We vacationed with my husband in September. For 8 days, the bed sheets were not changed even once, the towels were changed only once, and then only after reminders. Cleaning in the room was mainly limited to taking out the trash. There is mold on the walls in the shower. The sunbeds on the beach really look like they came from a garbage dump. What saved the overall impression was the convenient location of the hotel and the staff in the restaurant - smiling and ready to make contact. The rating of 4 for the hotel is too high, a solid three.

vacationed from August 6 to August 18, 2023. In order:
1) The hotel is a solid 3, they are trying for 4. The food is excellent, you won’t go hungry, of course there was no fish, but chicken, sausages, sausages, cheeses, olives, vegetables, an assortment of herbs, everything is fresh, the guys, the cooks and waiters are trying. Bar - alcoholic cocktails, not alcoholic at all. The pool is normal, if it weren’t for a bunch of ill-mannered children, no one makes comments to them, it would be impossible to swim or even stand normally. Cleaning was 3, even tips didn't always help, they smeared more dirt than washed the floor. Beach towels are provided, which is a big plus. There is always a juice machine available, plus a bar (Coke, Pepsi, juices, beer, etc.). Wi-Fi only works in the Wi-Fi, it works not bad. In general, there were no complaints about the hotel, everyone was smiling, polite, they packed dinner with them (since we checked out at night), the exception was the cleaning of the rooms, it could have been better.
2) the location of the hotel, you go to the sea from a hill, and back up a good hill, but the minus is not even in the mountain, but in this very road to the sea. You walk past some kind of garbage dump, there is shit all around, it stinks, in general it’s not very good, there is no transfer to the sea.
3) vacation in Side, we were highly praised for it, but to be honest, in the end we didn’t understand why, the old city is really beautiful, but in fact, going there for a walk (from the hotel by minibus) is only once or twice, otherwise there’s nothing to do there. There is not much entertainment in the hotel, nor much in the city. What confused us about this vacation was the location and not the hotel.
4) The beach and sea are normal, the hotel has its own beach, which is a clear plus, the sea is warm, the beach is sandy, the water is not clear because of this, the sunbeds at the hotel are, to put it mildly, tired, the minus is there are not enough umbrellas for everyone. 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach

We rested at the hotel in July 2023, the sea is excellent, the road there was a bit stressful, the hotel’s cuisine is delicious, everyone will find what they need, there are constant queues for hot food)) but if you come a little later, there will be no queue, and the dishes are constantly replenished) in In general, if you are in a good mood, then everything will be fine. But the service at the reception was a nightmare, lazy, our air conditioner didn’t work, they asked for a day to fix it, until they called the manager and said that if it wasn’t done by the evening, we’d sleep right in the lobby, they fixed it, and thanks for that. The rest didn’t bother us at all, we came to the sea. But I want to say right away that the attitude towards Russians has changed here, the most shady rooms are for Russians, cocktails for Russians are in plastic glasses, the rest in glass ones. In general, the administrators felt like kings of life))) it’s even a pity to pay attention to such people)) we went to the sea, we enjoyed it)))

I don't recommend this hotel, it's not even a three. Room service is terrible, and whether you left a tip or not. On the sixth day of rest with the scandal we changed bed linen and towels (tip: do not throw towels on the floor they will just be lifted and hung). The swearing post was removed from the balcony too. Cleaning is a nightmare. Now for nutrition: to find a clean plate you have to try. Dishes are washed horribly, if at all, or just dipped in water. Thanks to the chef, he's probably the only one working. But don't expect a lot of food. Now about the beach: on the beach sand, to occupy the sunbed closer to the sea you need to get out early and yes to the beach walk so ten minutes from the slide. Accordingly, returning to the hotel will have to slide past the trash cans from which there is also a very strong aroma. Anyway, I want to say the following, we who are basically not picky about hotel and food were in shock. The rest was ruined.

Well, where to begin.... Arrived at hotel at around 10pm after travelling for over 12 hours. Ahead of me at reception desk was a very irate Russian family with young children having a heated exchange with person on desk (can only assume they had no booking). Phones were being passed around while they argued it out with various people. After about 5 mins of standing there with my bags I was told to sit down while the row pursued snd children were running round reception trading the place. After another 10 mins or so I just went up to the desk and was handed a form to fill in and eventually I was shown to my room where I discovered the wifi was only free in lounge. (Paid 10 Euros next morning).

The room contained a fridge but no kettle and there was a TV but no remote. Furniture very dated. The shower was missing a door, the wash hand basin tap came out in a tiny dribble, the shower head broke off on day two (reported it but noone came to fix) and the casing on the toilet flush came off and fell into toilet bowl when I pressed it! However, the wi-fi was working and the bed was reasonably comfy.

The food was disgusting, chicken, rice and pasta twice a day, most of which was cold. No chips ever, no butter, no tea bags, milk only available at breakfast. The same dreary desserts every meal time (dry sponge cakes and blancmanges). No ice cream ever. If you come down after the first half hour or so you had to get your own cutlery as tables were not re-set.

The best part was the 25m swimming pool but the sun beds were very dated and worn. Rubbish was not removed and drinks glasses were allowed around pool (whereas everywhere else your drinks are in plastic or cardboard cups!).

No music from pool bar until late afternoon despite it opening at 10am.

Cats roam around everywhere, including inside hotel and restaurant.

I managed to get a stomach bug in last two days of my stay and very aware of where it came from.

Have never been so happy to go home and needless to say will never return to this hell hole.

Not a lot of English and most of the staff do not understand. Arrived at 11:30pm was allocated a double bedroom for me husband I and my child and when I asked where my child was sleeping he was confused, was then shown a 5 bed bedroom and was told they are fully booked we can have for one night then we would have to move. On the way to the room myself (pregnant) my 5ear old and the receptions got stuck in the lift if broke between levels when I asked if someone was coming to fix he didn’t understand me we were in a hot loft for about 15 minutes I phoned my husband and he got help eventually when he found someone who knew.
The bar has run out of Coke in the height of season. No milk in the coffee machines at breakfast or fully stocked juice machine.
Table are not cleared quickly, or re set once used you have to ask for more cutlery.
They are all wiped with the same cloth no cleaning spray multiple times.
Pool area dirty from cups and straws 24/7 even in the morning, the cleaning is awful.
No entertainment despite advertising no night club no snack bar no lounge bar no kids club very basic pool, 1 restaurant and 1 bar that closes at 10pm

For a hotel and resort claiming to be a 4 star hotel, and fully inclusive. I would dread to think what a local 2 star hotel would be like.
The Hotel staff are ignorant especially towards English, and the other non English guests are twice as arrogant and very rude.
Out of a hotel of 500 guests, we were the only English speaking people and was looked upon with a frown constantly.
The room was in a bad state of repair and constantly full of ants, flying insect and crawling insects in the shower and bathroom. I pointed this out to the reception upon check in, and had a reply of I should have upgraded to a better room. But now the hotel is fully booked, so it's not the hotel problem. An unpleasant hotel in which after 3 days, we wanted to return home. The grounds are over run by feral cats and kittens which always appear at mealtimes and are handsomely fed by the local residents. The food is very typical Mediterranean and the selection for breakfast lunch and dinner was the same every day. Free Wifi is only available in reception which is always packed with guests, especially children. You can however pay for WiFi but was told that the server was broken. The only good point was the pool and the weather. I would never go to Turkey again or even book an holiday with Loveholidays.
The currency is Turkish Lira in which I took. But unless it's Euros or Dollars. They are not interested in accepting. I had to withdraw Euros from a local cash point in which I got charged for doing. I'm not saying that other Parts of Turkey the same. But Side was not a place I enjoyed.

The hotel is good, FOR US there was everything we needed. Now point by point
1) Food: we never left hungry, everything was tasty, clean, the meat was mostly chicken, there were no complaints about the quality of the dishes.
2) Staff: this is probably the best thing about this hotel. All the guys are incredibly friendly and nice, ready to solve any of your problems with a smile on their faces. I would especially like to mention Murat, he made our holiday and taught the Turkish language, as well as Elina (I don’t remember her exact name:( ) she helped us with building routes, since we traveled mainly by minibuses and public transport.
Many people know Russian, but not everyone, but everyone speaks sign language and my broken English))
3) The sea: it’s not far to go to the sea, but from the hill (respectively, back up the hill), there is a private beach, free sun loungers, towels can be replaced once a day at the reception (beach towels are separate, not to be confused with those in number)
4) Location: very good location, a minibus to Manavgat stops near the Horus Paradise hotel (by the way, it’s the most profitable place to change money), and from Manavgat you can go anywhere, even to the waterfalls, to the Mall, or to Antalya
5) Excursions: we are not fans of excursions with a lot of people, so we traveled mainly on our own, but I advise you to pay attention to the photographer’s stand near the hotel restaurant. He organizes very cool individual tours, if desired, with a photo session in his car (it’s not very expensive, especially when compared with what a representative of a tour operator offers), in short, come up, he’ll tell you everything himself, you won’t regret it ;)
6) Numbers: here there is something to strive for. The rooms are tired, but we came there cleanly to sleep, so it was fine for us.
Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel, I highly recommend it, especially if, like us, you prefer active holidays!)

We've been to different hotels, including the most budget ones, but we've never experienced anything worse than this.
Upon arrival, we were placed in a spoiled building, on the ground floor, in a smoky room, I argue that at the moment there are no places in the main room, promising to move into the main building the next morning, and then the most interesting thing: when we arrived in the morning after breakfast, we were checked into the main building was refused. I had to swear. Then the guy from the reception simply threw a card from the room on the fourth floor (the elevator did not work).
Having gone up there with the children and suitcases, I discovered that the room had not been cleaned after previous tourists (full trash cans, dirty beds, etc.). There was a scandal. The attitude of these people from the reception is disgusting towards tourists.
We are absolutely not picky tourists, we love Turkey very much, but this hotel made me change my attitude.
The work is boorish.
Only the sea saved us)))).
There are still a lot of disadvantages (the air conditioning in the room does not work, there was no electricity or water in the hotel for several days in a row). I appeal to the hotel administration: change your attitude towards tourists, recruit competent staff.
And I'm not the only one with this opinion.

Terrible hotel! Rooms are dirty, full of mold, plumbing broken and old. Service 0 %. On arrival the hotel was fully booked and she wanted to stable us in a separate hotel opposite AKDORA. This hotel was even dirtier than Akdora. We had to book a hotel room elsewhere. Every day there were complaining people at the counter. Food cold and way too little. Many Russians and turks so the animation was in Russian or Turkish. Not a single good word about this. DO NOT GO HERE!! The only positive is the housekeeping, which worked hard but is not doable too few people for so many rooms and people.
