I have just returned from this hotel, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and very well looked after. The food was lovely, the only thing I can fault is the drinks, as much as there was a cocktail menu and local spirits they weren’t the best, so much so we didn’t really drink as much as we would usually drink, even went to the shop and bought our own drinks. As it’s still early the entertainment was limited there wasn’t much going on around the pool during the day but evening entertainment was on and what was provided was good. We hired a car as it was cheaper to hire a car for a week than pay for a private transfer (apparently the one included in holiday price takes 2 hrs) private transfer was $100 return and takes 45mins but we hired a car for a week for $96 which allowed us to be able to visit more places like land of legends, green canyon and side. All in all a great holiday with 2 kids aged 10 and 14 they weren’t bored and ate everything they could

A lovely hotel well situated next to a large sandy beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. Rooms Clean but noisy bathroom fan and finishings were not 5 stars. Small balcony but pleasant. The provide hair dryer, slippers, there is a laundry and ironing service. Water in the fridge. Pools Large but on the cold side, didn't stop us though. Good slides. Food Breakfast omelette, fruit, eggs, toast plenty of choice. Lunch - the best food of the day at lyrika beach bar kebab, grilled fish, fresh pizza, lots of salads. Evening meal again plenty of choice. Staff are lovely but English is limited. Ali in the restaurant spoke English and helped us with an issue. Animation team are great, loved bowls on the beach, killer darts, karaoke, Mr show thanks to Omar and Mevlut. The hotel has lots of nationalities abd it was great to play the games all together. The area out sidetge hotel isn't great lots of shops but that's it. Recommend catching a bus to side for 1 euro to see the ancient ruins and wonder round the town and harbour.

We have been clients of Atlantis for years now and we always stayed at the original Hotel created by Sol Kerzner. This time we booked at the Royal the brand new iconic Hotel at Atlantis The Palm managed by a veteran of the Hospitality business Tom Roelens. We booked a family suite at the 37th floor ….just amazing . The view is breathless and the room …as well. Service outstanding everywhere from the hotel to the 13 restaurants, the beach and the water park. Well done Tom, you brought this hotel at a better level than Fourseasons but 10 fold bigger !!! I highly recommend either for families or couples, you will find everything you can dream of!
