Stayed there for a week, for vacation in single standard room. I must say that the hotel is very nice, the stuff are real professionals. The food is always fresh and different every day. The whole territory is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The Beach is also good. The lifeguard will always help you if you need anything. The tea and water are free at the beach, also you can use toilet which is a plus. The hotel is very near the old town and all shops, so if you are ok to take a small ride to the beach it’s perfect place for you. Besides the hotel provides the transfer to the beach with very comfortable schedule.

I'm at the hotel at the moment and I'm having the worst experience traveling to Turkey. From holiday it becomes a nightmare. Where should I start? We arrived on Sunday after driving for over 15~ hours: The check in: they provided a room, nothing as agreed, we agreed on a family room with two separate rooms instead of providing a room with a bunk bed. After clarification and showing the constant communication over email they were ok to provide other family room so in the next room there was a two separate rooms basically same room just instead of bunk bed they had a two sofas in the children room but guess what the sofas was not making into bed after complaining finally they agreed to give us two separate rooms. The rooms: Children room was ok, the furniture looked cheap and outdated. They had probably renovated but they haven't done a good job. Their TV's are from 1996 and nothing as if channels. The beds and the matrices looks like they are from 1996. Our room was small, the AC was not working. They are still working on fixing the AC after 2 days. The AC units are so noisy we couldn't sleep. The room is so small we cannot walk with my wife. Someone had to go on the bed so the other could walk to the bathroom. The bathroom had a "sliding door" and if you are using the same one you have to hold the "door" because it was sliding by itself. No power outlets to charge the phones we had to take turns. Bed is uncomfortable. Toalet was not working. In order to flush you need to open the top part. There was only one mirror in the room. Good luck using the mirror. Cleanliness of the room was not good, maybe they were clean but because the rooms are so old everything looks dirty and dirty. The food: All inclusive....on no , is this a joke? Variety of food - Nothing to eat. Quality of the food was fine. Drinks - very cheeeeeeep, you have to beg on the bar to get a beer, constantly there was no bartender. Cleanliness of the kitchen and the restaurant was not good. Cats are jumping from table to table. The cafe from the machines is discuscusting tastes like it's made from kidney beans not from coffee beans. We had to buy a coffee machine so we could have a regular cafe. The pool: the pool was ok, however the water was really hot, you cannot cool down. The beach: the beach is 1 hour away from the hotel walking distance. They have shuttle bus but only 1 bus with 20~ people capacity and 100 people waiting in line to get on the bus. There is no problem going from the hotel to the beach because you can wait in the hotel under shadow but waiting for one hour to go back from the beach to the hotel was really challenging. The food on the beach: no food. The drinks on the beach: no drinks. Broken umbrellas, dirty beach beds...discussing. Entertainment: no entertainment. Bus schedule and meals schedule: Bus from hotel: 08:00h, 09:00h, 10:00h, 12:00h, 15:00h, 16:00h and 18:00h. Bus from the beach: 08:45h, 09:15h, 10:15h, 12:15h, 15:15h, 16:15h, 18:15h. Meals schedule: Breakfast 07:30h to 09:45h, Lunch 12:30h to 14:00h, Diner 19:00h to 21:00h You have to figure out how you will go to the beach and get back to eat and get back to the beach. I'm gonna give them one star because some of the staff members were good folks there.

From beginning to end it was an amazing holiday! The hotel and pool area is clean, rooms are basic but were cleaned daily, free air conditioning. The staff do there upmost to ensure all guest have a pleasant stay and always smiling, especially Adam who would be there from the moment you wake up to the time the bar closes. free Wi-Fi is available however it is not the best. You can pay €10 for the week for better Wi-Fi. The food is ok, something for everyone. The drinks are local sprits/wine/beer and they serve cocktails too. There is entertainment throughout the week but not daily. The hotel offers free shuttle to the beach max 5min drive. The location of the hotel was perfect just a short walk (approx 10/15 minute) to get to the main bars/ restaurants. You can also take a bus along the way which cost about 30p. Visiting the ruins is a must! I highly recommend this hotel, you will always be made to feel safe and welcome 🙂

I visited the spa bought a package for 3 treatments- two carried however- the staff run by 2 people man and a woman who does not seem mentally stable. Staff don’t wear a uniform and facilities are basic. Third third treatment was not done. If you are a woman don’t visit this place the spa on your own- take someone with you who will wait outside whilst you have your treatment done. Don’t be conned by the cheaper price the claim to offer compared to nearby hotel. They don’t carry out all the work after the payment so it’s a big CON!

Our 4 person family rested in the second half of July. The hotel matches 3 stars. Rooms are cozy & tidy. The service and food was wonderful, though we had to stand in line for it. Especially helpful and friendly staff: from the owner to the waiters and the chefs. Receptionists deserve special praise for serving, as they where dealing like with their loved ones. The location is not bad, because there are supermarkets nearby, as well as, places to visit. In fact, the seashore is remote, so you have to use the hotel's free shuttle service, which, though shuttles every half hour, is very uncomfortable due to the large number of people going. The hotel has a great pool, but not enough sunbeds, so it is better to reserve them in advance. The hotel is mostly filled with Russians: the language and music are dominated by Russian. Only a Russian-speaking woman will meet arriving holidaymakers and will try to push you shortly into massages. Wi-fi is slow and works only at the reception.

Recent 1 weeks stay, the rooms are adequate and clean, however the rest of the hotel, is in poor condition, and not very clean. This hotel did not cater for the English at all, mostly Russian clientele, little and poor choice of food and the Russian people were mainly catered for, I expect to eat foreign food abroad and I don't have a problem with different cuisines, but most of the food was inedible. The entertainment was all in either Turkish or Russian, no English music played, even around the pool during the day. Shuttle service to the beech was OK, however this was the only hotel that did not have any facilities at all at the beech, no bar or machine to get drinks from.

Me and my girlfriend came to this hotel as a quick cheap deal. The hotel itself is good for what we payed. The pool area is the best part about the hotel. The food, we didn’t eat at the hotel at all as every time we went into the dining area there were flies all over the food and it put us straight off. However, this did not ruin our stay as there is some restaurants next to the hotel and some about a 10 min walk away. The location of the hotel was ok it was quite a way away from the beach and main bars but not too far. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived the receptionist didn't seem to know much English but we managed to figure out our booking with the travel details I'd printed. We booked an economy room and were not disappointed. It was clean and small but we had no intention of pending time in there apart from sleeping and washing. At the time there wasn't many British people at the hotel and we got the impression it was more of a family hotel for the Turkish locals which didn't cause any problems. Everyone was friendly, some staff didn't speak English but they would still try their hardest for you. Food was basic and some of the people we made friends with spoke with the VERY friendly and attentive manager and chips were arranged (yay) drinks were always available. Bottles of water were free, tea coffee all day and alcohol served until 11pm. There were shops nearby where we would buy some more if we wanted to stay up and chat around the pool. The beach is a short distance away and there was a shuttle. I would say the loungers are a bit tired but the beach was beautiful, the sea was gorgeous and the bar there served lovely food and drinks. We would walk to the harbour where there were many shops and restaurants and found a favourite called side beach club. The food was amazing, they had fab cocktails And a guitarist that was worth his weight in gold. The manager has told us about the up and coming renovations as he has not owned the hotel for very long. They sound great and we are already planning on going back to see the results. There was limited wifi to the reception but to be perfectly fair... as a couple of 20 somethings that are addicted to our phones it was a welcome break. Highlight was the pool. It was stunning. Warm and the right depth. Can't fault it. There was cockerel at another property that needs a lesson on what sunrise looks like. lol annoying as he was I kind is him :) The hamam was great. We paid for a Turkish bath with a facial and a full body massage and the staff were so good.
