    Very Pleasant Hotel
Hi all we went to The Voyage Sorgun for a week it was very good, we previously stayed at The Voyage Belek in March. I do not like comparing hotels but I do have to say that The Voyage Belek without doubt was the better between the 2, but I am not saying that The Voyage Sorgun was bad far from it. We arrived on the Saturday evening and was booked in very quickly the Guest relations Whatsapp staff where there to sort everything out quickly and professionally and we where booked in very quickly. We where offered drinks and some nice treats. We where in our room with 30 minutes if it was that long, I did contact the hotel before arriving to ask for a room near the hotel due to walking difficulties which I am happy to say the room was in the main hotel thank you Veronika, we did not have a very nice view as we where over the 24hr restaurant but thankfully there was not much noise at all and we where more than happy with that. The lifts are not the greatest and very slow and some only go to -1 to 0 which is strange. The room was kept very clean throughout the week and the Mini bar was filled with water, juice, beer and chocolate and nuts and crisps daily. We had a great time but as I said we inevitably matched the Voyage Sorgun with the Voyage Belek which isnt really fair but that sadly happens. There is nothing wrong with either and we really liked both though. We ate in a few of the eateries Wen(Chinese) lovely, Greek, Italian and Turkish all venues the food was fresh boiling hot and very nice settings so nothing wrong with that, we also ate in the 24hr restaurant a few times for lunch and dinner and again the food was great but this was differed from The Voyage Belek as in the Voyage Belek the menu changed from breakfast to lunch to dinner which was great and it was the same menu in the Sorgun it did not change but as I said the food was fine non the less. I went to the buffet for breakfast a few times and it was a bit hectic but it seemed to have a lot of choice for breakfast so you would not go hungry. The drinks at every bar we went to had a great selection of named spirits and a good amount of bottled beers as well as draught Effes again great, the app you download isnt as good as the Voyage Belek with drinks selection but again I cant help differing between the 2. We watched a few of the shows but we missed the first couple as we ate a little later and the shows mainly started at 9pm ish. What we forgot to do was check the app constantly as we are used to seeing a board with things on but that is down to us not the hotel, The only thing was you only had 1 show on as far as we are aware then a disco but not in a night club down after the show finished, yip and again the Voyage Belek had a bar that felt like a bar and had a group sing in there several time during our week, but not to retract from the Voyage that is just my personal opinion so to sum up our week the weather was great, the food was great, the drink was great and the staff where fantastic so if you have booked The Voyage Sorgun go and have a wonderful time just as we did. I havent given the Sorgun 5 stars I would give it a 4 and a half but only because we have stayed at The Voyage Belek and that just pips it.

Amazing first visit to Voyage Sorgun
We stayed here for a week October half term in a family of 15 with ages ranging from 7 to 68. Having never been to Turkey before we wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this resort. Lots of pools, snack bars and daytime entertainment although the swimming pools were freezing but I would imagine that is due to the time of year we visited. Weather was lovely during the day but does get a bit chilly at night time. We stayed in a bungalow which was spacious and had everything we needed with a well stocked mini bar and maid service every day. We were also added to a whattsapp group where we could contact our designated assistant (Dilan who was fantastic) day or night for anything at all from changing pillows to booking restaurants. The buffet restaurants had lots of variety and staff very attentive and friendly, every morning there was chef cooking eggs at the egg station and every evening there was chef carving up fresh beef or lamb or chicken. The only negatives I can really say is that the WIFI is quite weak in areas, and although there are plenty of ala carte restaurants they don't serve the food at the same time so we had many times when some people had finished their food and others were still waiting, even when we were sat to eat in a party of only 3. There is an outdoor theatre on site but we found the entertainment to be very average at best. The best thing about this resort is the staff, they work so hard, constantly cleaning and always extremely polite and helpful. We also loved that this resort is only a 10 euro ride in a taxi to Side which is absolutely beautiful with lots of shops, restaurants, nightclubs etc. We visited here several times as we don't like to just stay on the resort and like to see culture of where we visit. In addition, the drinks are branded so you can have drinks such as Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort etc and all ice creams are cornetto's and magnums etc which the kids loved helping themselves to all day. We also loved being right on the beach and we all did some water sports such as para gliding and the crazy sofa but these are at an extra charge around 35 euros each. Top tip, you don't need Turkish Lira, everywhere and everyone seems to prefer Euros! Overall we had a fabulous time and would definitely return. Thank you so much to all of the staff for looking after us.
Dear "Bonniebabe999", thank you for taking the time to share this detailed review here on TripAdvisor. We are happy that you had amazing holiday with us, and we are looking forward to seeing you again at Voyage Sorgun as a regular guest. Kind regards, Gulnaz Nurullina CRM & Social Media Expert

    Amazing!!
Myself, partner and our 20 year old son stayed at the Voyage Sorgun 23.4.22 - 1.5.22. We have stayed at the Voyage Belek a few times which we loved and so decided to try this hotel hoping it would be just as amazing. We was not disappointed at all. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we was made to feel part of the voyage family. They now offer the voyage assistant we was a lovely touch, any issues etc you have you would just WhatsApp your assistant and they would deal with it straight away. Our voyage assistant was Cargia and she popped and saw us a few times throughout our holiday to make sure we was all OK and having a lovely holiday. Cargia was lovely and the voyage assistant is a lovely new touch to the experience at voyage Hotels. We had a 2 bedroom family bungalow which was lovely and clean with plenty of space for us. The housekeeper we had cleaning are room was such a lovely lady, who was always happy and smiling everyday. The room was so clean we couldn't fault it. The whole hotel is spotless, they are constantly cleaning to the point everyday they would have someone remove the seaweed on the beach and rake the sand to make it look fresh. It was lovely to see. The food was amazing so much choice you will not go hungry at this hotel, my partner and son actually thought the food at voyage sorgun was slightly better than voyage belek. The cocktails was great with lots of choice and I had fun trying g every single one. They had branded drinks and we loved that around the main pool you can scan the qr code and order drinks from the bar, this was a lovely touch. The staff are what make this hotel. Every single one of them work so hard are always happy, smiling and make you feel so welcome and part of their family. I would like to give a special mention to Jenny (Cupra) from the animation team. Jenny is a real asset to this hotel, she has such a positive, happy person and I enjoyed are conversations everyday. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and we was sad to go home. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing as always! We had our holiday at Voyage Sorgun Hotel for the 6th time. The wonderful energy of the employees further increases the quality of the beautifully organized hotel. Hanife at the reception is amazing with her work discipline and understanding, thank you very much. Our assistants Meerim and Yaşar who helped us in every way, also +16 beach bar who never missed our drinks. Samet and Ali Ceylan, Sevim for the beautiful cocktails at the beach bar, Hüseyin for the fast service, Mr. Erhan at the Italian restaurant and Musa Chef (especially for the magnificent Tagliatelle Flambe) and finally all the friends at the Far East restaurant for the very delicious food and your warm hospitality. Thank you for all your efforts and for providing the same quality service every time we come. Voyage Sorgun is beautiful with you, we will come again :) See you soon !!! Meltem and Jozsef

Wow wow what can I say. As a travel agent I've become very fussy but I can truly say this place once again has exceeded all expectations. The staff are fabulous, they work so hard and no is never an answer. We have constant contact from customer relations( Nurayim ) always ensuring we were happy. We stayed at the one spot to sunbath everyday down the service Burak. This man tended all our needs. Nurayim and Burak are a credit to voyage along with the rest of the staff who truly make this a very special ultimate All inclusive holiday. I will be back. The food and drink quality are beyond any hotel I've stayed in and I have travelled Well done voyage on a fabulous product and employing so many fabulous people.

This hotel is 100% a five star experience and cannot recommend it enough. We have just spent a week here and felt like we were living in luxury; literally not one single negative. It’s a big hotel with something for everybody; restaurants and snack bars, nine pools plus slides, adult only areas and a beautiful beach right plus a great range of activities. The food really is amazing; a lot of effort clearly goes into the buffets as it’s always clean, fresh and an excellent variety. Miles above your standard all inclusive! The extra special restaurants are incredible value and excellent service / food - as little as €5 supplement per person unlike so many other places we’ve been to! The Greek was just incredible; amazing food and atmosphere, live band and the staff made the whole thing a massive highlight. The gym & spa are relaxing and quiet, lovely for an early morning swim. Should also say the evening entertainment at this hotel is equivalent to that you’d get on a cruise; huge shows in the beach theatre, singers and full on concerts, quality dance shows. We couldn’t believe the whole experience and there’s really no comparison to other European hotels hotels. All the staff go above and beyond. I needed to see a doctor due to a painful ear infection; the on-site doctor was there immediately, wrote me a prescription, the medication was delivered to me within the hour. Couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful they were but our personal assistant Janara also came to ensure there were no issues with language. We were given a free upgrade on arrival, champagne, an app to keep track of all hotel activities and a WhatsApp group with a personal assistant for the duration of the stay who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. We’ve never loved a place so much we’d consider going back but this hotel has changed that - we’ll 100% be back for a relaxing holiday in the future.

The hotel experience in general was outstanding. They have very well set QR code system to order drinks to sun-beds, staff was always in a problem solver mind set, foods and alacarts are above expectations, especially steakhouse and cuisne24’s döner kebab and pides. We had a very lovely assistants whom to support whenever we need. Sea was also overall okay when you compare to other Antalya seas in terms of waves and temperature, only issue was biting fish. Strongly recommend Voyage resorts.

We travelled in early September and had a good time * Like many Turkish resorts, there are quiet and noisy hotel rooms. They have exterior heat exchangers, on the east side droning constantly and this ruined my first night's sleep as they were very loud. Fortunately they were able to find us a much quieter room on request the next morning, but we weren't fully able to enjoy the first day as a result * We have to talk about the drink making. Whether asked in English or Russian, the staff don't really know how to make classic cocktails. They seem to equate "more alcohol" with "better drink" and I ended up ordering components separately and mixing myself, less you end up with 50% gin in a G&T, an Espresso Martini which seems to be missing the kahlua, or an Aperol spritz which was missing the spritz. Their own cocktails are much better made * They have an excellent system for ordering drinks to sun-beds in many areas, QR codes on each parasol linking to a store on your mobile phone where you put in your order and they bring it over. You can still wave down a staff member but it removes a lot of friction * The buffet food is hit or miss depending on who you are. If you're really into sea-food and meat on the bone, as well as exploring unusual food types, you'll love the buffet. If you're able to eat lactose you'll also have lots of options as there are many options mixed with dairy each day. Personally I'm slightly fussy and lactose intolerant so I found that some days there wasn't a lot of choice on the buffet. Overall "meh" feeling on this food * The Greek restaurant is really worth a visit for the overall experience, as they have live music and a great atmosphere, but you'll enjoy it best if you're into Sea-Food since a good chunk of the menu includes it. We didn't visit the other a-la-carte resturants but they didn't seem to have as much focus on the atmosphere * Don't go here FOR the beach, they seem to have a major problem with erosion on account of having embanked their beach to gain some dry land, and it's very stony and short as a result. We saw they were using an earth-mover to shore up the beach on one night. Nearby resorts have sandier and bigger beaches, and don't seem to have this problem because they kept their natural beaches, whereas the photos of this resort are clearly quite old the beach is worse now. * They assign every room a pair of "helpers" via a WhatsApp chat, and they were invaluable in sorting out our room move, helping access the pharmacy, and figuring out our trip to Side. Very friendly and able to help * My partner and I speak English, and she speaks Russian. The Russian on this resort is excellent, and English either excellent or passable, but inconsistent among staff. Most of the guests were also Russian speakers, though apparently a big influx of Germans come end of September. This is fairly consistent with other Turkish resorts, it's a big destination for Russian and German speakers, and English is more of a minority * This is very much a destination for families with young children. There are areas which are 16+ only, but most of the hotel is pretty noisy with normal baby and toddler noises. Just one to be aware of. * Very friendly cats which roam freely, which is a fixture in Turkey. As animal lovers being able to say hello is great, just keep control of your own children as they're still animals which don't want to be harassed and my partner did get a warning scratch when she over-did the attention. We even saw a kid throw his scooter at one on one night and the cats just don't deserve that! * The evening live shows were often spectacular and well worth going to. Lots of dancing, stuntwork, magic, and some live music too. A good variety and very family friendly. * The "Animation" team put on a lot of activities around the resort, fairly typical stuff of Turkey, and their English was among the best too. * Sun-beds are amply provided. There are probably more than there are guests as we never had a problem getting one, and beach towels are also easy to get and replace throughout the day

Stayed at the Belek in May and the Sorgun In Sep. The Belek seems bigger but the Sorgun is better laid out. The Sorgun has one less A La Carte (Belek has a Mexican) but for us we are not that keen on Mexican food so it was not an issue. I would say the Cuisine 24, Steak and Italian at Sorgun are considerably better at the Sorgun whilst the Chinese and Turkish are better at the Belek. For me the layout of the hotel at the Sorgun was far superior. Sorgun bars appeared to be better stocked from a branded drink perspective. The wife’s tipple is cognac and struggled to get her preference at several bars in Belek but had no problem at the Sorgun. The entertainment at night is more flashy at the Belek and if that is your thing then you will be well impressed with Belek. Ordering drink via the app and booking A La Carte meals via the app at the Sorgun is light years better than the processes at the Belek. Sorgun is more Turkish than Belek as there are less english speaking guests and a complete absence of moronic golf chatter. In Sorgun we were in 1116 overlooking the Relax pool which was very similar to the room we had in Annex Block A in Belek. The balcony in Sorgun was better as it had a light. The Belek room benefitted from having separate toilet and shower which is a plus but the room in the Sorgun seemed more modern although the Belek was refurbed in 2018 and Sorgun in 2015. All the staff at both hotels are very helpful and courteous but a special mention to our assigned assistants at the Sorgun namely Aleksandr, Emir and Iman who were responsive and resolved all our minor issues and arranged for our late checkout to 4:00pm which we were denied in the Belek. Meryem (apologies if the spelling is wrong) our maid was out of this world, the best maid we have had in all our holiday experiences and Karimn our drinks waiter in the entertainment area was especially attentive and helpful. Also a special mention to Yusuf and Nercanti, both at the Belek who added to our holiday experience. Two very good holidays and difficult to separate but for me the Sorgun shaded it.

Just… wow! My husband and I are VERY picky having been to a few 5 star hotels over the years. I can spend hours on end looking for hotels that will meet our high expectations and when we came across Voyage Sorgun, it seemed to fit the bill. From the moment we arrived, being welcomed with chocolate strawberries and champagne and our personal assistant was fantastic, just what we needed after a long journey. The food - absolutely out of this world. We tried all the restaurants on the resort and all surpassed expectations, particularly the Greek and Steak restaurant. They can’t feed you enough, there’s always more food even when you think it’s finished. The atmosphere - how they cater for both couples and families is just fantastic. My husband and I spent most days either round the relax pool, 16+ pool or on the 16+ pier, all very relaxing. The staff- can’t do enough for you, so polite and welcoming. Our personal assistants, Janara and Nariste, were only at the end of a WhatsApp chat and they replied within minutes. What a brilliant idea!! Evening entertainment is amazing- can’t believe it is hotel entertainment, we looked forward to it each and every night as it was so varied. Overall, we don’t want to leave, what a fantastic holiday. From 2 very fussy adults who love luxury, Voyage Sorgun… thank you so much! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

The Voyage Sorgun is probably the best hotel we've stayed in as a family and we will definitely go back. We're very picky about hotels and I spend endless days and weeks looking for somewhere for us to go. I do usually end up pouring over reviews before choosing. We did have a problem which is why 4 stars, I'll mention it at the end... But it's really difficult to find something wrong. The food is delicious and varied, the staff are simply the best - They're always polite, always on hand to do whatever they can to make your experience pleasureable. The grounds are very beautiful, well layed out. Usually something annoys us, but not here. There weren't even any mosquitos or flies - Nothing like that. There are several pool areas. Our kids love the tubes and slides, so the waterpark area is where we spent most of our time, there's even a little play area (seperate small pool) for little ones. Then there are various other pools of different depths to suit everyone. Tucked away a bit further on is a pool for over 16's only - So you can even get some peace away from kids if you choose to. There are a couple of piers (we didn't venture that far), but you can order your drinks from anywhere using the QR code. They use all the branded spirits and beers here. Jack Daniels is Jack Daniels, not some cheap hybrid like other all-inclusives often do. None of the guests go mad here, we didn't see one guest who had too much to drink, but mostly Turkish and a few Russians. Some English, but not a lot. There are a few restaurants. The main one has varied different meals each night and it's massive - Something for everyone. Some of the food is cooked right there in front of you. The other restaurants on site are smaller and require a token payment of 5 Euro each to reserve (I think, so they don't get overrun every night). The Steak restaurant is the only exception at 25 Euro/person. Kids are free to reserve. One of the restaurants had live music every night (but a bit too loud for us to enjoy). The overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Many families with young children (including us, I guess!). You're assigned a person you can communicate with via WhatsApp when you check in and this is a very useful service. Any questions or desires you have, just WhatsApp them and they will get back to you within a few minutes with assistance. There was fantastic entertainment on the Friday evening with a live show of multiple bikers in a round cage complimented with cyclists on ramps, etc. Drinks brought to your table in the audience - Just very pleasant, all of it. They even have their own chocolatier and make a large selection of chocolates onsite for you to choose from. So why 4 stars? Ordinarily I would give this hotel 6 stars out of 5, but where they let themselves down are the third parties who venture into their hotel. Whether they allow them in, or they sneak in under the radar is unknown. When we arrived, we were greeted with a 'Turkey Guide Service' Holiday Assistant package. You would be forgiven for thinking this was part of the hotel, especially as their document talks about the hotel, including 'room customization' and lists various tours you can go on. We were telephoned at 9am on our first morning and this woke up the whole family (who were exhausted and could have done with another hour to wake up!) - We were told we needed to be at this meeting as it was VERY important!! So we showed up, our 'holiday assistant' greeted us at reception and took us outside. There he asked if we were happy with our accommodation, anything we needed we could ask him... Makes you think he's part of the hotel (we learnt afterwards that he wasn't). So we booked various tours with him for our family at a cost of around 1,000 Euros, thinking they would be up to the same standard as our 5 star luxury hotel. We discovered that they weren't. The bus we rode on to 'Land of Legends' was overcrowded, broken air conditioning, broken seats. It was two hours of hell for the kids. In fact our little girl was physically throwing up the next morning after the trip because it was such an unhealthy atmosphere. Discovered all too late that we were scammed somewhat. For what we paid, we could have bought tickets for Land of Legends independently PLUS FAST TRACK, and purchased a premium air-conditioned private transfer there and back for a lot less than we paid "Turkey Guide Service" with standard tickets and a terrible bus that dropped other guests from other hotels all over the place. They wouldn't refund us either when we said we would pass on the other trips. So that negative experience did spoil our holiday somewhat. The hotel did tell us afterwards that they were nothing to do with them, but I think the hotel needs to demonstrate some responsibility and care to be wary what third party companies they are allowing to interact with their guests. So rightly, I knock off a star, which is a shame - because they deserve all five. Steer clear of "Turkey Guide Service" - they are somewhat of a scam service. Other than that, beautiful holiday, beautiful hotel and we recommend. You won't regret your stay here.

Luxury holiday, every where is spotles and cleaned regularly, great for family with kids or without as there’s separate pier and swimming pool for 16+, top quality food and drinks available 24/7, quality live shows and concerts performed daily. You have a personal assistant to help you anytime, all employees work tirelessly to make you happy, there’s nothing here to upset you and ruin your holiday. Just go ahead and book any of the Voyage hotels. Many of my friends had bad experiences with other hotels this year. I just cannot find anything negative Voyage Sorgun.
