We book this holiday started 31/05/17 to 7/06/17. To celebrate our both birthdays my husband. & the manager hotelfew of my friends meet from the hotel surprised & help me to in unexpected celebrations for my special day. It was amazing day of my holiday in that hotel. It was a wonderful day of my holiday staff was very helpful and friendly manager easy to talk and ready to help you in anything you need plus food was great. Very nice place to relax big room for us only 2 of us. Read the bad review about this hotel If I wear you just find out yourself then you can judge it. I spent 10 nights at truva family club. Hotel is perfect if your looking for a relaxing break in sunshine. I stayed all inclusive, food was always fresh and good quality. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Side town is about 20 min walk where you find loads of shops bars and restaurants. Hotel is perfect if your looking for a value for money holiday. Plenty of places to visit

Spent a week at the Truva from 26th Sep. After having to spend the first night at a different hotel we were upgraded to a family room, which was huge. Staff were brilliant and really helpful. The downside was there were limited drinks for all inclusive one beer, one spirit vodka, house red and white wine and a cocktail. Meals were nearly all chicken but cooked well. Hotel entertainment was none but a very peaceful hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful hotel and you like chicken then this is for you.

We arrived on 22-9-2015, we have been here for 7 nights and have had a wonderful time, all the staff are friendly and very helpful, the bar staff made us feel very welcome, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break, the beach and harbour are close, but it quiet enough for lazy days. It was clean and the food was good. Thank you truva for a lovely holiday 😀

Just back from 5 day break, read the mixed reviews before we left and glad we didn't pay too much attention to poor reviews. We did get a change of room but this was done with no problem, food was excellent, rooms were cleaned every day and the guys in the hotel were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The bar and seating area were constantly being cleaned and dirty glasses and plates being removed. The area around the hotel is a bit on the quiet side but wouldn't put us off to go back.

This family hotel is excellent, everything just +++++++, rooms are very big with 2 bedrooms, and 2 balcony. Pool area is clean and nice. Stuff are very friendly, and helpful. Manager Onur is outstanding !, We have been in this hotel 3 times ( 2 times this year ), and we are coming back again next year. Just love it

I found reviews for this hotel when i was in resort. I had paid for a private apartment but it was a dump so i needed somewhere else quickly. When i went to enquire the ambiance was peaceful and happy. I was offered an apartment at a good price so took it. Glad i did! Food was plentiful and good, my apartment was lovely and serviced very well. The bar was the hub of the place where all nationalities met and mixed...brilliant experience! The pool was great as was the kiddies pool and play area. There were several under 5's staying and looked to be enjoying themselves as were thrleir parents. Location was close to all the area offered with a shuttle to the beach. Staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough to make your stay memorable. Loved it.

Horrendous! We arrived on the 4th September manager was rude and told us that he was moving us to a different hotel as we are English and this isn't a English friendly hotel, it also states it's a 4star on line travel sites however the manager stated this is a 2 star hotel , online also states it's all inclusive it's not it's room only ! Rude nasty place avoid like the plague

This is a wery nice, including hotel. The staff are amasing, not all of them speak english but they are wery friendly. One of our family got sick the first day we was there. The manager was wery helpfull and a doctor came to visit. My eldest doughter cried when our stay was over. This is not a 5 star hotell, but there are 5 star service.. We will for shure come back here. Food is great, pool is clean. You will be taken wery well care of!!

Im a 32 years old male from Sweden and i was there with my 24 year old girlfriend. We loved it! We were there one week in June 2015 and had all inclusive all week. The hotel was halfbooked so there werent many tourists on the hotel which was nice. The service from the staff were very good, they came and asked us by the pool if we wanted something to drink, always friendly and polite. The staff made romantic dinnersetting for couples some evenings. The food were excellent!!! On some dinners i ate four plates of food because it was so good. Free aircondition in the hotelroom and free wifi in the hotel. Nice clean, big pool at the hotel and only fifteen minutes walk to a superb beach. If you walk to the beach you must cross a heavily trafficked road but its no problem. The beach had lots of bars and resturants, nice sand and water and activities like paragliding. It goes a bus from the hotel to the beach and its free of charge. We took a boat tour for 20 Euro one day and stopped three times for swimming. They sad we could see dolphins and turtles but we didnt see any. Only 15 minutes from the hotel you have a market were you can buy stuff and eat at different restaurants. Lots of historical things to see, such as roman theatre, old castle ruins and Apollos temple by the ocean. The surroundings around the hotell is calm and lots of hotels. If you want to party i think its better to go to Alanya. Me and my girlfriend are VERY VERY pleased with Truva Family club and all it´s staff. I highly recommend living at this hotel and we would definetly book a holiday at Truva Family Club again.…
