Voyage Sorgun stands out for its immaculate cleanliness, with guests consistently commending the pristine rooms and well-kept grounds. The vibrant atmosphere, complete with live entertainment and a family-friendly vibe, receives high marks, though some suggest a livelier main bar. The hotel's exceptional service is frequently lauded, with staff described as attentive and professional, and modern conveniences like WhatsApp concierge and QR code systems enhance guest satisfaction. While the rooms are celebrated for their upkeep, there are calls for updated amenities and more spacious options. The array of quality dining choices and the all-inclusive package are deemed excellent value, despite some premium experiences incurring additional costs.

Hi all we went to The Voyage Sorgun for a week it was very good, we previously stayed at The Voyage Belek in March.
I do not like comparing hotels but I do have to say that The Voyage Belek without doubt was the better between the 2, but I am not saying that The Voyage Sorgun was bad far from it.
We arrived on the Saturday evening and was booked in very quickly the Guest relations Whatsapp staff where there to sort everything out quickly and professionally and we where booked in very quickly. We where offered drinks and some nice treats. We where in our room with 30 minutes if it was that long, I did contact the hotel before arriving to ask for a room near the hotel due to walking difficulties which I am happy to say the room was in the main hotel thank you Veronika, we did not have a very nice view as we where over the 24hr restaurant but thankfully there was not much noise at all and we where more than happy with that. The lifts are not the greatest and very slow and some only go to -1 to 0 which is strange. The room was kept very clean throughout the week and the Mini bar was filled with water, juice, beer and chocolate and nuts and crisps daily. We had a great time but as I said we inevitably matched the Voyage Sorgun with the Voyage Belek which isnt really fair but that sadly happens. There is nothing wrong with either and we really liked both though.
We ate in a few of the eateries Wen(Chinese) lovely, Greek, Italian and Turkish all venues the food was fresh boiling hot and very nice settings so nothing wrong with that, we also ate in the 24hr restaurant a few times for lunch and dinner and again the food was great but this was differed from The Voyage Belek as in the Voyage Belek the menu changed from breakfast to lunch to dinner which was great and it was the same menu in the Sorgun it did not change but as I said the food was fine non the less. I went to the buffet for breakfast a few times and it was a bit hectic but it seemed to have a lot of choice for breakfast so you would not go hungry. The drinks at every bar we went to had a great selection of named spirits and a good amount of bottled beers as well as draught Effes again great, the app you download isnt as good as the Voyage Belek with drinks selection but again I cant help differing between the 2. We watched a few of the shows but we missed the first couple as we ate a little later and the shows mainly started at 9pm ish. What we forgot to do was check the app constantly as we are used to seeing a board with things on but that is down to us not the hotel, The only thing was you only had 1 show on as far as we are aware then a disco but not in a night club down after the show finished, yip and again the Voyage Belek had a bar that felt like a bar and had a group sing in there several time during our week, but not to retract from the Voyage that is just my personal opinion so to sum up our week the weather was great, the food was great, the drink was great and the staff where fantastic so if you have booked The Voyage Sorgun go and have a wonderful time just as we did.
I havent given the Sorgun 5 stars I would give it a 4 and a half but only because we have stayed at The Voyage Belek and that just pips it.

We stayed here for a week October half term in a family of 15 with ages ranging from 7 to 68. Having never been to Turkey before we wasn't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this resort. Lots of pools, snack bars and daytime entertainment although the swimming pools were freezing but I would imagine that is due to the time of year we visited. Weather was lovely during the day but does get a bit chilly at night time. We stayed in a bungalow which was spacious and had everything we needed with a well stocked mini bar and maid service every day. We were also added to a whattsapp group where we could contact our designated assistant (Dilan who was fantastic) day or night for anything at all from changing pillows to booking restaurants.
The buffet restaurants had lots of variety and staff very attentive and friendly, every morning there was chef cooking eggs at the egg station and every evening there was chef carving up fresh beef or lamb or chicken.
The only negatives I can really say is that the WIFI is quite weak in areas, and although there are plenty of ala carte restaurants they don't serve the food at the same time so we had many times when some people had finished their food and others were still waiting, even when we were sat to eat in a party of only 3. There is an outdoor theatre on site but we found the entertainment to be very average at best.
The best thing about this resort is the staff, they work so hard, constantly cleaning and always extremely polite and helpful. We also loved that this resort is only a 10 euro ride in a taxi to Side which is absolutely beautiful with lots of shops, restaurants, nightclubs etc. We visited here several times as we don't like to just stay on the resort and like to see culture of where we visit. In addition, the drinks are branded so you can have drinks such as Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort etc and all ice creams are cornetto's and magnums etc which the kids loved helping themselves to all day.
We also loved being right on the beach and we all did some water sports such as para gliding and the crazy sofa but these are at an extra charge around 35 euros each.
Top tip, you don't need Turkish Lira, everywhere and everyone seems to prefer Euros!
Overall we had a fabulous time and would definitely return. Thank you so much to all of the staff for looking after us.

Myself, partner and our 20 year old son stayed at the Voyage Sorgun 23.4.22 - 1.5.22. We have stayed at the Voyage Belek a few times which we loved and so decided to try this hotel hoping it would be just as amazing. We was not disappointed at all.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we was made to feel part of the voyage family. They now offer the voyage assistant we was a lovely touch, any issues etc you have you would just WhatsApp your assistant and they would deal with it straight away. Our voyage assistant was Cargia and she popped and saw us a few times throughout our holiday to make sure we was all OK and having a lovely holiday. Cargia was lovely and the voyage assistant is a lovely new touch to the experience at voyage Hotels.

We had a 2 bedroom family bungalow which was lovely and clean with plenty of space for us. The housekeeper we had cleaning are room was such a lovely lady, who was always happy and smiling everyday. The room was so clean we couldn't fault it.

The whole hotel is spotless, they are constantly cleaning to the point everyday they would have someone remove the seaweed on the beach and rake the sand to make it look fresh. It was lovely to see.

The food was amazing so much choice you will not go hungry at this hotel, my partner and son actually thought the food at voyage sorgun was slightly better than voyage belek.
The cocktails was great with lots of choice and I had fun trying g every single one. They had branded drinks and we loved that around the main pool you can scan the qr code and order drinks from the bar, this was a lovely touch.

The staff are what make this hotel. Every single one of them work so hard are always happy, smiling and make you feel so welcome and part of their family.

I would like to give a special mention to Jenny (Cupra) from the animation team. Jenny is a real asset to this hotel, she has such a positive, happy person and I enjoyed are conversations everyday.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday and we was sad to go home. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Delicious food, well-trained and kind staff, clean rooms, clean restaurants, clean beach, clean pools... what made our holiday with my spouse wonderful was the clean , tidy and welcoming mini club which is constantly under the supervision of many qualified personnel and preschool teachers. The activities were well organized, inspiring and suitable for the age groups. We thank each and every one of the staff involved in mini club activities, games, cleaning and supervision. We left our 7 year old daughter without any hesitation. She felt really comfortable there and did not want to miss even a single activity or game or show.
The barman Mehmet also deserves many thanks for the great cocktails he prepared for us. The Buzuki, Chinese and Japanese restaurants were excellent. The main restaurant also serves delicious food and interestingly enough, there is no queue or crowd thanks to the high number of qualified cooks, waiters and staff.

We have just returned from the Voyage Sorgun after a 3 year covid break and it was fantastic to find all the old staff still there with a warm welcome from them all. The hotel is full of returning guests so it shows that it still keeps up its values.

You are welcomed with a glass of bubbly and strawberries and after a quick sign in you are taken to your room on a buggy. If you've arrived an a shuttle bus this is very welcoming as the journey to the hotel can take 40+ mins depending on drop offs. We use a private taxi which although is more cost it is worth it to get to the hotel much sooner.

One new initiative this year is that you are allocated a couple of Customer Service members who contact you via a Whats App group and are there to assist in any needs you have. we had Bengi, Cagla and Dilan,

The a la carte restaurants are still excellent but you now have to pay 5 euro per person. There's Chinese, Italian, Turkish and Greek. A Teppanyaki and a Steak Restaurant which are extra. There is also a 24hr restaurant equally as good. The main restaurant can be a bit busy but there is always somewhere to sit, especially outside.

There are a number of bars with an amazing choice of drinks from the Entertainment/Adults bar to the main quiet lobby bar and the reception bar which is quieter still. The entertainment is excellent from a circus with a motor bike ball to a superb group with light show and all.

The hotel caters for children with a brilliant Kids club including their own water slides and fun fair to larger water slides for the bigger kids amongst us. The hotel also has push chairs and provides water Nappies foc. At 10 am the bars open as well as the ice cream bars which have a large variety of ice Geletos and mivis etc. There is a large children's pool and more sun beds than you need either around the pool or on the grass with large parasols, one per 2 beds. There is a children's play area on the beach and a family pier. Swimming is the sea is safe and clean.

For those who want peace and quiet there is an adults only pool and pier with a bar and lunchtime restaurant and the pool bar service is amazing. The hotel provide good towels at no cost and you can use as many as you need.

In the main building there is still the fantastic cake stand as well as a new chocolate stand. Its hard to stop the pounds piling on but the hotel also had an excellent spa and a well equipped gym.

There are some who complain that there is no bacon and the main restaurant has a lot of Turkish food but you are in Turkey which is a Muslim country.

All the staff and managers are fantastic and it is difficult to select one as more special than the rest.

We are already looking at booing our return trip for next year. Hope you enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Animation team is very friendly and active. Especially football genius Charly.
Food is tasty, without many spices, which made every dish taste the same.
The room is clean and room service is always in contact, so you can phone them and ask to change mini bar, towels etc.

After 2 cancelled holidays due to covid we finally returned for the 6th time to this brilliant hotel. We emailed prior to arrival asking for a specific room and they met our request (thank you Veronika, guest relations) The virtual assistants are a great addition to the hotel, so easy to contact and super quick to reply. We asked for an iron and ironing board and within minutes it was delivered to our room. They are really friendly, our assistant Dilan came to find us one evening to check we were ok and offered us wine and fruit to our room as a leaving gift.
We ate in a couple of the a’ la carte restaurants and the food was amazing especially the steak house, well worth the 20 euros each. The 24 hour restaurant was lovely with lots of choice on the menu, it was great when we called in late one night after an evening in Side.
Our room which was immaculately clean was overlooking the adults only pool, even though it was close to the evening entertainment and disco the noise wasn’t a problem.
I have never been to a hotel that has as much choice of drinks, all excellent quality ( you don’t even have to get off your sunbed). The QR codes on the parasols are brilliant and the waiters/waitresses work really hard serving drinks and snacks all over the hotel. We spent a lot of time in the 24 hr bar being served by Tahir, our glasses were never empty and I got to try many of the different cocktails on the menu.
This hotel just gets better every time we visit and we have already booked for next year.

Stopped here in May and all I can say is WOW! This hotel is just amazing, we stopped for 14 days and every single day the consistency of professionalism never changed from day 1.
We stayed in a bungalow and it was amazing, room was cleaned on a daily basis and was cleaned to perfection and some days we were welcomed back into our room with a lovely arrangement on the bed by the housekeeper, its the little touches that mount up to the whole experience here. The beds are so so comfortable.

The rooms were well stocked with everything you needed for showering and the mini bar was stocked daily.
We visited every restaurant and the food was amazing in every one, even the main food hall the food was plentiful and catered for all ages and that too was very good.

Pools are also very good and clean and drinks were always there, you never had to wait for them, there is no room for improvement as it is 1st class all the way when it came to the bar staff and waiters.

Daily entertainment is also very good and the entertainment staff are very good at what they do.

The evening entertainment is also not to be missed, that too is amazing.

Most evenings we were welcomed to the balcony bar by Emre, what a delightful young man he is, nothing was never too much trouble for him.

You are also given personal assistants who you whats app should you need anything from booking a table to more coffee in your room, we had Dilan and Bianca and they were both amazing. Dilan stayed with us until out departing Taxi picked us up to take us back to the airport, these kind of gestures just make your stay that more enjoyable, Thank you Dilan you are simply amazing.

We already booked our next years holiday back to this beautiful hotel whilst we were lounging by the relax pool and simply cannot wait to return.

Thank you for making this holiday just too good to not return, can't wait to see you all again next year!

Every area in this hotel is spotless, and I must mention the cake and chocolate bars, they are just beautiful and made to perfection, you can't help but go back for 2nds.

Highly recommend this hotel - don't consider it, just book it you will not be disappointed at all.

Visited for 10 nights mid August. We had booked a room in the main hotel and asked for a top floor and we were given a fantastic room with a full sea view! Room 1428. Great products provided including Nespresso capsules, and the mini bar restocked daily. Our cleaning lady was so good and kind and provided us with extra toothbrushes, shaving foam and razor and really looked after us. Please tip if you can. The hotel has a great layout in that you have pools with sunloungers on a deck, then a huge grass area with sunloungers, a family and adult pier with unpgraded luxurious sunbeds and sunloungers on the beach as well. Nothing is too much trouble, we had drinks brought to us on the sunlounger after ordering on a QR code and you could get fresh lovely cherries. strawberries or watermelon or ice creams, branded ones such as cornettos and magnums all day long. We loved the Turkish restaurant to eat at during the day overlooking the sea and enjoyed pizzas and wraps and even fish and chips brought to our table. The a la carte restaurants are worth booking, the Steak and Chinese were a highlight. The Greek was a bit too loud with paper napkins being thrown in the air landing in your food, and just a bit too chaotic but the food was lovely. We found the main Buffett a bit hectic and very busy as well with it being hard to put together a meal each time although there’s plenty choice and it’s lovely and cool but it is very busy so not a relaxing dining experience. Equally the lobby bar which we escaped to after the shows is the only place to sit after the show with air conditioning and it’s just too busy. Fantastic service if you can find a seat amongst those who choose to put their babies to sleep on seats that an adult could have used to have a nice drink. The shows were absolutely fantastic, top quality acrobats, singers and bikes in a cage! Watersports are good, we enjoyed the paragliding but be prepared to say cheese as the photos are good and you will want to buy them, take your credit card! Overall we had a really lovely holiday and the hotel deserves its 5 star rating as we have been to others in Turkey that are not as good. If you are looking to relax but also have the choice of a range of daytime activities, enjoy a pool party with a flyboard show, (fab!), and evening entertainment it will be a good choice. Kids club only suitable uo to around 6 years. Our 8 year old would not go after seeing it full of little ones and she usually enjoys a kids club if they are age appropriate but face painting and colouring in doesn’t beat the pool. Shout out to Iman and the concierge team who are always ready to help you via WhatsApp.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed for years !

The staff is extremely helpful, you drop a fork and before you lift your head there is already someone with a clean one. The service is excellent, the staff is genuinely friendly.

There is a lot of choice when it comes to food. The main restaurant has a lot of choices and changes daily. There are also a few options when it comes to "A la carte" restaurants. The food / drinks are good in every outlet BUT our absolute favourite was for sure the Greek Restaurant Buzuki. The food was better than in Athens :) the decoration and atmosphere is incredibly cute. Big shout out the the musicians ; Kemal and his friends , we had so much fun with their nice music. Big shout out to Halil, the restaurant chef who takes care of all his guests.

They have several pools, so you always find a place to sit and relax. Lots of choices for Childeren if you are a family. If you are looking for quite plqces, they have +16 pools without kids.

Clean rooms, I absolutely recommend this hotel. Thanks to Mr Taylan, the Front office manager for taking care of us and every demand we had.
We already know where to go next summer
