Firstly the great stuff the hotel is amazing -the tourists are 95% German regulars you are not made welcome /invisible to some staff this hotel should not be sold to any UK couples or families we only met 2 and we all were treated badly by the people there One reception man banged his fist on the desk when I went to pay for a pavilion for the 2nd time (55 euro) demanding I pay for the laundry I had done I had no issue with paying the 40 euro it was the humiliation in front of guests after I was told laundry could be paid at check out this put me off other purchases Spa was visited and paid separate amazing massage and hammam Great service by most shame the few who let it down

Just back on Tuesday, very poor communication from staff not many speak good English, hotel a bit tired, food not to great never quite sure what it is as the description is vague at the least!!!, it seems geared for German & Russian guests who's manners are the worst I've experienced on any holiday, drinks are OK, pool OK warm and plenty room, lovely beach pavilions at 50 euro well worth it especially if you got kid's to get out of the heat. Rooms OK cleaned regularly, entertainment seemed OK we never really watched the shows just not our thing to be fair! Booked by daughter who didn't know my criteria for holiday which is normally short transfer, under 300 rooms, central location and geared for UK patrons. I'll not be visiting it again!!!! If the price is right give it a try or just leave off your short list🤷♂️😎…

Travelled as a family of 7 all the staff are amazing and friendly so helpful rooms are lovely and clean the pool area is amazing allowing lilos etc on site shops lovely bar staff great with the kids too. Food is lovely breakfast could be a bit more English but plenty to choose from themed food nights lovely bbq meats afternoon waffles absolutely lovely water shoots great for kids and adults the animation team are all absolutely amazing aqua gym, games , pool foam party was fun. Sun beds not a problem to get and plenty of parasols pool staff always keep it clean would recommend pool shoes for the kids as can get a bit slippery. Great cheap shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk from the hotel evening entertainment every night never disappointed highly recommend this hotel we had the best holiday start to finish …

The hotel is very good. Both the food and the room were good. We had a very nice vacation and would like to especially thank Eren, Murat and Ahmet for their kindness. They did everything they could to make us, and all the other guests, comfortable and they succeeded very well.

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS - Myself and my wife have just got back from 7 nights here and we have to say one of the best holidays yet. From the minute we arrived check in took less than 10 minutes. Porter took us to our side sea view room and we were amazed with the view. Although we think this should of been sold as a pool view as the sea view was very minimal. Room was very modern with only thing we felt was missing was a kettle in the room, but we already new this so brought our own with us. Free mini bar full of soft drinks and carton fruit juices. Food is good always found something to suit your tastes. Breakfast omelettes, pastries, meats, toasties, cheeses salads. didn’t use the restaurant at lunch so can’t comment on lunch. We used the snack bar, pizza, burgers, wraps, salad, croquettes and chips. Evening meal was themed most nights, fish night, greek night, Turkish night etc. but always found something to eat if somethings wasn't to our tastes. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO AHMET our waiter who was the most friendly and attentive person ever, who kept our glasses full all evening, and will miss our jokes and laughs. Animation team was great always getting those want to participate up and involved, club dance every morning, lunch and evening. Water volleyball, football, darts. Local evening entertainments etc. Hotel has its own private beach with there own shuttle service that runs every 10 minutes from 8.30am to 18.30. This has a beach bar and buffet bar. Plenty of sun beds and shaded areas along with beach pods at an extra cost. Pool area did get very busy but always found a sun bed. We did see staff removing towel before 8am so if you get down early it's worth staying next to the bed until 8am. We will be returning next year and hope to see all staff again who work so hard in the heat. …

Visited for 10 days with our two boys! Had a great time. Rooms good for that bit of privacy having a separate room. Cleaners pretty average. Not cleaned the toilet or shower in 10 days. Basically empty bins make beds fill fridges. Not too bothered as don't spend time in room. Food. How people can complain is beyond me. The kitchen staff are catering for up to 10 different nationalities at a time! Theme nights most nights. BBQ every night. Breakfast same everyday but fruit eggs pancakes omelette toast etc. Lunch two options snack bar usual burgers kebabs and pizza. Restaurant part different all good. Pool was very busy as school holidays. Entertainment team are brilliant. Totti, momo, hunter are great. Speak all languages and interact with everyone and get kids and adults involved. Basically make us enjoy ourselves. Knocked one star off for distance to beach. We knew this before but it's a chore to get on a bus when it's 40°. Would definitely come back! Thanks everyone. …

the hotel is great for families but not not many British . but English spoken during service and entertainment . food is varied and plentiful , only word of warning they do not display or show concern for allergies , with my daughter needing treatment for peanut allergy . Hotel and chef dismissed the concern it was in a veggie bake . rooms are good but the economy rooms are very close to a generator so extremely noisy with no let up . but overall clean and pleasant hotel for families , staff and drinks no issues but waiting for a drink especially around the pool , can take a while . plenty of pool activities for the children to keep them busy . sunbeds are an issue unless you get up at 5 in the morning ,

The transfer was only 45mins so that was a great start. The hotel is fabulous, very spacious with great pool space with a selection of watersides and splash area for the younger children with plenty of sunbeds or you can hire a pavilion at extra cost with champagne for more privacy🥂 The beach is walking distance but a bus is available to take you every 10mins. The beach as private shaded areas and has beach bar and food available which was beautiful or again you can hire a beach pavilion which are perfect if you prefer privacy. The staff are great, Mustafa in particular he was a cheeky chappy and a young guy who waited on us at the beach pavilion! Tbf they all worked their buts off. The food was beautiful, always something different (The kebabs ill definitely miss) The hotel has everything you need. Also its a nice 10 min walk to a selection of great shops ect. We will definitely be back.…

I had great time in turkey. The hotel was very nice. The room was great and clean. The pool is really fun and great for kids. There is a lovely beach. The staff in the hotel are really friendly and great with guests. The shows and dancing were great. The animation team were lovely and have a full activity program and and a fun kids club. I want to say thank you for Ines who is the most kind soul and thanks to totti, momo Jako, Imen , DJ (who plays good music) Murat and Ahmed for making the holiday such a great experience.
