As in the last 3 years we could not have a scheduled holiday due to current reasons we managed this year to have a 2 weeks holiday at this hotel. Period 27.08-10.09, price was 4240€ for 2 weeks, room 1216, 1st floor The rooms are large but the wall insulation is almost non-existent, you can easily hear the neighbour from 1217 talking through the walls or slamming the bathroom door. The room was pretty quiet but if you have the misfortune to have tourists on the hotel terrace until 12:30-01:00 and laugh then your sleep will be ruined, if they just talk then you will be able to sleep peacefully. Lobby bar terrace closes at 12:00 AM. The double bed actually consists of 2 single beds placed side by side with a king size mattress. On the middle of the bed you can feel the wooden edge of the bed frame, there are no toppers on the bed, it's just the mattress designed for people 120kg+ (very hard). The dining area is quite large, you can find seats everywhere, inside or on the terrace, only once we ate inside, not having a seat outside in the fresh air. Gönül does a super job, the team of waiters should take lessons from him. Food - for all tastes, from vegans to carnivores. Beach - mix beach for Adalya Resort & Spa and Ocean Deluxe guests, I don't know if Art Side has the same beach. It's pretty clean and Yilmaz and his colleague do a pretty good job, these people work from 07:00 until 11pm, sometimes even later, unfortunately tourists make a lot of mess. Thanks to Cagdas and Osman from the Beach bar for their services. Thanks to Tito and the animation team. The best show I've ever seen on any holiday was here, the Black Swan show. For 2 weeks no show was repeated, every night I saw something else, which was something. Thanks to DJ Sonny for the ambience. Positive points : Cleanliness, Unlimited gastronomy, you can't leave the table without eating. Good ambience Very well laid out sandy beach, Ingenious sun net system, you can sit on the beach all day without getting sunburnt. Free Internet Negative points: Bed too hard, room insulation is like nonexistent. Dirty drinking glasses and cups at a 5-star hotel? The waiters are ordering the drings to the bartenders, but don't care what they pour the drinks into. In the dining area we found dirty plates but having direct contact with them you can put them away. The system is a la carte, you cannot pick up your drinks, it's not a very pleasant feeling to drink a cup of milk and find halfway through that it's full of coffee stuck to the sides of the mug, or see that the glass of mineral water or beer is dirty. We reported these problems with the glasses 3 times, including to the room manager, the representative lady wrote down our room number and... that's about it. We are not Germans but the price paid was German, I don't like being treated like a second class tourist. Cocktails are out of touch, I was a bartender/waitress for 5 years, they have nothing to do with what a real cocktail should be called. Garrone is called Martini... And let's not forget that on the beach, there is a company with parasailing, banana boat, jetsky... a smell of burning gasoline from engines on a Blue Flag beach? The sea water is sometimes dirty because of the boats and waves are caused by them. --------------------- We are not a family of snobs and we know how to say 'hello' and 'please' when we want something, I also gave tips (bacsis) when I thought it was necessary. Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to anyone in high season, maybe in the off season when it is not so crowded maybe the service is better, but at the price paid it's not worth the value - standard.…

Everything was perfect, room was clean, very nice outside pool. But if you are seafood lover this hotel is simply not for you - no tons of seafood as seen in pictures, except shrimps as a starter/fingerfood and fried calamari rings - once a week.

We had to stay at the hotel … for more than a month. We are family from Ukraine: 2 adults, a young girl and a 6- year son. We were accommodated in a spacious room, which is cleaned daily, clean bed, washed bathroom. The staff is very attentive and nice. Always smiling and nice. At the restaurant was prepared our table for us and even the request to cook separately for the child was quickly arranged. All food is delicious and high quality. The hotel has beautiful pools and a wonderful SPA for having relax. Animation Team - special thanks! Our active son is involved every day and happy. In the evening there are good entertainment programs. We are grateful to all the hotel staff… from the waiters to the general manager. You create an atmosphere where you want to return 😍

Just come back from a lovely stay at the Adalya Ocean resort. Check in with an absolute breeze with friendly reception staff and very helpful bellboy that escorted me to my room and showed me how to work the air-con etc beautiful big room, comfortable beds pristine sheets and bedding and excellent pillows small balcony with some chairs side sea view you but this was was no need to upgrade to a full sea view you, there was tea and coffee making facilities with plentiful drinks and large bottle of water for kettle and and a couple of packets of crisps the mini bar was stocked everyday with beer, soft drinks water both sparkling and still. The food in the hotel is is really varied and is all tasty there were a few dishes that were not that hot what but I would say 80 percent will piping hot the meat in every dish I tried was tender. Each night they seem to do do a certain theme first night I was there it was Chinese which was delicious there was a Turkish night and seafood night which was amazing breakfast was very good the only complaint I would have have was the 3-minute eggs or not done enough, I know that sounds strange but the white was still uncooked the 5-minute eggs were perfect. There was a type of roasted sausage sliced and reddish in colour that was absolutely delicious and there was every type of fruit, yoghurt,jams, bread everything you could possibly want. The staff are very friendly, but also very busy, it's sometimes took a long time I'm to get tea in the morning or wine to go with dinner, this isn't the fault of the staff as they were really working hard, maybe management should look at at more staff in that area. The outside area is not as big as some of the hotels I've seen but it is all all compact and well kept and the beach area belonging to the hotel is huge and the beach is a lovely sandy one. There are terraces outside both the lobby bar and and the bar on minus one level these are lovely little sun traps if you spot find a spot out of the wind as weather was not brilliant while I was there. Now onto my Spa experience I have been to a few spas at a few hotels in the area and have felt very pressured and pushed into purchasing treatments however there was a 15-minute free massage on arrival I was asked if I'd like to take up the offer and was not pressured to do so and could choose whenever I wanted, I chose to have it done straight away and it was really good, I spoke with Ayhan one of the spa managers and he translated what the masseuse had said would be good for me . Although I have been travelling to Turkey for over 30 years I have never had the confidence to go for a Turkish bath but I opted to have one and also booked two 2-hour therapeutic massages that were recommended and which were done for me at a reasonable price. I probably could have gone somewhere and got it cheaper but I don't think I would have felt as comfortable as the staff here made me feel. My masseuse Azat Murat was such a kind soul, so lovely and caring and the first massage was amazing and the Turkish bath was great never been so squeaky clean !! I had an accident whilst out shopping and sprained my ankle on the day of my second massage and when I arrived limping into the Spar the staff organised ice and during the massage ice therapy and gentle hot oil massage was applied to my ankle giving me a lot of pain relief. Azat was a very skilled masseuse and always made me feel comfortable it was by far the best spa experience I've ever received . I had free face masks and chai after sessions and finished off with an hour Turkish bath with mud too all the time elevating my ankle to relieve pain . The spa take non resident guests as well so if anyone is in the area go and have a chat with Ayhan and make sure to ask for the magic hands of Azat Murat . Also shout out to Bar manager who offered to send ice packs to my room. This hotel will not disappoint I'm really glad I booked there as choice is overwhelming in the area. …

Great stay. Excellent and hard working staff in all the restaurants. Food is tasty and there is a good variety. Everything is very clean. I would recommend the room we are staying in, the room 1413, big triple with excellent sea and pool view. You can visit Side easily since dolmus station is very near and it costs 1€ ow. Everyone is polite. Beach is sandy and clean. There is enough sun loungers in every moment. I would recommend this hotel for summer vacation. Keep up the good work Adalya Ocean.
