This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The food was very bad, they were serving bad food from the other day, it was always the same, fish, rice, barely any meat . Very bad quality, The AC was never on in the restaurant or the lobby. The owner didn't want to pay for more staff so only few waiters were working.

The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are friendly but if you book an economy room be careful as they all seem to be in the basement(or dungeon) without windows let alone a balcony. The food is good but if you want fruit get in the restaurant early as the Russians seem to think they can take as much as they want and disappear to their rooms with it although signs say you cant!

Very good location. Friendly personal. Good food, everything clean. One recomendation - do not book eco rooms, book standard. This rooms are really without windows :) One more minus - the beach. There is no toilet and shower in the beach. Everything else is perfect for economy class hotel.

So me and a friend have just come back from a 2 week stay at Side town Hotel. When I first read the reviews I was really worried. Luckily our room was upgraded so we had a balcony but some rooms don't even have a window. But we were happy with our room. Was cleaned everyday and was more than big enough. The Staff were helpful and could speak enough English to communicate. The pool area was clean and nice and could always get a Sunbed. The all inclusive drinks were Ok (cocktails only at dinner times) which didn't bother me really. The food was in my opinion awful. Same thing everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best part was the baked potatoes and desert. Because of this we are out most of the time. Very cheap to eat out but be careful as some restaurants try to rip you off. Side as a place is lovely with lovely people but be aware antayla is mainly Russians and Germans who can be very arrogant. So all in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody and I won't be staying again. I will return to Side though and can't wait for my next visit. The food really let our holiday down.
