One of the best hotels in my opinion Good knowledge of languages including English German Russian Very good animation team and bar and restaurant staff. Clean and child safe beach Lots of bars Food one of the best in my opinion Nice and family atmosphere throughout the hotel.

We spent a great time in the Seher Sun Palace. It was our first time in this area and definitely not last one. We want to say thank to all the staff of the hotel especially reseption. Everything was so so good!!!

We liked our stay at this hotel though admittedly it is not a 5 star. Positives: Good and varied food Lovely beach with plenty of shade Regular transfers to the beach and not too far to walk Clean and spacious rooms Enough sun lounges even in peak season Helpful staff Great spa, we had a lot of cheap full body massages as well as hamam Close to walk to the shops Negatives: Poor animation on the night Inedible sushi on the sushi night, please just scrap these if you can't make them Long queues for pizza and waffles, kids sometimes just get ignored there and wait for ages. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Unfortunately, if you believe this hotel presents standard of 5 stars with the quality so just forget about it, it's a joke! Why we not reccomend that hotel ? Negative points: 1/ there is no real coffee express: at the beach bar, in lobby bar , at pool bar 2/ bars staff don't have professional drinks shakers, they make drinks in artificial cups with logo Efes without any knowledge about it- in the evening problems like lack of ice rocks; 3/ staff in restaurant doesn't speak English, maybe basic German...so comminication means big problem 4/ animation it is a real joke, 3 young people going arond the pool in 3-4 minutes to encourage guests for better day, and it is day by day without difference. At the beach only 1 action ca. 4 pm to play volley ball 5/ breakfasts - if you come at 7-8 am is ok all buffets food around of you are available but after 9:30 am is like after tsunami, all around is dirty, staff is not able to clean and 50% of menu buffet is empty unfrtunately. 6/ dinner especially grill is only one so please expect a very long queqe for meat or fish - so teh logistic is a real catastrophy 7/ funny thing - ice creams only ca. at 1 pm till 1;30 pm at pool bar and one place to order so in a few minutes you have a long queqe and must wait ca. 20 minutes to get it, tragedy! 8/ coffee - just forget about expresso , latte cafe, macciatto cafe - they have a mashines full of one the same coffee pouder mixed - it is a realy ugly mixture - no chance with the pleasant to drink with family or friends coffee in the cups 9/ only one 45 min. evening event for 8 days stay 10/ juices - only from mashines concentate juice like apple, pinapple, cherry mixed with water Please forget about natural juices. NO WATER BOTTLES for request during breakfast, lunch or dinner. 11/ music with DJ- all the time the same day by day , evening by evening 12/ air-conditioning at the lobby near the reception works but in others areas you don't feel there is air-conditioning, you feel discomfort especially in the evening Positive points: a/ barman lady Gubra - uff!! speaks english, very very nice and even more very helpful and keep smile. b/ melex transffer you from hotel to the beach between 10 am- 6 pm- walking distance in hot space is ca. 500 m unfortunately c/ turtles in the river next to the hotel d/ good menu for dinners e/ gym - but some of equipment is out of order only 2 stands for run works, old equipment. Pay attantion! air- conditioning turn on only guy at SPA f/ very close to SHOPPING CENTER and BUS STATION So let's say generally - we won't stay there never again. …

It is not a 5-star hotel at all, max 3 stars. Let's start with good things. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beach and the sea are nice, clean, and full of sand. Perfect for the kids. The staff are friendly and smiling. And what else; The beds are not comfy. not even 3-star hotel quality. It looks like there is a staff outage. The rooms are clean but the environment is not that much. Because staff cannot reach everything at once. You can see the empty glasses, and plates next to the sunbeds for some hours. Then a kid hits the glass and breaks it for example. The same thing applies to foods. There is always a queue for something. If you want a pizza, get in a queue. If you want a main course like fish, meat or sth, get in a queue. for the ice cream, get in a queue. Even for a glass of water in the pool bar. Because only one single place providing these and not enough staff. They are not quality oriented. They are quantity oriented. For example, there are -maybe more than 15- desserts for lunch or dinner. However, all of them are the same but have some small changes. The same thing but with cream, the same thing but with green cream, the same thing but with cacao. No taste, just some texture. Believe me, I ate maybe 2-3 desserts on my entire vacation. Especially drinks. They are giving a Coke, but it's definitely not a Coke. just some sweet syrup, zero bubbles. Or the machine coffee, non-drinkable very dark coffee. Alcohol, I haven't heard of any of the brands. vine, beer, gin, vodka, just cheap a** brands with bad taste. As I said, there is a quantity. They provide everything, but quality? zero. Only the hot meals were delicious, and the salad bar was rich. Not enough sunbeds. People are dropping their towels in the morning, then they disappear. The sunbeds are occupied but empty. And staff cannot do anything. However, this should be managed somehow. Hotel Animations? TBH, the most boring holiday in my life. You go to the all-inclusive hotel and in the evening I was looking for going out somewhere because there is nothing at the hotel. no animation, no event, less music.…

The hotel is NOT a 5 star, its a good 3 We walked the front and believe me we saw 5 star further down If your English don't bother its a German resort, it caters only for German, the staff only speak German They reserve beds at 10pm at night, never any free beds round the pool and people left towels from 8am and never ever came back! I moved 3 beds to be by the pool and had a German man shouting at me like he owned the resort he preceeded to step over me and move my bed when I went to get drinks or the toilet We never had a decent meal while we were there, we would not return we payed all Inclusive and went out every night There is 1 bar out there who were so kind and happy to see us unlike the resort staff We were offered a safe for 4 nights We were staying three nights he wanted 2 euros a night, I said in English money he wanted 16 pound !! I was in this hotel 2 weeks. Food is delicious with different choice, rooms very clean, everyone are friendly and open for help. It’s close to city and definitely for Bazars for buy local food. On the beach you can also enjoy your stay with drinks and food. Personel in the reception smile all the time and help with everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

Generally, the whole staying was very good! The food was just amazing, staff very friendly and room quite modern and spacious. Unfortunately, it's not a suitable place for people who don't like loud places. Kids are running everywhere, scream in the middle of the restaurant and it's just impossible to avoid their mess. Huge plus for the hotel for preparing a small +18 place where guests can peacefully eat. Many parents don't really care about the sign but staff tries to take underages away as frequently as they can.

Just back from holiday was staying in this hotel, so is not too bad but I would say 5 star for it is a bit exaggerated Is not the cleanest hotel could be better Food very repetitive day by day and not great choice I will never back again There is better hotels in the area for the same money
