Good enough hotel for the price. Rested here in early November 2020. First line, great view from the rooms on the beach side. Quiet place. Breakfast is included (standard Turkish: cheese, olives, egg, bread), you can agree on two meals a day, the food for dinner is very good + a glass of wine. Restaurant is on the beach with a good sea view. The room Cleaned normally. The guys at the reception are nice, they changed the rood without any problems on the room with a great view. There are minor flaws, but the price justifies. Thanks for the rest. See you again))

We loved it. Great service . nice people. Get you whatever you want. Rooms need a bit of TLC. No entertainment but that's all 5 minutes away. If you want a drink at 5 in the morning will open the bar for you.

This was our second visit we first visited in July, the music was a mixture of trance and house music the staff get you to up dancing, they are friendly and attentive the drinks are excellent and good value for money, would highly recommend a visit

This review is directed towards their seafront bar, which is part of the hotel and therefore, they have to bear some responsibility for the actions of their bar staff. I went in with a friend a few nights ago and ordered a Bacardi and coke. What they gave me was disgusting and undrinkable. I am 65 and have been drinking Bacardi for 40 years. I confronted the bar manager and he said it was Bacardi. I pointed out that I have been drinking Bacardi since long before he was born and asked him if he would like to come to my home and try my Bacardi. He then changed his tack and said that there was a different kinds of Bacardi. I pointed out there is only one. He now started to get a little upset with me. What he had probably actually done, since the Turkish do not manufacture a Rum, had given me a mix of white spirits. It used to be common practice in some of the more disreputable bars but doesn't happen that often now. I had to pay but left the drink and the price was extortionate. DON'T get caught by these people. If you want a Bacardi, ask them to bring the bottle and check the tamper proof top before they pour it. It is difficult to see just what they achieved by behaving like this, since I have now made it public knowledge.…

On arrival in the middle of the night the hotel was fully booked even though I had a booking. But they solved it nicely cause we got an apartment with pentry and a big terass as compensation. So I cannot review the hotel only their way to handle things.

Came here last year and enjoyed myself its like everyone says best night is Friday night as they have there Turkish night. Food is good and staff well what can i say about them they are all friendly and welcome, they just treat you like family and not as guest. Came here few months back in May was abIt quite but it was nice, also came here recently just for a drink, but again service was good. Highly recommend to people who will come to Side.

Had a stroll along the front and was annoyed by the attitude of front people at restaurants, the approach of Alex as the front man led us to back to the Goldenstar. The food and service were excellent and a bottle of white wine was provided complements of the restaurant. We were all well satisfied with our meals and I was very impressed by my choice of lamb shank. I would certainly give this restaurant a second visit.

Having read other reviews I was prepared for the Air Con up-sell that was offered. I took a print out of the booking that included in the bullet points that AC was a feature. I booked this hotel via alpha rooms, and got a very good deal. Breakfast was simple, but acceptable.

I was visiting many times in their restaurant, near to the beach. They have very nice sevice and good staff. Best night was always fridays when they have Turkish night. There comes bellydancer, staff making own show like dance, sexbomb etc It is fun. Food is very good and drinks too. Service works also well daytimes in the beach. Best thing is that frozen strawberry daiquiri. Location is good and evening the view very beautiful. You will enjoy your time there. Ask some speciality and they will do it to you.

Well me and my partner had went to this hotel beach bar several times during our 1 week holiday in turkey as we enjoyed the breakfast and hospitality off the staff ! Untill our last day we went for lunch we had already been made aware that it was very quiet ! And business was not good ! I ordered us a chicken pizza to share and when arriving it had blue fluff on it I kindly told the bar staff / waiter ! (Small top knot and goatee type ) in bright yellow football top seems to wear same all time ! To be told that I was not allowed a refund but had to change my food choice from the menu ! After the aggression and hustle and bustle of being called a liar and screamed at in my face I decided to just leave it my partner tryed to explain and got himself agitated to them be told from the waiter that him and his 15 friends who work at hotel would beat him up ! I was in sheer shock disgust etc !!! STAY AWAY SLIMEY MONEY GRABBING PPL ... I was really upset due to spending everyday in the restaurant or on the beach spending my cash that they were happy to take all in all I would avoid !!!! …
