Tastefully and modernly furnished hotel, romantic place for nice honeymoon, where you can enjoy beatiful walks on the beach.
The food is a huge selection, we also tried the wellness care - unforgettable, especcially masage from young man named Hassan was great.
I am also enjoying the gym every day.
The beach is great for family with children and for older people too. I appreciate the sun protection above the sunbeds because I am sensitive to the sun.

If you’re looking to meet some fellow brits , don’t bother ! The hotel is catered for Germans , signs , language , food etc nothing wrong with Germans at all but we enjoy meeting people on holiday but we felt very isolated, stood out like sore thumbs and was even told by a waiter we were the first Brit’s there in 10 years !! The hotel itself was ok definitely not. 5* though . The food was bland and Luke warm lots of nothing really ! Themed food nights looked amazing but unless you’re queuing up at 5pm for your evening meal you wouldn’t get a look in ! The good part was the beach and the beach bar , very short walk, beach towels are supplied at the hotel , beach bar close for drinks , sunbeds a plenty but you are covered by a roof sail , great if you like the shade but if you are a sun worshipper you need to move your bed to a gap with the sun shining through, numerous times ! Evening entertainment was rubbish ! Outside the hotel ,A short walk and there are plenty of shops and Chemists, nothing u can’t get really . There are a few pubs/restaurants on the main road and a bus stop where you can goto Side town and marina for a few euros ,worth it ! we’ve been to many different areas of Turkey but unfortunately this part of Side wasn’t for us :(

We had a very nice stay at Terrace Beach! Beautiful hotel, great delicious food, not only during meals but also a lot of free snacks all day long ! Everything fresh and tasty! Free drinks at the pool bar...fantastic cocktails also! The pool is beautiful, having slides, also there is a small one for little children. Lovely sandy beach with shallow water and safe entrance into the sea. The Mediterranean Sea is a bliss! A lifeguard is always on the beach. Games for kids and adults at the pool and on the beach ! We were grateful for the free minibar and safe in the room! Free towels also provided by the hotel for the beach. Fun nights with live music, dance groups and karaoke! There are also some small shops near the pool area with clothes, bags, jewellery. The hotel is mainly dedicated to german tourists. The staff, although hardworking, speaks only german , only a little english! Unfortunately, tourists are tolerated to keep for themselves sunlounges at the pool and on the beach by putting towels and not being physically present there. Too much servility towards german tourists! In the evening there is a 30 minutes entertainement show for kids but songs in german language. Which is sad for kids of different other nationalities. Our room was not perfect as it was on the first floor right above a huge cooler or maybe a power plant which was so ...so ....noisy that it was hard to leave the balcony door open . I was disappointed with that! The hotel is located in a great area of Side, there are a lot of shops nearby, markets, restaurants ! Walks in the evening were just lovely ! We thank you, Terrace Beach, for the hospitality and all the good days spent !

I have travelled all over Turkey for the past 20 years and love the country and the people but I have never stayed anywhere quite like this. I did not even feel as if I was even in Turkey enjoying the Turkish culture or hospitality, it was as if I had gone to Germany which in its self isn’t a bad country but if I had wanted to go there I would have booked there. EVERYTHING was aimed at German speaking travellers – signs, entertainment etc, I would say 98% of the staff could only speak German and it was there 1st interaction with you, I would have at least expected staff to speak to guests in Turkish in the 1st instance as it was supposed to be a multinational hotel. A 5* hotel this is not, at best & being generous I would give it a 3*. Towels in the rooms not being changed on a regular basis and dirty towels being folded and hung back up. Numerous amount of time I had to go to change them myself off of the maids trollies. The food in the hotel had no flavour and was mainly over cooked so we ate out most of the time, on the rare occasion we ate in the restaurant we had to wait long times for a table and when we did get one we had to obtain our own cutlery & waiters very disinterested in taking any drinks requests. Definitely not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. The restaurants in the area are all over priced and we had paid more than we do for a eating out in London, I wouldn’t have minded so much if the food was fantastic but there was only a couple of places we hadn’t sent food back as it was either off or didn’t taste of anything. I would recommend other regions of Turkey to visit - Marmaris, Izmir, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Fethiye & Oludeniz to name but a few. I will never be returning to Hotel Terrace Beach Resort in Antalya-Side, even if it was free.

This is not a 5 star resort as it boasts. It is a 3 star at best. Never been to any such all-inclusive resort previously where you still have to pay €2 for a glass of fresh orange juice in the morning, or indeed pay just to use an iron! You would also expect branded alcohol to be included and not the watered down options they give you. However if you tip the right waiter, they are then happy to offer something a bit better.For every friendly member of staff, there were 2 that were not. The themed food nights were fine, but the food in the main for breakfast & dinner was monotonous and the same. This I feel was due to the hotel catering solely for Germans, which make up for 95% of the hotel guests post covid which On the Beach when asked before we left would not confirm or deny. The majority of these guests of which themselves are extremely rude & ignorant. You will also have to set your alarm for 5.30 in the morning if you want 2 to 4 beds by the pool, so be warned! A plus was the resort is right on a nice stretch of beach, with plenty of water sports. However there are a far better resorts for around the same cost, so would never go back!

Hello, everyone. As a family of 4 people, we stayed in a family room with a sea view between 5-9 July 2024. They greeted us beautifully even at the first entrance to the hotel’s grounds. We settled in the room as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The rooms are super clean, daily cleaning and towel change. The minibar is refreshed daily. Whatever the room in the picture, it really was. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days as of 11 September. Admission to the hotel began with the kind and pleasant welcome from Alpay Brain. All of the staff at the hotel, from the Efe brain management waitress, beach attendant, housekeeper, gardener, technical shuttle staff without exception, are all kind, friendly and hardworking. The food is plentiful, delicious, and diverse. Chicken, fish, and meat at each meal, and the chef assistant and chef (I can’t remember their names) are always in the dining room with a smile.
