My partner and I have recently returned from our second visit to Tui Blue Side in the last few months. We always have such a wonderful time and this time was exceptionally lovely. We didn’t expect to be recognised on our second visit this year but we were. We were greeted and treated more like old friends than we were guests. The hotel is lovely, the food is good and the facilities are amazing. The beach especially is our favourite place. We used the spa this time and that was a little overpriced but it was a lovely morning so worth the cost. As I have mentioned in previous reviews, the staff are really what make this place so special. Murat is so kind and attentive. He can’t do enough for guests and is always so cheerful and pleased to help. We met a lovely lady called Nazli who was a pleasure to speak to. She works on the beach bar and is so good with customers. Ali Sun on reception was just as great as our first visit and really should be commended on what an asset he is to the hotel. We look forward to seeing them all on our next visit in the new year. …

We’ve just arrived back from 11 nights from this hotel and I feel a lot of mixed emotions about this hotel. On the one hand this hotel is beautifully maintained, cleaned constantly the rooms and all the amenities are exceptional but my main problem is why is this being sold to the British holiday maker? The hotel is 99 % filled with German and other European people and I haven’t a problem with that. The problem I have is that most staff do not speak English or say they can’t, we were ignored by staff in the restaurant on countless occasions, only to watch the staff fawn over other guests, I understand a lot off the holiday makers were returning guests but surely this is not good enough.considering the star rating of this hotel is very good the food didn’t match up to that, my wife survived on chips!! I feel it’s a great shame that I have to write this, we meet some fantastic German and Swiss guests, some we will keep in contact with, it’s just a shame that there weren’t enough staff that could speak English, even the Turkish delight the hotel kindly left us the day we left is accompanied by a note solely in German, not good enough!!!…

We have just returned from this lovely hotel,the staff are very friendly.The beds are so comfortable slept really well. The food would cater for the fussiest of eaters.The a- la carte is a must .If I was to complain I would say you need to get up early to secure a sunbed around the pool as they seem to be snaped up pretty quickly, the staff do put cards down if the sunbeds are left unoccupied and towels do get removed. There are 3 rows of flat sunbeds and you can get these ,in my own personal opinion it would be to remove the first 2 rows of these beds and put proper sunbeds there,leaving the 3rd row under the shade.

Just come back from this hotel with my girlfriend after a week's stay. I genuinely can't fault it and had a fabulous time. The staff were all absolutely lovely and really attentive without being intrusive - charming, smiley, helpful and a real credit to their profession, everyone including the waiters, cleaners, front of house etc - I would give all of them a big hug and a pay rise. This was our first holiday in 10 years and I couldn't have asked for better. Adults only and no drunks, no idiots, no drama, only nice people and nice staff, fantastic food and massive variety, chill time when you want it and entertainment when you don't, well cared-for cats and even hedgehogs in the grounds, we loved it and will be back soon I hope. The only thing I would say is you need anti-slip mats in the shower as the floor was very slippy when wet and could be dangerous for the infirm or elderly and occasionally the shower temperature also suddenly went to REALLY hot and could also be a problem for the infirm or elderly. Just home after a lovely 10 day holiday in this adult only, all inclusive hotel. Overall our experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was plentiful and varied. A special thumbs up goes to the ‘a la crate’ restaurant (of which you get one visit free) which had good honest food prepared in a fine dining experience. Plus they gave me a lovely birthday surprise cake and a rendition of happy birthday which was sweet. The hotel is very quiet and you have access to the beach and large swimming pool. The pool is long and only has room for a limited amount of sun beds so unless you’re lucky or get up early you may have to resort to the beach or the less comfortable flat beds. The evening entertainment was good and repeated weekly. All entertainment noise ceased at 11pm in all the hotels nearby which was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for peace and relaxation. (The spa treatments although pricey for Turkey were better than in the UK) Previously we had stayed in a TUI sensatori’ hotel and whilst this is up there in comparison. The sensatori did some things a little better. Such as hosing down the pool area each evening, providing 24 hour food choice buffet (this only has a pre-made sandwich and juice carton if you fancy a bite in the night or arrive in the early hours), waiters that offer you drinks where you sit at the pool and beach as opposed to you going to the bar (and not in paper cups), room cleaning where all of the surfaces were wiped each day. Small things but they make s difference. Others have noted that this is a popular German hotel. We didn’t have a problem with this other than it was noticeable that the staff could and would converse with German guests more readily than with the English speaking. I think this is because English is often the third language behind Turkish and German and so it is more of a struggle for them. I never felt that I couldn’t get understood but anything complex it was useful having a translation app. …

This is by far the best holiday experience we have had. From the pool, restaurant, beach, our room, all of them are kept to a high level of cleanliness. The food in the restaurant needs special mention. The choice and variety will cater for all tastes and the theme nights are a real treat. The "special" a la carte restaurants aren't to be missed either as you get 1 free night included in your holiday package. Lots of different activities to enjoy and join in with, with no pressure on you to join in. Lots of bars and seating areas to find your own quiet space if needed, although as this hotel is adults only the entertainment is low key and not over the top. Can't wait to come back in the very near future.

This hotel is faultless and truly wonderful. Yes the majority of guests are German but this is not a negative! We spoke to many lovely and friendly folk. The whole place is absolutely spotless. The staff work extremely hard and cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and attentive. The food is all fantastic and so much choice! We have been to over 10 all inclusive hotels, a fair few in Turkey and Tui Blue Side is far superior. The rooms are great and the beds and pillows really comfortable. When we arrived, I asked to move rooms to one with a sea view and we were accommodated with no problem to a room with a private terrace with sun loungers. The staff do have a walk around the pool and remove towels from sun beds that have been left unoccupied for a length of time. This is a good thing!! The beach is beautiful and very clean. Lovely restaurant on the beach for lunch and snacks/drinks. All of the public toilets are spotless, even on the beach. We had a Turkish language lesson and a wine tasting session which were great. Special mention to Ahmet! We are truly blown away by this wonderful hotel and are definitely going to book for next year! Thank you staff at Tui Blue for making our stay the best!…

We're only day four into a seven day stay already its been by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in Turkey. The staff from the team at reception, cleaners, waiters, the bar staff, everyone is very polite, kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are great too. Theres so much choice with the food every day, just spend two minutes to look what's on offer and you'll see. The drinks are plenty and theres numerous cocktails to choose from. The beer is good and the barvstaff are all amazing, look out for "joey" from Friends. The gym is clean and tidy with water and towels on offer. The pool is large, clean and there's plenty ty of sunbeds. There's entertainment nearly every night which is quality too. Oh, try the coffee and patisserie bar too, wow!! If you fancy a wine tasting event, learn basic Turkish, or cooking classes, the staff are all amazing and very patient. The other residents are all relaxed, happy, no stress, very happy to chat, polite, courteous, and no drunken idiots to deal with either. You'll not be disappointed if you book and stay here !! …

My partner and I recently visted Turkey with our good friends Peter and Shirley from Devizes in Wiltshire. We each booked a week in a sea view with all meals, drinks and afternoon snacks, including a restocked fridge everyday. *Traveller Beware* The fridge does not have unlimited sweet treats and savouries like when we went to Tenerife. This was upsetting as this being the main reason we booked but unfortunately only diet cokes were offered. My friend Shirley did however keep us stocked up with packets of lays crisps from the shop downstairs. Depending on the amount of cigarettes she bought, a discount was offered on chocolate and Vaseline. The hotel is very nice with very nice attentive folks serving an array of dishes from around the globe. We especially enjoyed Japan night where it was all you can eat fish! Delicious! We also enjoyed the bbq night where it’s all you can eat kebabs! This is my favourite dish in the UK so it was good to have a taste of home! The a ley cart night was okay but it’s not all you can eat. Some people had a big cake with candles but did not offer us any and nor did the staff ask them to share with us. The man in the big romantic bar offered us nuts later that night and I told him I was allergic every night for a week! I even brought it up in Google translate in German on my iPhone4 or it might be an Iphone5s. I asked the man on reception if I could have food and he sent me to the restaurant, imagine my shock to find it was closed. Not even a baguette could be found. I went and bought a George Forman the very next day so that made late night snacks a bit easier. The beach was nice, no rubbish or anything like that and the sea is nice too. Great temperature. The only issue we had there was that a couple from Kings Lynn had befriended us the night before and unbeknown to us they were swappers. My partner and I had to hide in the sea to avoid their advances. The lady waved at us for around 30 minutes attempting to beckon us to their rooms. Luckily she was in a plaster cast up to her knee and couldn’t enter the sea. This upset my partner so much he wanted to go home and even started packing when we got back to the room. He had to call his Nan to calm him down. We both burnt considerably that day in the sea! We told the staff that what had happened but they simply told us that they couldnt help. They should have a procedure for managing that situation. We saw the male swapper as we were leaving and he looked me square in the eye and said “not even with his” and pointed at my partner. He then said I was a pig in lipstick! I couldn’t believe it! The greatest thing was the room. Lovely and clean and they have a built in bidet too. You don’t have to move from the toilet! We didn’t get our welcome drinks on arrival but we are looking to return for our wedding. …
