I'm visiting port side with my family- my wife, 9 years old daughter and 13 years old son- for 6 nights. Still at the property, we arrived at 10 p.m. and they were waiting for us with the forms filled out. Checking in was in the twinkling of an eye. Having visited several resorts in antalya, I assure that the most friendly and smiling and hardworking staff are in this hotel. Though +99% of the guests are Germans and the shows and entertainments are in German, many other factors makes the stay worthwhile. At first it seems boring for the children, but soon they find it nice to feel that all the children facilities belong to them only. I'll write a full review after l go back home.

First of all - I'm not that well familiar with the Turkish hotels and level of their five star resorts. Nevertheless, in my mind, a five star all inclusive hotel should serve drinks and meals of reasonable quality. The quality of drinks in this hotel was a real catastrophe, we only drank water the entire time. No real juices, not even nectars, but something made out of powder was only served. The wine was so bad I couldn't even finish a glass. Long drinks - only tried once too. I didn't try the beer. The food was, let's say, okay. I could always find something that I at least "quite liked". But rarely something I genuinely enjoyed. Deserts were a disaster, very artificial. But at least we didn't gain any weight, right?:)) On the bright side: we were really satisfied with the furnishing and size of the room, as well as its cleanliness. Though not very big, the pool was good and the beach was really nice and clean, probably the best thing about this resort. As said, I am not sure what I was supposed to be expecting at this price level - but nevertheless, given the overall very positive reviews everywhere concerning this hotel, I felt like the above given points should be mentioned somewhere.

That was my 1st time all-inclusive stay. I have to highlight that is was absolutely perfect. The facility was well maintain and even though the weather was truly cold outside there was plenty to do inside. The inside pool, sauna, Hamman, bar, daily evening program and offers of other out of hotel activity were amazing. For NYE there was program organized by hotel which was in gala style and decent. No fireworks. All people were smiling and always helpful and friendly. The beach was 5mins far by slow walk and there was hotel bar directly on the beach. Beach was sandy and clean. Otherwise good for swimming as no rocks, no amazing or breathtaking scenery, but a good beach. Some might call it downs, it was booking through German travel agency, so there was 99% German tourist surprisingly :) and I guess most of the room have view to next building in front, but we didn't use balcony in 8 degrees so much. I would recommend this place for couples, families, retired people.

Not Really a 5 star hotel ... Looks common ... Everyday The same food. S-o after 3-4 dayz you get sick of it. Friendly staff But i wont go there again. The location of The resort is quite ugly But You ca-n get to Side by bus ... 20 minutes Away. I dont recommend Any organized trips...nothing special and usually The "all inclusive " concept in thise trips is just a lie... Bad food and drinks.

First, I must say that this is not a 5-star hotel...leniently 3 stars. Once we arrived we were told they do not have enough rooms. We were 3 couples and we were told they have only 2 rooms so one couple must accommodate for a night at another hotel. After countless discussions one of the couples agreed to staying at another hotel. We were shown two rooms-which were not of the kind we reserved - were very small and had two beds instead of double. After a new round of talks with the manager we were given two doubles (this related to what they said about having only 2 rooms). The rooms were clean but were overlooking a field of melons. Indeed, the hotel is located in a field of melons so a nice view is excluded. The food was horrible. A lot of food, but little or no diversity and quality was the lowest. We noticed that sometimes was served the food left from the previous day. My fiance got food poisoning and I think this says it all..... Drinks were generic drinks and were also of poor quality. You could not get a brand drink even if you wanted to pay for it - simply lacked. The entertainment was idiotic. Overall if you have no expectations, can be an acceptable hotel....

Staff were all friendly, were interested in our comfort, requests and their training was on-going as excellent management team. The kitchen was one of the best we have had the pleasure of enjoying in our travels around Turkey. The selection for lunch and dinner was always varied and well-cooked and presented.Guest Relations are the first who have read our requests from our booking confirmation and were very helpful, speaking good English as well as German. Hotel is aimed at the German-speaking traveller so it helped to have a little German (or Turkish) but most restaurant and bar staff spoke some English but this was not a problem for our enjoyment during our stay. The indoor pool area was warm until we got into the pool which was not warm enough for our swimming. The hotel is one block back from the beach, which is mostly covered with ironwork for beach canopies in the summer so expect the beach will be a sea of bodies not open spaces at peak times. Plenty of cafes on promenade and WCs which were well maintained. Shopping Mall across the road from the hotel is of course touristic, with euro prices to go with it.

Excellent location if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. I found the staff to be very polite and friendly. We could best get along with the staff in German. The room was simple and clean. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes for every preference or diet. The beach is at a 3 minutes' walk from the hotel, it is sandy and with a very smooth entrance in the sea.

Together with a girlfriend, we were in Turkey the first time. Our first impression was overwhelming. We were very happy with the serviceof people there at the hotel on the beach and of outside the resort. People there are very friendly and stuff on hotel very very friendly and smiling and exemplary for other hotels. Thanks for beautifull holiday.

Second time to Turkey and first time All Inclusive which we will definitely do again as excellent value. Did eat out twice in Side but found it to be quite expensive. Do not be put off that this is mainly a German hotel, we were the only English but were made very welcome and found that if you tried to speak Turkish the staff talked to you more, especially the waiters and Ahmet who was involved with the animation team. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant and an excellent Turkish night on the Friday with entertainment. Visit Side which is about 10-15 minutes on the dolmus and costs 3 Turkish Lira pp each way. Dolmus costs 17 Turkish Lira pp each way to Manavgat which we didn't visit as only there for 6 days. Only minor fault was the occasional poor connection with the wi-fi.

It was February. The hotel was half empty and had a good price. Most of the quests are European people after 50. So it's quite and calm. We used a lot inside swimpool, hamam and sauna that were empty most of the time. The inside pool is big enough and the water t 27c. Comfortable beach area 3 minutes walking. It were 3 animators and it was enough. One girl Bella played with the kids in the playroom, painting t-shirts and making bracelets. Enjoyable for kids any age. The other girl, forgot her name, was a fitness instructor, every morning we had a stretching and zumba after dinner. Thanks!!! And the boy did other activities like darts, tennis etc. No complains about restaurant, every day new dishes. Great service. Don't know about alcohol quality and choice, not drinking. After dinner live singer in the lobby or show. It was cold in the building of the hotel, take some warm clothes if you staying there in winter time.
