    The best family buget hotel
To get things started, the hotel is quite nice and friendly but it has some issues. The hotel is generally good for families and friend groups but don't stay more then 4 days because you will get bored. Let's beggin with the restaurant. Due to COVID-19 the restaurant was limited but I'll still review the experience. The food was the same everyday (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but quite good. The staff understood English, wich is a rare find in this tourist city but, they usually mess up your order because you don't speak Russian and German. The internet. If you plan to work or browse the social medias maybe it's the best to use your roaming data plan. You have to pay 5€/week to use the internet and you can only use 3 devices at once wich for a family with 4 members l, especially with children is bad. The services. Good but it could be better. They have a program for children, shows every night except Sunday's. The beach was clean but because of a wildfire the beach was a little dirty but acceptable. One main complaint I have. One day at the beach, I decided to drink a beer and I decided to go to the beach bar to get one. After I waited in the line for like 5 minutes in the sun, the guy at the bar looked at me and said I was under age. At the moment I was here I was 18 and 6 months old. I showed him the wristband and even my national ID but he didn't want to get the beer. Even thought I had these complains, I had a nice time here and I will probably come back in the future, maybe when the whole COVID thing is over. Thank you for your time.

Great place to go with kids and relax
This was our second time in this hotel. 2021 was the first and that was something completely different but also great experience. The location of the hotel is one of the best things... just a minute to the restaurant, another minute to the pools and a great lunch-bar in a lush garden and then just about 50-60 meters to the beach with nice shade, soft sand and warm shallow sea, great to play with kids and the small waves. Another great thing is the staff. All of them are always ready to do everything to make your time great. The only thing to do for the guests is to relax and enjoy. Great service at beach bar, at pool bar, at the main restaurant and also great cleaning service of the rooms. All the toilets are always sparkling clean. Every night except sunday is a great evening show and I would like to great the entertaining team (Vlada, Nico, Simba, Julia, Niki, Sam and all the others). And the best thing is that we will go next year again! :)

    Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere
Beautiful. Relaxing atmosphere Great food. Nice and clean rooms. Nice clean beach. Great service. All inclusive hotel service with plenty of options. Shops nearby and good attractions. Only downfall is distance to airport but it was worthwhile.

This was our third visit go this hotel and every year is better then the last. The animation team is great and this year they really raised the bar with some of the night programmes, as the Alladin and Lion king musicles. Big thanx to Vlada, Nico, Yulia and the rest of the gang... you are all great. The position of the hotel is great... on the beach but also just outside lot of shops for shoping... urban but at the same time quiet and relaxing. 5th year since the renovation and the hotel is showing signs that it could go for a new round of renew but stil very confortable and pleasant. The only problem is the inflation in Turkey and ibal crisis in economy... every year the price if the hotel goes up and up but because of global economy our money in Europe is not keeping up... so jump i hotel price of 35% from 2022 to 2023 was the ceeling.. we here from lot of guests that if this will continue they will not be able to return... neither do will we ☹️. With a child of 7 y o this hotel.is great for us and we would like to return in next few year if we can... so we hope price will not go up... at least not to much Oh yes... best room made.. Zaileha (hope I wrote it good)... best wishes to your 2 kids and tge rest of your family

Hotel is very decent. Generally clean, but it was Bayram so hotel was fully booked and stuff was very busy all the time. Especially during the meal times. Room was a bit small and it’s visible that hotel is not very new. Balcony could be also bigger. The best was beach!! Wide and clean with nice sand. I wasn’t expecting that. Pools are ok, aqua park also. I can recommend this hotel to people who wants to spend nice time in good 4* place. But if you get used to 5*, you can be disappointed.

The only disappointment I had at this hotel was that a hotel of this standard and price class didn't include wi-fi in the rooms in the ordinary price, but charged extra for it. Apart from that, I would say both the beach and the dinner buffet is worth an extra positive remark!!!

Location: Hotel is situated in Kumkoy - Side, less than 1 hour from airport (in normal traffic), few kilometers from ancient city Side, approximately 10 minutes by dolmus (1 € per person). From hotel you can get to Kumkoy downtown with streets full of shops in less than 10 min walk. There are many shopping possibilities near the hotel, and also Side is very lovely city totally worth visiting. Hotel: Hotel itself from outsidefirstly might not look appealing, but you change your mind right when you walk in. Hotel is divided into 2 buildings. We spent all the time in the main building (with reception) so I will review only that one. During day, reception seems to be dark a little bit, however its very nice decorated and designed. There is a lobby bar with patisserie opened from 10-24 (cakes only until 21). Lobby bar could be opened from 9, as they serve very nice coffee. Hotel has a very nice restaurant, which in some time periods is very busy and it is hard to find place (mostly dinners). I must praise lovely terrace by restaurant which is perfect for breakfasts and dinners. The pool area has bar and snack bar (lunch is served also here) and at the beach there is bar again (however they serve only non-alcoholic drinks and beer, alcohol is served by the pool). The exterior of the hotel is very well maintained with a lot of palms, trees, bushes, and it makes the hotel looks very nice. There are 2 bigger pools, I tried one which was surprisingly 160 cm deep, but the water was just right temperature :) The hotel is little bit uphill, which can be an issue for someone. In the ,,beach floor,, of the hotel you can find hamam and hairdresser with pedicure/manicure. Room: We had a standard double room with sea view on the 7th floor (7/9). Well it was smaller than we were used to in Turkey, but for 2 people just enough. It was very nice furnished and clean. The set for the tea with kettle was a very positive surprise for us. Otherwise there was double bed , TV, fridge (daily filled with big bottles of water), safe (paid) and huge wardrobes. Balcony was accurate for chairs and table. The bathroom was quite small with a bath tub. It looked older but it was clean and working. The cons were programmes on TV were german, turkish (neither we understand) and only 1 card to room. We find it very limiting as we did not want to depend one on another. You could get pretty good wifi in hotel, room and beach for a fee - 14 days 5 € and 7 days 3 €. Food and drinks: Hotel has 1 main restaurant and some a-la carte (didnt try), lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar. The food in the restaurant was very wide in range and very tasty. Breakfast: different egg options, sausages, cheeses, salami, pastry and bread, marmelades, pancakes, crepes, musli etc. Wide choice of tea everywhere in hotel (my fav herbal and turkish of course). Lunch and dinner, wide offer of meat (excellent turkey meat and beef), everyday different fish, side dish (delightful rice and mashed potatoes), a lot of salads mixed already or vegetables. There was several times octopus served and once sushi. A lot of cakes and pastries to choose from, also wide variety of fruits - bananas, apples, peach, grapes..In the restaurant they serve you drink at the table, you dont go to bar. However you can take tea, coffee, water and some juices and sodas. During the day, at the pool there is lunch served (hamburgers, pasta, chicken nuggets etc.). At the beach there is gozleme place, water-melon at certain time. Food was generally were tasty and compared to 5 star hotel we spent vacation last year in Turkey, food was much better quality and wider choice. Beach: Beach was one of the highlights of the hotel. Pure sandy wide beach, with a lot of sunbeds and the best beach boy Mehmet, who was always very nice, with smile on the face and helpful. The best places in the first row were taken in the morning, but since there are not that many tourists you could find the spots during the days. On the beach you can walk both sides to see different resorts, on the left (direction to the pear) after cca 500 m there starts a promenade, where you cant walk directly to Side. There are many sport centres on the beach you can buy some attractions. Animations: The animation team was friendly, but not too pushy. There is boccia, darts, aerobic, some competitions, volleybal etc. Evening shows were nice, they are all great performers. There is every week either pool party or beach party and every second week there is live music. They tend to sit to the guests during lunch and dinner to make contact so you might be suprised when they sit next to you :) Staff: Very nice and friendly all around in the hotel. Some of them were clearly more friendly to german guests, but that´s how it is. The level of english was not perfect, but we could communicate with reception but also with waiters without problems. However, german was widely spoken by everybody. The cleaner of our room was very nice lade, she did her job very well :) Guests: Many Germans and Turkish, then some Scandinavians, Czech, Slovak, French, Dutch. Mostly families, couples. The hotel is not perfect for young couples looking for night-life I would say (there is no disco in the hotel). The guests were mostly nice behaving, not loud, not drunk :) Conclusion: Even though the hotel has only 4*, it is really a great 4*. Compared to last year 5* hotel, IZ flower was much better in many aspects. The beach and location is excellent, hotel itself is beautiful, food was delightful, staff very nice and friendly (with some exceptions). We chose it based on the good reviews, and some gut feeling we had that it would be great vacation...and it really was. I recommend it definitely, and would love to come back once.

First and foremost! If you are from scandinavia and need help with anything, dont bother because the staff only speak german. When our ac broke down I waited 30 min in the reception for one in the staff the where supposed to know a little english but apperently he just nodded because our ac remained broken the entire week. We slept in the extrabeds outside the bedroom in our suit. I regret that we didnt sleep on the stone floor, that would have been more comfortable. Im actually not exagerating. the beds are that bad. The food was good. The cleaning good, and the location is fantastic, but I would not recomend this hotell for anyone who isnt german.

1 weeks all inclusive for 2 people £450 including flight upgrade etc. Hotel had probably only been open 1 week or so when we arrived, the food initially was of a very poor standard but did improve as the week progressed. Standard room ok in size with quite small bathroom and small balcony, the beds are extreemly hard and unforgiving. The hotel has mostly German guests and the in room tv is mostly in German, I found 4 English speaking news chanals from 70. The entertainment is what one expects from an allincusive place (very holiday camp). Quite a lot of different levels to negotiate if going to beach so not easy for anyone with walking difficulties.
