes. Lunchbox is not available when you go to the excursion early morning. Hotel's staff tries to help with needs of visitors. The cuisine is good, but without something special. Usual eggs and sausage with tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast, but there are few kinds of cheese, greens, jam for dessert. Soup, cutlets or more simple meet for dinner, many salads. The restaurant is big enough to serve many guests without long wait, a part of places has no cover from the sun. But there are problems with lack of plates, or some dishes, or desserts sometimes. Internet (free Wi-Fi) available at the restaurant and swimming pool area. Very slow and weak. Music at the hotel's restaurant and nearby nightclub is loud and can last until late night.…

Me and my partner stayed here for a week it was the holiday from hell we arrived at 6am to no room eventually found a room after speaking to google on the receptionists phone to translate,the room was smelly and dirty we then got another room but not until 12 noon we passed on dinner totally disgusting food only catering for Russian and German tourists,the pool was dirty there was a problem with the slide underneath and was leaking the kids wer falling due to water everywhere.Beware stay away if your English !!!! If it hadn’t bin for a Manchester couple we met with there kids our holiday would have been really bad they were brilliant,we had to eat out everyday and night due to food let down but please don’t even attempt to go here all the staff are also ignorant apart from 1 lad called Mohammed who understood are concerns bless him he helped us out and even went out of his way for the couple from Manchester.never again .dscott I’d say -10 to this place .…

when i booked my holiday i started to read reviews. i was shocked and regrate of my booking but there was no way to cancel it. we arrived at 3.00 am and they offered me a room which was nice with lovely view, in the morning went to reception there was a very kind man who called Farhad he spoke english and he he gave me all the information that i need. the breakfast was 2 kinds of boiled eggs, butter honey and 6 tips of jams, sussage, 5 tips of cheas, 5 tips of different corn flex ,3 tips of olives and most tipe of differnt veghetables, hot milk and cold milk and,hot dirnks and cold drinks which was perfect. the lunch was different kind of rice pasta , meat, chicken, and lots of different typ of salad and dinner was different food which was nice and acceptable. the staff been very nice and kind when i asked for something they respect me gave me very quik. the management was perfect. i think this hotel is 4 star hotel. if i want to go to this city i defenately go to this hotel.…

We were moved from a 5star hotel to this dump of a 3star (I wouldn't give it a star) food is disgusting we had to eat out every night ! Unless you are a vegetarian you won't last a week ! Hotel staff don't like the English the room was nice however the shower was freezing cold ice blocks fell out of it lol ! The pool was dirty ! While staying here a 7year old child had a bowl accident and it took 2 days for the staff to clean it out and pool didn't get closed ! Avoid this place ! Avoid avoid avoid

My partner and i arrived at this hotel on 3rd September 2015 and oh my god after been there for only 15 minutes i wanted to leave, I have never been so disgusted in the attitudes towards English people. we arrived at midnight and was shown to our room with no inclusive band. we asked if we could have a drink only to be told the inclusive bar finished at 11pm so you will after pay for your drink. The next morning we went to reception to get our bands but all we got was the rolling of eyes and sighs. We eventually got our bands and went for breakfast where there was boiled eggs,cheese,bread and salad. LUNCH TIME = couscous,rice and chicken in water with mixed veg. SNACKS = baked bread with melted cheese on top that was left over from breakfast. EVENING MEAL = rice,mince mixed with cabbage and salad this was the same everyday unless they chucked cold sprouts in there to mix things up. The drinks on offer was a beer pump,vodka and juice for the kids that was it.This hotel has never been or should not even be aloud to say its an all inclusive hotel.The staff and managers are disgustingly rude and arrogant towards English people.I went into the mini market on site for some salt and vinegar crisp to be told by the shop keeper "only English people have salt and vinegar we only have plain" Only the English was made to pay for drinks after 11pm and all the money went into the bar mans pocket.I would gladly love to hear that this hotel has gone out of business purely because of the attitude and pig ignorance towards the English!!!!…

After booking the holiday I checked and read the reviews I was slightly horrified and was worried to come. After arriving at 3:30am we got shown out room which was very well decorated and clean with a balcony view to the pool. The hotel is constantly being cleaned! The only thing I would say is a drinks menu would have helped as some staff aren't great at English. Possibly more option for food but that's what you get with all inclusive as long as you have good it's fine :) hotel is a 20 minute walk into town with great beaches, ruins, restaurants. I had a amazing time here with my boyfriend and do not think it deserves the reviews if has had. The staff are friendly and the slide is great fun.

this hotel is an absolute joke! all inclusive they do not comprehend the meaning of the words with this hotel it is take it or leave it that is your option and if you don't like it eat elsewhere food choices can best be described as follows four sections of a bain marie one for rice one for a vegetable mix and if very lucky a choice of slop to go with the rice or vegetables no indication of what the slop contained ie what meat. on the one occasion they served potatoes ie chips they ran out 45 minutes into the dinner period of two hours i spent the whole week eating at a local café after checking the food on offer at the hotel every day before buying my meal else where my advice DONT GO HERE

Just come back from a weeks holiday. First time in Turkey been put off for life. No fridge or kettle in rooms, terrible food rude aggorant male staff member complained about him to the owner, after that he kept giving us dirty looks felt really uncomptable. All inclusive a joke people had to pay to eat out every day. When complained about the food was told this a 3 star hotel not 5 if you don't like the food eat out. Worst holiday ever.

This was my 6th return to turkey, having loved all previous stays in different parts. Having just returned from this disgusting place I will never go back. Put me off turkey for life. All inclusive is a joke. The food consisted of 4/5 trays of mixed up mush. Served 3 times a day. No desserts. No sauce. And dont dare ask for butter..! Bread is what youll survive on. The bar is beyond belief. Ask for a beer and in return youll get a half filled half glass. I was refused 2 drinks at the same time, one each for me and my partner.! The male staff are arrogant and rude. The only saving grace was the lovely man who worked in the shop. Hated every second of this place. Im not one to complain. But trust me when I say dont go here. The pictures on here are mainly of MIDNIGHT SUN BOUTIQUE. very misleading. If I could tick -1 I would.…
