I am writing a review for Russian tourists to warn against a hasty choice of this hotel. The staff does not speak Russian. Generally. But it would even be okay, although we Russian are use to speak our language in Turkey. But the staff doesn't even speak (practically) English! All that is due to the fact that the hotel is actually under the old German peoples, for the sake of which the stuff is dance here. Due to that, the experience of the holiday was almost ruined. In reality, at first there was an impression that it was about money, tips, etc. But even in case the tips was left (albeit small amounts) do not make the difference. There are simply Russian people "third grade". No, of course, there was no negative (when trying to communicate in sign language)). Check-in: the hotel was half-empty in November, first settled in a room overlooking the courtyard on the 2nd floor. The request to give a normal number from the same category met with a negative, they began to call the guide, who caved in under them and did nothing. As a result, they "took pity" and even gave an "excellent" seaview on the 2nd floor overlooking the wall!))) Well, this is actually a real rudeness with a half-empty hotel. The surcharge upon check-in for the see-side-view is 10 euros per day, the next day it has already become 12 euros per day .... hucksters in one word. Rooms are no frills, renovation was a long time ago. There are several Russian TV channels. Air conditioning - seen only in the rooms on the 4th last floor, it is located on the balcony (!), The one that we managed to test was technically defective - i.e. he turned on, and all the pleasure ended there. This is in the room, for which I additionally paid 12 euros per day. The rooms have terrible mattresses of maximum hardness! In the morning, the feeling that all the sides lay down. It is not clear what kind of comfort you can expect from sleeping on such a mattress. Weifai: available in the rooms, but very slow. As for cleaning, it may not be a particularly significant detail, but the cleaning lady (who does not understand English and Russian) can knock on the room in several approaches with an interval of 1 minute and babble something in Turkish while you are in the bathroom, and This did not display the "Remove the number" sign. Once they left them practically without towels - I had to call the reception desk to beg ... The conclusion suggests itself - the service is somehow not in the top five ... The restaurant in the lobby is open for breakfast and dinner, lunch is at the beach bar (accordingly, less space, less assortment of dishes - because there is less cuisine on the beach) The peculiarities of feeding in conditions of covid restrictions in this hotel do not want to be described at all. I had to leave hungry several times, simply because the staff does not understand English and Russian, and stupidly cannot understand what you are asking for. The names of the dishes are written in German and Turkish, sometimes in English. There are no Russian inscriptions at all. To take a dish from behind the glass, you need to wait until the waiter comes up there, and with the help of gestures show which dish to take from ... And watch the picture when this waiter, seeing the German, immediately rushes to him, and forgets about you. Drinks are another story. They are "served" only by waiters, who, according to legend, should come to your table when you sit down to eat and ask what you will be. You cannot pour them yourself. It was very annoying that it was not clear what kind of drinks were in the assortment. I had to guess ... Juices diluted is simply indecent (3-4 times). The apple juice was fermented once! At first I thought that by mistake they brought soda, only very diluted and exhausted. I suppose this does not apply at all to cases of serving German tourists, but I did not have a chance to check. Waiters (there they are called waiters, which is generally typical), revolve only around the Germans. If you are approached 1 time for lunch / dinner, then this is good luck. The hotel area is small. The pool bar should work until 24, but in fact it closed earlier - tourists of retirement age, as they explained, do not sit for so long .. Outdoor pool and 1 pool in the fitness room, heated, the temperature on the display is +38 (unclear, measured indoors or in the pool - but in water it is unlikely to be higher than 26). The slides did not work. There is a sauna and a gym, worked. The hotel is far from the promenade, which runs along the sea to the port of Side, so to the hotels located on the promenade, walk about 1.5 km along the road. The stench emanating from some of the hotels nearby has drawn upon itself - possibly due to the disconnected sewage system. Pros: good beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. November: there are enough sun loungers.…
