Very good option for family break. A few practical information.. The beach is 5 min walk from hotel, or you can avail the shuttle from the hotel . There is a dedicated section of the beach for the hotel with sunbeds and shades. There is also a snack and drink bar at the beach for the hotel customer. All snacks are free except the fresh juices. The safe in the room is 2.5 euro per day. Internet is available for free in the lobby and room only. Lots of shopping options inside and outside the hotel. Customer service is very good. PCR test facility available inside the hotel at the cost of 17 euro per person. A lot of variety of food options that mostly changes daily.

We went during the Covid pandemic in August 2020 and were satisfied with the hygiene measures in place, which included: hand sanitiser everywhere, masks worn at all times inside and in restaurant areas, staff to place food on your plates at buffets and rooms cleaned daily. The staff all wore masks and visors, even outside, which must have been hard for them under that hot sun but they persevered. Our room was a family suite which was on the small side but at least it had 2 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. It overlooked the baby pool and was not noisy at all apart from the walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours sometimes. The hairdryer in the bathroom is not very powerful so take your own if you have long or thick hair. The food was generally of a good quality and we could usually find something for our fussy eater child, fruit and baklava was delicious. The drinks were disappointing at first from the bar as we couldn't taste any alcohol in the vodka/coke, gin/tonic and the beer seemed watered down too. After complaining about this to the bar man, the quality vastly improved the day after! The design of this hotel is intricate and well considered, ensuring you never get bored. The children loved the various swimming pools and waterslides and the beach was lovely too, just a short 10 min walk away or you can hop on the hotel bus to it for free. The sea did seem to have some small, biting fish in it this year though, which put us off after a few nibbles, so we mainly stuck to hotel pools which were great. I really like the location of this hotel as there are hundreds of shops across the road which offer very good value clothes, accessories and medicine if you need it. It is also a short drive away from Side old town, which is a must when you are in this area. Manavgat is nice too and only about 30 mins away, great for shopping. My only gripe with this hotel was the Spa, they were very awkward about when you could drop or collect your pool towels so many days we went without swapping them for clean ones. The other staff were all very hardworking and accommodating, especially Gulcan and the restaurant staff. I really enjoyed the omelettes at breakfast time but for some reason they stopped making them towards the end of our holiday, hopefully that's not always the case? Gozleme was always available in the afternoon near the main pool but you had to wait an eternity to get one as the queue was always large and messy. They provided ice cream in individual tubs during the afternoon too which our children loved. Other guests in this hotel were manly Russian and Turkish, if that's a problem for you, then stick to Marmaris, I personally enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, that's what travel is all about isn't it? Entertainment left a lot to be desired at times, but I'm putting that down to Covid. There was a good amphitheatre and the animation team would put on shows that they had hashed up, some nights they'd just stick a film on for the kids and one night there was a belly dancer and that was about it! All in all though for the price you pay it was a good, family holiday which the kids loved, and as parents, you know, if they are happy, we are all happy!!

The hotel is suitable for families with small children, it is quite noisy and chaos reigns, I would not recommend for older couples or young lovers. The rooms are very well furnished, cleaned and changed the bed linen every day. The beach is close, you can go on foot or with a small hotel bus. The restaurant was quite noisy, the food was buffet style and we had to line up to get the food we wanted by pointing it to the service staff (it was quite difficult to serve in the restaurant). The sauna did not work, the water in the indoor pool was cold. There are several pools and slides in the hotel, everything was very clean, the staff was friendly.

Our original hotel was not open due to COVID19, so we were moved to the Hane Family. The family room and hotel facilities were excellent. There were a couple of draw backs that stopped me from giving this Hotel a 5 start rating. The first one which I appreciate is very difficult due to the current circumstances , but the understanding of English was limited and wearing masks at meal times and at reception made this even harder to make myself understood. This hotel is primarily German and Russian holiday makers, the money exchange facility at the hotel did not cater for British currency, so had to use expensive cash points, as was not sure whether Euros or Turkish Lira would be used in this part of Turkey, so took mainly English to change when I got there .The food was very limited choice and repetitive, again this may have been down to COVID19 as they have to have so many staff to serve you as you can not help yourself at the buffet restaurant. All in all the holiday was very enjoyable and was better than I was expecting with the current restrictions.

Low quality of food, sometimes the fruits were not washed, cats on the tables in the dinning area, the rooms are old and so clean, dirty walls.Really loud music around the baby's pool and sliperry around all the pools. Not really recommended for family with kids. The beach is relly nice, but to get there you need to use the truck - (not accesible with troley) or to walk arond 7-10 min. We never found the truck in the afternoon after 17 o'clock.

i did not enjoy my stay much at this hotel. language barrier was major! rooms were not cleaned thoroughly! we were not given toilet paper in a regular basis had to ask for it. we were not shown around tge hotel on arrival which means we missed out on alot of available activities within the hotel! one thing was good, they always washed my babys bottle on request and gave milk. lobby and restaurant area were clean! we had to check out at 12 but noone reminded us thep day before even though we went to the desk to ask about when our shuttle will arrive to collect us for the airport. has to move the luggage and we were to leave at 9.30pm and with 3 kids it hard. bedroom window was broken therefore open all the time. which means any one of my child couldav fallen out any time. catered mostly for the German/Rusdian people not open minded about other ethnicitys.

Just spent 12 nights at this hotel with my wife and our two kids 10 and 7. All in all it was a nice trip and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in nearby Belek 12 months ago at the Spice Hotel and Spa so we were naturally comparing the two hotels. It should be noted that we paid several hundred Euros less for the Primasol Side Family Hotel and in that regard, there were things at this hotel that cost extra here that were included in the price last year at Spice Hotel. Namely, at Primasol Hane Family Resort, you pay for: In room safe: Costs 2,50 Euro per day Some drinks: While beer, wine and drinks with gin and vodka are included, they charge 2-5 Euro for Pina Coladas and other mixed drinks. When someone came to our table on day 1 with freshly squeezed orange juice, we took two glasses and then were told it cost 1,50 Euro per glass. I ordered 2 Pina Coladas with no alcohol for my kids and after they were delivered to us, was told that they are "extra" and cost 3 Euro each. I was not used to this in an "all inclusive" resort. Beach towels: Not sure of the cost as we brought our own knowing that there was a charge. Other things such as popcorn and cotton candy were offered at an additional price. So if you like to drink mixed drinks, keep in mind you'll be paying extra for many of them. Some other aspects of the hotel: Room: We had a family room which was a bit larger than what we were used to. It had more than enough room for us. It had 1 double bed and then a partition that separated the other 2 single beds on the other side of the partition. The lady cleaning our room always cleaned it up nicely each day. She left 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash each day but we found we used it quickly so we ended up going across the road to a store and buying our own body wash we ended up finishing. Food/Restaurants: We went to the hotel in early to late October near the end of the season so the only main restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was the all you can eat main restaurant. There was a restaurant called Family Restaurant that was closed. There is also a snack bar open till around 3:45pm each day near the pools and another small place also near the pools that offers desserts during the day. Also, the snack bar by the beach (see below) offers a wide variety of food during the day ie. chicken, chicken nuggets, salad, hot dogs, etc. There is also a small coffee bar near the waterslides offering waffles and Turkish pizzas during the day. The food was very good we thought and they mixed it up each day although when you stay for 12 days as we did, it starts to naturally get repetitive. There were various theme nights at dinner like Mediterranean Night, Turkish Night, Mexican Night etc that focused on those types of food. While we were there, when the all you can eat restaurant closed at 9pm, there were no food options available after that unless you went to the hotel store and bought chips, chocolate bar, etc. If you're a vegetarian, you'll do ok as they had plenty of veggie dishes along with fish if you happen to eat that. As far meat goes, chicken was offered every night along with fish, a few pork dishes and veal. Beach: The beach can be reached by walking to the back of the resort and leaving through the security gate and walking straight ahead along a street for about 300m (5 minute walk tops). There was also a shuttle bus that ran between the beach and hotel that was literally about a 1 minute drive each way. The hotel has its own restaurant on the beach with toilets and showers and the food there was very good. I ate the fried chicken every day and it was very nice. There was also a lady making Turkish bread (inclusive) with cheese, meat or sugar on top for you. The hotel also has beach chairs in the area which are inclusive but if you want a chair cushion, they charge 1 Euro per chair per day. There is also a beach sports venue offering boat trips etc. We did parasailing and did a 1 day boat trip through them and both were fun and well-priced. Staff: All in all the staff were excellent. We got to know a few of the restaurant staff and they were very nice and pleasant. The hotel attracted (from our perspective) mostly Germans and Russians although we ran into some Danish visitors before we left. Staff easily spoke Turkish, German and some English so we got by with no trouble. Internet: Included in the price and you don't have to register so you get WiFi the moment you're in the lobby. We also got decent connection in our room on level 4 and also found a separate Hane Pool WiFi connection that was pretty good in the main pool area. Sometimes I lost the signal but generally it was useable. Spa: We had a quick look at the spa and it appeared that everything was a paid service so we didn't take part in anything. At Spice Hotel, they had a number of included Turkish baths and spas which would have been nice here too. The spa at Spice Hotel was much bigger too. Hotel Area: If you like shopping for knockoff shirts, shoes, etc you're in luck! There are numerous bazaars across the road from the hotel and also behind the hotel for shirt, shoes, shorts, pants, socks, clothing and souvenir shopping. There are several pharmacies and optical shops all within walking distance. There was one really cool store on the opposite side of the road and to the right of the hotel if you're walking out of the hotel called PopEye that sells handpainted purses, bags, wallets etc that was kind of an oasis in the sea of shoes and shirt shops. Overall it was a nice experience. It isn't a true all inclusive compared to other hotels we have been to but if you're not much into drinking mixed drinks, you might not even notice. Again, this hotel cost less than the trip we did last year to nearby Belek.
