The hotel certainly does not deserve a 5 *. first of all, the gastronomic level differs from generally accepted European standards. unseasoned food, seafood (if there is any, sporadically) dry and unpalatable. no regional dishes, mainly junk German food - potatoes, sausages, mayonnaise salads. the breakfasts deserve praise - tasty omelettes. a'la carte restaurant ... the best thing about it was the paid wine. there are still not enough sunbeds at the outdoor swimming pool, which the Germans have been taking since about 7 am ... pity.beautiful beach, beautiful descent to the sea, neat cleaning of the rooms. Dear Turkish friends, a 5 * hotel is not only about nice floors and furniture, you need a little more…

We are in the hotel now and first thing which we could notice is that this hotel is for Germans only. English is very poor and it's difficult to communicate. Service is not the best quality especially in the SPA, it's almost empty but noone is interested why you are there unless you will buy some treatment which we did but immediately after it they forgot that we paid already and gave nice tip. Room is very nice with beautifull view, we have junior suite but again service - fridge was broker and they were reparing it for 3 days. Food is very good but drinks are really awful, coffe is the worst. Beach is nice but it's impossible to have sunbead next to the pool as People are leaving towels for whole day and noone is checking it ( there is a note in the room that after 40 minute towels will be removed as you cannot book sunbeds but it doesn't work like that) . There is nothing to do in the hotel as no animations at all, we thougt that this is because of covid but in other hotel we could see something. Good things Beautiful room Good food Service at the Beach No children, good place to relax Nice Haman ritual at the SPA Minus for Drinks especially coffe Service in the hotel, you need to ask for everything and with really poor English of the staff it's difficult A la cart restaurant Take a lot of money for a tips I was expecting much more taking into consideration that this is 5 star hotel and it's not fully occupied.

We had some rest here for 10 days in the beginning of June 2021. The hotel (as I understand) is aimed on Germans (95%, others - from Russia and Ukraine) and this is why service quality is pretty good. In accordance with the concept "adults only", there are no kids (which was good for us), on the beach this is not so true because bar of family hotel Dream World Aqua is located nearby but this was not an issue for us (just FYI). The territory is compact, so you could fast enough change a place (main building with lobby bar, spa, gym, pool, restaurant, beach). Also, there are so many palms, trees and shrubs. All buildings outside and rooms inside have very modern design and on a photo you even could imagine that this is European hotel not Turkish, we are really have been impressed. And there are no differences between hotel photos and reality (what you see is what you get). The room: a safe and minbar (pure and mineral water, 7-up, Mirinda, Pepsi and even beer) are free. Bathrobes and slippers are available. A mosquito net at an entrance to a balcony - nicely small thing. Wi-Fi is pretty fast and covers all places including the pool and the beach (of course some dead zones exist but no way to avoid this). Also on my very old ZTE smart Wi-Fi was unstable where as on modern Samsung - w/o any instability. So an advice - bring and use fresh devices. The beach: about 100 m it is very shallow like waist-deep but due that even average waves don't interfere to swim and at the end of a day water has been becoming warmy (and in the pool too). Of course you can swim near buoys where a deep is OK. There were 28C (in a lunch time), the sea - 22C. The beach has very fine sand and a personnel all time clean it up from a garbage. There were enough sunbeds for everyone (on the pool too) with average people count about 40-50. Looks like total count of visitors there were about 160 but this haven't affected the service e.g. in Egypt during the lockdown peak if some hotel had only 30 visitors (unfortunately, we saw this by themselves.) - quality of service were decreased significantly but this is not about this hotel (the quality doesn't depend on a people count) - respect. The beach has a bar, showers and sunbeds of corse (about 50 due lockdown limitations - we saw reserved places to set up more sun umbrella) - in comparison a beach near by has 10 times more people and sunbeds. The food: everything that we ate has been tasty. At lunch and dinner we had exactly one kind of soup but tasty too. Traditionally for Turkey there were exactly one meal with beef and several with chicken, turkey and fish (some reviewer complained that there was no varieties, but do you really need 20 dishes instead 2-3 per day). Also, we were pleased with light refreshments like smoked turkey or fish (good for strong drinks). Twice we had salmon (smoked, grill and even soup with it). Even salad "olivier" has been served periodically (I guess especially for Russians). The drinks: as usual local strong drinks are about 35% (they are undiluted as many Russians are thinking) and no headache at mornings. Vodka, rum, gin - OK, whisky - not really (not tasty even with Pepsi). Red, white wine and champagne (all semi dry) - OK (don't understand a reviewer that wanted several kinds - pay money and drink what you wish). Beer - EFES (from a keg and canned) - OK, along with it we recommend to ask peanuts (very delicious). Favourite cocktails (from local drinks): "Negroni" (red vermouth, gin, orange juice), "Martini" (white vermouth, gin) and "Mojito" (lemon, mint, gin, 7-up). Surprised that there are no limes on the bar - lemons only. BTW we asked a barman to replace soda (as in the menu) with 7-up (wondering why everywhere in Egypt and Turkey soda is used for Mojito - not tasty at all). After that the barman has been doing Mojito for us with 7-up always w/o any clarifications. Others: on the beach bar light ambient music sounds, on the pool bar - dancing hits but in a calm arrangement (some reviewer complained about these music styles). As for me - a good choice for relaxing. On the pool usually 2-3 people are swimming (means - not cramped). Some day the a-la carte restaurant has been serving romantic dinner on the beach bar with candles. In the main building you can play pool and table tennis. The gym is not so big, but all equipment is new and treadmills present. There are several small shops inside, so you can buy cigarettes, a sunburn oil or Panthenol (if the sun burnt you up). Beaches are separated from the first line hotels with a pedestrian promenade (enjoy evening walks). Also, you can walk along beaches to the river where from a bridge you can gaze at turtles family (2 big and dozen little). Conclusion: excellent (at least for us), we have visited Turkey several times but only here we have had service corresponding to the price. Highly likely we will visit the hotel next year.

We have been staying week in beginning of May during lockdown so hotel was almost empty. It was nice to relax but services were too limited even it was low season. Rooms are clean, food is good but drinks are really average, cocktails are not good, red wine shouldn't be served. I was asking for an other options of wine but was informed that they have only one type. What I didn't liked is that even only lobby bar was open they turn off music at 21.30 like to invite guest to go to sleep. I was very tired after months of lockdown so I enjoyed lazy days and doing nothing but now I would not choose this hotel again. Too boring.

We’ve been here little more than a week and it was a pleasant stay. Hotels is nice and clean, with a calm atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and helpful, some waiters even speak 3 different languages (english, german and russian). Spa has a great sauna and massage, you should definitely try it. Also you can use gym anytime. AI service is good, they have different kinds of fish, meat and veggies. A lot of fruit and desserts as well. Btw, Lobby bar has the most delicious peanuts in my life :) Rooms are bright and clean, minibar and safe box are free of charge.
