when I went, it was okay. We paid for all inclusive but ended up going out for food every night because the buffet had flies all over it the drinks were good just normal soft drinks and alcohol! There was a milkshake bar with the kids loved but we were mostly in the hotel opposite (papaya). the beds were not that comfortable. I don’t recommend sleeping on the pull out couches haha. There are nearby bars and one opposite in-fact where we went a couple of nights and the beach was just a taxi ride away and there are some great ruins to look at thought out the city! The pool was good but make sure to keep your kids floaties to gather because some kids might try to take them. Overall, It was OK 🙂

The staff absolutely make this hotel, they are friendly and go out the way to help. The food is what you'd expect for an all inclusive does get a bit repetitive but nothing wrong with it at all. The whole hotel was always clean, and had everything you could want on hand. If you want to go on any trips ect make sure you ask for yunus the holiday adviser he is brilliant makes everything enjoyable and isn't just interested in the money, he actually cares about people enjoying they're holiday. Arrived lateat night at hotel young guy on reception was very efficient and got me to my room quickly. Room was great. Clean and served my needs. However there was no info on meal times...where you had to go. Etc I had to ask at reception the older man on reception I felt was very dismissive like I should know.... I might add there was no information sheet in my room hence I had to ask. The cleaner attend on both days I was there. Overall the food was fine a typical Turkish buffet. The whole hotel was clean and constantly being cleaned.

Every single morning we were woken up by a stupid German song. We wanted to sleep in because we worked late during our stay. We will not rebook. Pool was nice but does not make up for lack of sleep, and staff seemed good but lack of guests made the music seem too much.

the hotel itself is just about ok but has poor access for disabled and is poorly maintained and cleanlyness is very poor, the self catering apartments leave a lot to be desired , they are meant for upto six people but have a two pan cookering tray, no over cooking facilties little or no croockery and cutlery, meaning you either eat out or eat in the hotel which is more costly than the local restaurants, the electrical equiptment is hot wired direct to supply which brought cause for concern and shorted out several times during our stay, emergency lighting did not work and was reported on first arrival but took someone falling down flight of stays a week later before being fixed, which took about two mins, overall poorly maintained hotel bad service and would never wish to stay again and would recommend avoiding at all costs,. if booking with first choice airline, good look the rep was more interested in protecting hotel and pushing paper work than peoples well being, and getting as many guest to eat at her boyfriends restaurant in antik side.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week in July and had a brilliant time. I'm not quite sure what all the fussy bad reviews are about?? If you want outstanding food and 5* service then go and pay for exactly that.

We booked this 2 weeks before we went, just looking for a last minute getaway in the sunshine. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, our room was a good size and the bathroom was nice.

The pool was nice and clean, very deep so perhaps armbands/rubber ring for kids but obviously no problem for us adults. We always managed to get sunbeds at 8 - 9am.

We went All Inclusive to ensure we didn't spend too much money, it was pretty average but nothing to complain about at all. The chicken kebab was especially nice!!

Location was a bit out of the way, however Side is an up and coming resort so did not expect it to be like Marmaris or the centre of Antalya etc. The shuttle to the beach was a bit squashed and sweaty but it got us there which was good enough for me.

Taxi to the town centre wasn't too far or expensive, there were many good places to eat and drink there.

We booked our excursions through the guy just opposite our hotel as it was much cheaper and still just as good. The boat trip to the market was especially good.

All in all, no it's not a 5* hotel but if you pay the price we paid then you should no where near expect that. We wanted a decent hotel with all inclusive food and drinks, a nice pool and friendly people.... that is what we got. No complaints whatsoever and we left very happy.

To be honest i am only writing this review to save others from this horrible place. Its really outdated and dirty, its very unsecure and many apartments showed signs of previous forced entry . When we were there ( last week ) there was at least 50 people at one point complaning about the place. Its filthy, and the only area i would say looks fairly clean is reception, surprise surprise ! The electrical hobs provided had knobs missing and screws inserted instead- i didn't dare turn it on ! The ceiling in the bathroom started to collapse at one point and glass fell out of windows. After four days we moved 2 hotels down to the Arral Hotel ( same stars ). Totally amazing spotless , friendly modern. Drinks not watered down , safe balconys etc. After a holiday from hell i am now taking legal action and anyone who stayed during 31st August until mid Sept 2008 any comments or experiences would be really helpful ( lucyesb@hotmail.co.uk ).
If you have booked this place please try to cancel if you can't i hope i manage to get this place inspected by health and safety before you go !

holiday with friend and her family was not fun. in the first week i was spiked by the bar staff the second week me and my friend went on a photoshoot as the hotel had a photographer... we had seen many really nice familys photoshoot collections and decided we fancied one. went the photographer took us to the beach miles from the hotel in his car to take some pictures we was really excited until he tried to made us do sex possitions... i am sixteen and my friend it fifteen and the man knew this... when we refused to do the positions he shouted at us in turkish not understanding a word. he told us to wait in a bar as he went somewere and would come back (spoke tiny bits of english.) we waited there for two hours and as it was getting dark we was really scared we thought we better ask someone were the hell we was and if they could ring a taxi.. they rang a taxi and we got back to the hotel saftely crying our eyes out. when we complained the hotel did nothing apart from delete the pictures. Apart from this horrible experience most of the dining room staff was nice and the food was ok.
WOULD NEVER ADVISE THOUGH!!!!

We went in August on a very late and cheap deal and was a little worried after reading the reviews, HOWEVER we had a fantastic time and couldnt have hoped for better. Hotel and rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, food was simply 3* but catered for what we needed altho mostly turkish, my fiance is a vegetarian and had plenty to choose from as well as our 1 year old daughter. Staff were almost too friendly, always helpful and fantastic with the baby. The only minor complaint would be the pool, which is one depth all the way round (approx 6ft) but all the hotels around were the same. A trip to side old town is a must and only 6euro in a taxi. WE also enjoyed the trip to manvgat market/ waterfall and is easily worth the 13 euro with dinner included. Lastly, heard people complaining but its a 3* hotel, not 5. You get what you pay for and we will be going back next year.

Food is poor, mainly fish and stews. Cleanliness is good and as a whole staff were good apart from Bar staff.
