One of the top 2 hotels I have ever stayed in, I have been a total of 5 times and looking forward to my next stay, they have mastered the concept of looking after its guests. Other hotels could learn a lot from this one, I do have to add that 5 star hotels in Turkey do tend to look after you.
Bit late on writing this review as we went beginning of September last year but as I use tripadvisor a lot it felt fair to write a review of this absolutely beautiful hotel and much we enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived quite late we were offered a glass of champagne and sat down with one of the staff who explained about the hotel and if we needed anything then shown to our room where we were absolutely delighted at what they had done for us champagne flowers, cake, towels into swans, they definitely make you feel special I must say. Everything about this hotel is just lovely food even the restaurants you can book, steak night being our favourite, the entertainment is brilliant to from pool parties to fantastic acts coming to the hotel something for everyone. The staff are lovely & polite and nothing is a problem they were amazing. Some people complain about getting drinks but yes they could have done with a few more bar staff but the ones that were serving are doing the best they can as it’s hard to know whose first when it’s so busy especially In the evenings it’s not really their fault. Had a really relaxing but also entertaining holiday can’t wait to go back.…
We travelled as a family of 4 (13 & 12 yo children). We booked with TUI but I am giving the hotel 5/5 not them. We had booked a family room which unfortunately was over both the evening entertainment and by the disco which goes on until 2am. Any rooms overlooking the sea will be very noisy. We had requested a quiet room and we were immediately moved to the back of the hotel whihc was wonderful. Beautiful gardens, quiet spacious rooms and a nice little restaurant bar tucked away from the main area. As it was the last two weeks in October the resort was quiet but we liked being able to get sunbeds whenever/wherever. The pools are lovely and the slide pool was good fun. The hotel is right on the beach and the sea was really warm but poor visibilty to snorkel/dive. There is a pier with sunbeds and a great spot to watch the sunset at night. The al a cartes were fabulous and all the family enjyed them. The main restaurant was large and had plenty of selection but can become a bit samey over two weeks. The quality of food was excellent and so was the service. There was entertainment every evening but we tended to play cards in the lobby or quite bar. Side is easy to get to on the local buses - we went to the markets one day and the old historic part another. Both well worth a visit. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend this hotel…
Stayed here for a week such a friendly hotel, staff so happy 😁 & friendly always ready to help. Super food lots to choose from. The steak house 10euro is by the pool the best steak ever. Myself & two girlfriends shared a room in block A as I had requested a ground floor room close to amenities due to mobility.. we had a private transfer from airport £16 each return great value . Hope to return next year
