Aletris Deluxe Hotel & Spa is often celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse dining options, according to guests. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness frequently receive accolades, although there have been some reports of rudeness. While the hotel's entertainment and decor are highlighted positively, the noise level and crowded pool area have been points of contention. Room cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as unpleasant odors and thin walls, have marred the experience for some visitors, leading many to question the hotel's value as a 5-star establishment.

The hotel still smells new and offers very comfortable rooms with comfortable bathrooms, a bar/fridge replenished daily, and a coffee-making service. You can enjoy very tasty meals in the restaurant, beach bar, pool bar and café. We were there before the high holiday season, so it wasn't much of a problem to find a sun lounger by the pool or on the beach. The swimming pool is very well-kept and a great idea for hot days are the sun loungers placed in the shallow area of the pool. There is also a free hotel bus to the beach, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff and animators were very nice, but there weren't many animations before the season. We were also disappointed that the disco was not working :-( but these are the only minuses of this hotel. I recommend the Aletris hotel to everyone who wants a quiet break not far from the beautiful, historic Side.

it was such an amazing experience. The standard of the hotel was very high, I would definitely give it 5 stars. There was cleaning available every day, we even got some petal roses on the bed each time we asked for a cleaning. The pools are quite big and have much space so if you’re a “pool person” instead of “beach person” you most likely won’t be disappointed. The only disadvantage was the food. There was a lot of different dishes every day but there wasn’t enough salt and in general it wasn’t the best food we ever tried. But all in all I really am not complaining because if I could, I would go back there right now, it was a very beautiful and happy place where you could find lots of friendly kittens and nice staff that tried their best to speak english, but mostly used German language and most of the animations were in german. Thank you for this amazing experience!

A great hotel with very tasty food, a wide selection of dishes and I think everyone will find something for themselves. The entire hotel is nicely arranged, there are various restaurants, including a cafe offering various cakes, ice cream, coffee and iced coffee. Plus for the snack bar. A bus takes you to the beach literally every few minutes, and there is also a restaurant on the beach. A small minus is the deckchairs by the pool - they are so tightly spaced that you have no space and minimal privacy, it's actually difficult to get onto the deckchairs because they practically touch each other. Another disadvantage is that the staff allows smokers to smoke on the deckchairs. A huge plus for the all inclusive offer, everything, every drink ordered was included in the price. I have heard that in other hotels drinks were served on the basis of alcohol and juice, and for e.g. monito etc. you had to pay extra. I sincerely recommend this hotel, my stay was very pleasant and successful.

Just returned from a 9 day stay at hotel Aletris. Hotel is quietly located and has only been open for 1 year. It is a 5* standard and certainly has no luxury. We paid 75 euros extra for a room with a sea view (top floor), but it is not worth it. The balcony is finished with a stone/concrete wall, so you can't see anything from the bed. In addition, the rooms on the 4th floor have a serious odor problem from the shower. Friends of ours who had also received this type of room were given another room after a few days because the stench was unbearable. The problem in our room was "solved" with products and damp towels placed on the shower grate. Staff is aware of the odor problem and could only confirm this. During our stay I expressed a few negative points that we experienced to Claudia (guest relations).
The WIFI works very well in the room, but outside (swimming pool, terrace, restaurant outside) it does NOT work more often than it WORKS. The many dirty seat cushions on the terrace bar and outdoor restaurant in particular is a problem that little or nothing is being done about it. Sitting on it during the day with swim wear is ok for me, but at night this is NOT DONE. We usually opted for a place inside... too bad! Just take those pillows away during the day and put them back at night! Also, no action is taken against "laying a towel" at the pool from 6 am...a pity!
As far as the food is concerned, we certainly found the offering tasty and ok. The fact that many people comment that the food is not always warm is only their own fault, because they are the ones who leave the lid of the warming containers open. The bar has a wide range of branded drinks, which we certainly appreciated. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but a few of them work there against their will (pool bar, etc.). We did not book this trip as a package tour, but we did book the hotel and flight separately, which made the price more interesting. Price/quality this hotel deserves. also definitely 4/5. We will definitely come back for the same price and hopefully the problem of the rooms, seat cushions and other minor issues has been resolved.

This Hotel will be AMAZING once it is complete. The ongoing construction disturbs the calming atmosphere and the Spa treatment. We would not recommend this hotel to British people who cannot speak German as all of the staff speak very little English and brush you aside very quickly even if you try to speak their language. However they will help you where they can as we asked to move rooms away from the construction site and they moved us the next day. Lack of baby changing facilities throughout the hotel is annoying, we found ourselves having to change our baby on a marble surface. The sinks need plugs.
The bus to the beach is a great addition as there's a beach side restaurant where you can get your all inclusive meals.
Wide variety of very good food during meal times.
We feel that the bar Staff were not trained up to 5* standard, the cocktail making skills were terrible although there was a couple at the reception bar that were very good.
The evening entertainment was okay.
Shopping area will be lovely when finished and more guests here to use it.
Market down the road very large with lots of shops However items are pretty much the same in each shop.

When choosing a practically new hotel, which was only a year old, I expected something different.
Starting with the rooms: worn out by time, and it's only been a year. The walls are scratched and the mirror frames are also damaged. The floor was not washed thoroughly throughout our 7-day stay. There were the same dirt lying under the bed, in the shower and under the bathroom sink as on the first day. When you enter the room, you could never feel it after cleaning, in previous hotels they used cleaning products that smelled and gave the feeling of a clean room, but this was not the case here. Interestingly, the balconies on the pool side were cleaned, including the glass barrier, but the balconies on the land side were not cleaned once.
Food: I have no objections here, except that during the themed dinners everything was beautifully shown on Instagram, but when you entered the kitchen at 19:05 it looked completely different. Chaos, huge queues and often no helpings of a given dish. Does the hotel offer theoretically a late meal? Nothing could be further from the truth. I only got a pear in the kitchen. As for the rest, no objections.
Swimming pool: it is unacceptable for children to swim without diapers! During our stay, the swimming pool was closed twice! At the pool, no one supervises guests who bring glass to the lounger area! You have to be careful with the glass after drunken beer-bellies!! As for the deckchairs - it's not worth talking about. If you came after 9 o'clock you could find a single seat in a crowd of other people. To find sun loungers for 4 people you have to get up at 6 o'clock! Nobody cares about idiots who book deckchairs for the whole day by the pool and sit on the beach.
As for the beach - it's a pity that part of it is taken away for water sports. This takes away a lot of the view and the sea becomes crowded due to the area taken away. The workers on the beach fawn over the Russians and Germans, and the rest pretend not to notice.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the animations, or rather their lack. What appears on the event board has nothing to do with reality. 9:30 p.m. music for the Germans and of course the employee "Ibrahim" who speaks only one language through the microphone, no respect for other guests. 10:15 p.m. and we invite you to your rooms, after this time the music is turned off and the tables are cleared as if they wanted to get rid of them. We spent time in the lobby bar, but unfortunately the lights turn off at similar times, so you can't even play cards. THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL!!!!!! Budget option 3.5*!!!!!!!!

Stayed for 2 weeks, this place like any other has good points and bad points.
The food isn't great, the presentation at meal times is excellent and the choice is varied but the flavours and quality aren't great, vegetables are swimming in oil and cooked to mush and all taste the same, fish choices are terrible so if you don't eat meat, you'll need a plan B. We ate out at least 7 nights out the 14 nights. Even my meat eating family weren't impressed, lack of flavour. The food at the pool and snack bars was OK but cold most of the time, even if you went just after opening.

The standard of cleanliness isn't upto scratch for a 5 star, the pool toilets are absolutely disgusting and the pool area isn't kept clean enough throughout the day the floor around the pool was filthy, the poor pool lady is rushed off her feet she needs some help too big a job for one person. In general more care needs to be given to the cleanliness of the pool and beach areas.

The rooms are new, and they are attended to every day with fresh towels, beds made etc, again the standard of cleanliness for a 5 star isn't up to scratch either. The glass bathroom door was filthy on arrival, there were marks on the bathroom floor and dust in the corners of the bathroom. Our bed clothes weren't changed at all in 2 weeks this isn't acceptable at all for 5 star, on holiday can't be bothered addressing it. Housekeepers work hard and were all friendly so possibly a training issue or overworked.

The bar staff in the lobby bar all work really hard, Veli was a really nice guy and Muslum in the restaurant is the happiest guy you'll meet always greeted with a smile.

Hotel on first appearance looks really nice but let down by the points above plus more.

I could go on and on, disappointing overall.

Narrow single beds, very uncomfortable. The noise insulation is very poor. The hotel is located far from the sea and in a vacant lot, where there are only greenhouses and a field with zucchini. The food is bad, there is nothing to eat, because... The food was cooked tasteless, everything was bland and unsalted. It's good that the beach is easy to get to and the ice cream is great. The room is cleaned daily, the linen is of high quality, the bar is replenished daily. For breakfast they put out vegetables that were not eaten in the evening, but the service is excellent, the staff is diligent, polite, but does not understand English, only Turkish or German. We rested in the second half of October 2023 with our daughter. We have never encountered such poor food before, although this was only the 5th time in Turkey. We won't go here again.

Last year, we visited the Aletris Deluxe Hotel for the first time. It was a brand-new establishment, which piqued our interest. Having been to Turkey seven times, we had plenty of experience to compare it against. Initially, the hotel had a few shortcomings, but we attributed this to it being new and still finding its footing. Nonetheless, both the alcoholic beverages and the food were of good quality, with offerings such as Corona beer and Jack Daniels. Despite some issues, we decided to give the hotel another chance after it apologized.
This year, however, we found that the prices had increased while the quality of services had decreased, even though it was only the hotel’s second year in operation. We had booked two rooms with pool views, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a view of a dump. The room had an unbearable smell, and we had to wait until 3 PM the next day to get the rooms we originally booked. This inconvenience ruined our first day and a half.
The new room was relatively spacious, but the balcony was constantly soiled by birds, and the cleaning staff neglected to clean it despite our requests. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness had deteriorated significantly compared to last year. High-quality drinks and alcohol were replaced by cheap local alternatives, and the breakfast and lunch menus were monotonous for 11 days. The eggs were often undercooked, and the cakes all tasted the same despite their different colors. The à la carte restaurants had also declined in quality.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of decent coffee; for 11 days, we had to drink a substandard mixture that was undrinkable. The pool was very dirty, and the air conditioning was frequently turned off in the corridors, dining rooms, and other hotel areas. This hotel might impress first-time visitors to Turkey, but for those familiar with the country, it falls far short of expectations. The staff was arrogant, cleanliness was lacking, and the food quality had significantly decreased.
Additionally, while our family loves pets, a cat does not belong in the dining room. It’s important to consider clients with asthma or other allergies who might be adversely affected. The cat’s presence during meals was inappropriate.
In summary, I cannot recommend the Aletris Deluxe Hotel to seasoned travelers to Turkey. The decline in service and quality, coupled with poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff, makes it a poor choice for a stay.
I am attaching photos so you can judge for yourself. Additionally, I want to mention that you often have to wait 10 minutes in line just to get a single water or drink.
This vacation was a complete waste of money. For 11 days, we did nothing but deal with issues that we have never encountered at any other hotel. To add to the frustration, our children left a day earlier than us, and on their departure day, the hotel locked our room as well as theirs. We had to go through the hassle of getting access to our room again, despite having to check out a day later.

The hotel on the main looks very impressive.
However the food and drinks are at best 3*, the buffet is the same food most days with most effort put into desserts, a staple meat of Turkey cooked most days.
For an alleged 5* hotel, nothing is cooked fresh to order, with the A la Carte restaurants requiring food selections at least 24 hours in advance.
The drinks served in all bars apart from the Celtic bar are the cheapest of awful spirits.
The Celtic bar opens for two hours and is the only place to get premium spirits.

The entire hotel works from a mobile app that is unreliable and doesn’t work correctly.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin being woken most mornings by conversations and loud discussions.

The rooms don’t have air con that can be altered so you have to leave the door open all night to reduce the heat and there’s nothing the hotel are prepared to do about it.

Be prepared for a Baltic freezing swimming pool as it’s not heated and due to the hotel construction only receives 6/8 hours sun a day.

Overall there are far better hotels in the area and this is no where near a five star experience.
