My husband and I just stayed at this resort and it was a relaxing holiday for us. We managed to book a last minute deal that was a lot cheaper so we didn't have high expectations and are generally satisfied, but if we paid full price I would have been disappointed at some things. Here are some tips: PROS - We stayed in a beachfront room with a view of the sea and I would suggest this to everyone. There is less of a crowd and the sunset views are amazing! Just close the terrace door at night because of mosquitoes (I learned this the hard way!) - The staff are very friendly, especially Berk from reception and Burak from the animation team. - Guest services booked us a lovely dinner at Zulu restaurant in the city and even organised a car to take us there, it was a great recommendation. - The location is fantastic because it is close enough to the old city but still a fantastic beach vacation - make sure you visit Side old town because it is beautiful! - There are many sun beds on the private beach and we always found one in the front row even though we would come after 12. - The water at the beach was perfect and we didn't actually use the swimming pools because it is warm enough to spend all day at the beach. However, the aqua park looks very fun and the kids looked like they were having a fantastic time. I didn't notice big lines for the slides because there are quite a few options. - There is a gentleman at the beach bar that makes AMAZING cheese pide - so yummy! Looked forward to eating these every day. CONS - The food options are very repetitive and I found myself eating the same things a lot. Ice cream is limited to one hour a day and the a la carte restaurant makes an effort but the food is nothing like you'd expect (eg. Italian had no Italian flavours). - We had to pay 15 eur for 7 days of WiFi connection and it is limited to one device at a time. - Towels are exchanged at the spa center in the main building, not at the beach, so if you want fresh beach towels you have to carry them pretty far if you are situated on the beachfront. - Everything is Russian-oriented so the English skills we encountered were quite poor except for in a few cases. - The beach is lovely but the sand is littered. I know this is because of rude guests who leave their cigarettes, bottle caps and glass but it is disappointing to have to wear shoes or watch out not to step something sharp on such a lovely beach. I would recommend more bins under umbrellas and occasionally cleaning the beach sand with a fine rake like in luxury resorts. Overall, the staff make an effort with the resources they have and it was a positive experience for the price we paid. I loved the location, the gardens, lush greenery... Would I call it luxury? No However, it has the potential to become a luxury resort with a little more investment into catering and beach management.

Location and structure is good. Hotel stuff especially animation team Yekta, Ceyda, Burak, Alex are highly positive, energic and joyfull. We had couple of serious problem in first day, and would like to leave, however hotel management promised 2 seperate favor, 1 is kept the other one not. I would say We are not pleased but had relaxing holiday. Thanks to all stuff!

I was on holiday at Horus Paradise with my boyfriend, in July 2021. We really enjoyed the resort, but it has + and -: + we payed for a "garden room", but we had a 180 view over the resort and the sea. The room was clean, nicely decorated and big. + the beach was amazing! There was enough sea beds for everyone, and the entrance to the sea was very smooth. we loved it! + the pools are pretty amazing too, but there are not enough sits for everyone. +aquapark not only for children + very friendly staff (reception, restaurant, pool bar, beach bar, animation team) - they are serving all drinks in cardboard glasses ( even tee, coffee or cocktails) - THE SAME FOOD EVERYDAY, and just one a la carte resturant very crowded - we arrived from airport at the horel arond 16:00 and we had nothing to eat until 18:30 (diner) - disco time just 1 hour( 10:30-11:30), they were kindly suggesting to go to your room after that. - the entertaining shows in the evening were really boring, sometimes acrobatics teams or dance teams were invited and the shows were saved. But 3 times in a week, they had "Horus Paradise miss/mister".

I've been to Antalya holiday resorts for almost 2 decades now so I know what a 5* hotel and UAI concept is. Cons: • no welcome at the reception upon arrival • huge hotel with very large number of tourists • food selection very poor and plain - they serve the cheapest of dishes (no seafood at all) - and at times in very limited quantities to meet the demands of all • cleaning of rooms and premises and areas is poor; moreover pool area is not kept clean properly • there were familiies that spent their entire one week stay in the exactly same loungers as they would reserve them with clothes or other belongings and hotel wouldn't do anything •although they promote UAI they try to rip you off in every way - at meal times , they sell you a glass of fresh juice for 2€/$. •they serve the chepaest fruits (all kinds of apples, but seldom seasonal fruits) • Wifi is NOT included in UAI!!! •rooms in the main building are dated and smell • queues all over - queues for drinks, for snacks, for drinks at meal time (you have to take your own drink also during meal times in the dinning hall and wait in queues while your meal is getting cold) • mini bar in the room is filled only with water, although in their leaflet they promote the filling of it with soda/juices •quality of drinks/sodas is rather poor.... • snacks at snack bar at main bld are poor/plain On top of this they try to save electricity bill in every way - lobby, halls, dinning hall, snack areas are saunas...they do not engage A/Cs at all • they lack enough service men and women to manage this huge hotel • catering is 99% for Russians and they all lack English language competency...they cannot even understand two words in English! • animation team is quite basic and not entertaining at all and they don't invest in bringing professional troops from outside they utilize the guests instead and organize shows of the type Miss or Mr Horus Hotel from previous century- what a shame!!!! • with all due respect for Fatma from the kids club who is a very loving young lady the mini club does not offer much of an entertainment - for colouring of one bag the real value of which is around 2€, I paid 11€ in the miniclub • beach is simple and plain....there's no beach bar on the beach...you have to climb up and down the stairs to go to the nearest restaurant for your drinks...here too the loungers are reserved with clothes and belongings and you may remain without one Pros • if you like being in a huge aqua park with many pools and large number of people and screaming kids this is the place • serving staff in general are polite - I'd mention here Fatma -kids club, Izet - the waiter, Faruk - the cleaning gentleman, whom I came to know by name Being to many other Antalya riviera 5* hotels which stand true to their rating, I know what a 5* hotel and UAI concept means, hence I would not go back to this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone!
