There is really nothing to complain when you are in this hotel. You see only smiling faces. Hotel is in a perfect location. Unlike other hotels in Side region, there is a private beach without the interruption of a road. The view from the rooms is fantastic. There is very sufficient space within the rooms. You do not stuck in a narrowness, instead you would be pleased to spend more time in the rooms.

The hotel looks nice, the reception staff was pleasant, the rooms nice enough comfy beds clean and tidy, the gardens are lovely the gardeners worked hard, the pools was good, the spa centre was nice had a Turkish massage and enjoyed it, the shop on site way overpriced £8 for 2 bottles of coke. The beach was lovely and only a few minutes walk. The food is plentiful but repetitive and got boring. The hotel is more for Germans but they won’t tell you that, the majority or staff was rude to us, at the bar I ordered cola for myself and children he told me the machine was broken and served the German man instead, the machine was not broken he just couldn’t be bothered to serve me. One night the entertainment man went round to every table in the lobby area and gave request forms for music he asked where we were from and when we said England he said oh no we wanted Dutch and walked off. All the music that was played was German we tried to get involved but wasn’t wanted there. On Christmas eve there was a fancy dinner put on again with German music artist all staff wearing Christmas hats and a staff member dressed as Santa totally ignored our 6 English children, nothing at all done for Christmas Day for the English people in the hotel. We made the best of it for the kids Christmas but was a horrible experience. Would never go back even if it was free and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

All-inclusive hotel which doesn't want to sell me their All-inclusive package....a joke. Complete joke! Wanted to upgrade my pre-paied stay and they denied... imagine that... pathetic! I have never seen such joke management as this! Food is delicious, but all the rest is a joke, complete joke. Old dirty rooms, everything is pre-painted and thats it.

My 9 year old daughter and I spent 9 days at Hane Hotel in July 2021 . Here is our opinion: FOOD - excellent, a wide variety of meat, vegetables, fruit, dessert. You always find something delicious so if people complain do not believe them. BEACH/POOL - a sandy beach with free beach beds, nice for strolling along the sea. The pool is big enough, there is also a little one for the babies and another with 3 slides:) ROOMS - we had a small room which was not in the main building. At first we wanted to change it beacuse of some noise but then we gave up - it was just 9 nights. The room very close to the pool, restaurant , beach. ENTERTAINMENT -mini disco for kids (always the same songs) some shows for the adults - bingo, karaoke, shows performed by other groups. They are avarage. SURROUNDINGS - nice garden with beach beds, a little play ground for the kids. The hotel is situated in Kumkoy, very close to the Side - antique part - 8 minutes by mini bus (1$) In front of the hotel , up the road lots of shops but... some of poor quality. Generally we recommend the hotel, however it needs some improvements - the most important - TEACH your staff basic English!!! If you work in Tourism Industry it is a must nowadays. Some waiters /cooks do not understand - MEAT, FISH, OLIVE OILVE, STILL /SPARKILING WATER... really!!! Another a bit annoying thing is the music at the pool and at the snack bak - it is so loud that you can not talk , it is disturbing, not relaxing. Just turn the volume down a little. Music in the background is much better than loud noises that cause...a headache;))) The hotel , unfortunately, full of Russians, German people, some Turkish and Poles - that is why I think English would be the best language to communicate;))

I really liked this hotel but this year something happened which disappointed me. No service. No clean up. Not a full service oriented hotel! Only if you pay additional waiter will serve you! Otherwise they will not even bring you one glass water. Also the cleaning ladies only accept bills and no coins for their tips.. Even when I sit on the same table as my friends, where they got served. Even though I asked for a beverage, I never received it until I went to get it for myself. I’m totally heartbroken!

It's a really nice hotel. The food is good and a lot of options, but if you stay there longer it's still a little plain because it's always kind of the same. The dessert is really good tho. It's really clean. Wifi is just working in the lobby & restaurant and a few rooms. They have an AC, TV and balcony in every room. But be aware if you're not a German or Turk it's a German/ Turkish speaking hotel and the stuff barley talks English.

Hotel is situated c. 7 km from Side Oldtown in a "village" of Kumkoy. It has own beach and nice garden area around the premises. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable, somebody might say they are too hard, but I myself loved them! We had All inclusive -package and it was PLENTY! Food was not specially gourmet, but tasted good and was presented nicely. Personel was friendly and tried their best understanding english, but mainly everything was in German. Luckily we speak German so it was not a problem in our case. Entertainment in the evenings was a bit childish and amateurish, but hey, it´s not obligatory!
