I am generally satisfied, let me state this first. If we explain my experience to those who do research with positive and negative situations: - ETS employee did not call and was not interested. Normally this is not the case, I guess they left a child again. The hotel is a 3-star 5-star hotel, but to tell the truth, it cannot exceed 4. Employees Status: - Wish lady welcomes you at the entrance and I congratulate you very carefully about the virus. He is also very helpful. - Food and Beverage department, unfortunately, is not very positive, there are very few employees, so they do not pay much attention to the virus issue. They are extremely tired and cannot take care of the customers. About Eating and Drinking: Food is very small and medium quality. There is almost no variety. I don't know that part since we don't drink alcohol, but non-alcoholic ones are terribly bad. It tastes very different as if the tonic was added. Since the juice is powdered, it would be best not to drink it. Since the ice cream time is between 4: 00-4: 30, what logic does it fit to refuse that ice cream from a small child as a result of 1 child asking for ice cream outside the time interval since most of them missed it? You were going to give it between those hours anyway, can you tell what changed when it was 5? Beach and Sea - Pool and Garden: You may forget that you are on holiday because the beach is sooo far away. An area in the public beach belongs to you, but as the service is not working for 0 "zero" 30 minutes, the children are dehydrated, there is no WC anyway, the shower is very bad, there is a locker and a locker inside, hot water. Mr. Mehmet came, it was an awkward weekend, who does not know the number of his employee. Umbrellas stay in the small sun, you have to tug at all times. The sea water is warm, less salty and there are tiny fish in it. The sand is really nice, neither in Muğla nor in Izmir, so there is no such beach in the Aegean or the Black Sea. The pool is clean but I wish it was refreshed every morning. Rooms and Cleaning: Rooms pass a lot of noise. You are the voices of all outdoor workers and businesses. The sounds in the next rooms are very low, but you can even hear the rumors of the employees who dress or clean up outside and upstairs :) The cabinets should still work even when the electricity is cut off. Other Facilities and Suggestions: The show was nice even if it was an amateur. Although the bathhouse and its staff are separate from the hotel, there is a passage from inside, but I did not like it catastrophically. Employees work on a lot of trouble on the dollar, but there is no change in time or work, like comedy. In short, theological services are arranged for strangers, not for us. I'm sorry but I can't give 5 stars after that treatment of the little boy. Let the children stay on the beach for 30 minutes, keep the kids thirsty and see 1 ice cream a lot. Sorry, but this child does not even go to a small school, he needs to be treated accordingly. If you do not have enough staff, reduce your very simple managers to do, get staff to serve normally;)

It was first time in Turkey and I still can't forget this wonderful experience! The hotel was much better than we expected as we had read not very nice reviews. Our room was clean and we hadn't got issues with that during our stay. Absolutely satisfied with variety of food, only one thing - there should be titles near sauces, yogurts, because it's difficult to see what it is. Speaking about the staff, they were so helpful and friendly and we even played volleyball together. Well, can't find important drawbacks to say, we're so happy about everything we received from this place. Totally deserves 5*!

Sun club side is a nice place for those who like silence at night. We had a very guite area and it was perfect. The rooms are big enough for two people. Shower was also big enough. Food was fabulous. There was enough of everything. We liked it and the food tasted. All inclusive didn't include brandy what we have been used to. But beer, wine and Raki is also good enough.

Honest review: Don't be put off by the walk up; you look at what appears to be a dark alley and is not the most inviting and there is a security guard who is no the most helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed - bed was a bit hard - Try for a room away from the bar and pool area if you want a bit more room and some peace and quiet. The gardens through to reception are well maintained, and reception is very nice and airy with helpful staff. The Pool is good, if a little cold, and the slide will be adequate for most ages, as long they are able swimmers or capable using armbands and supervised. Sunbeds are limited though, not helped by Brits up at 5am to get them and buggering off for the day! Many activities were available; table tennis, boules, volleyball, water polo. You are not obliged to participate, and are not hassled if you don't want to. The restaurant is very nice, overlooking the pool and has a nice breeze flowing through it which is welcome. Food is good, can be a bit samey after 2 weeks, but it was always fresh and plentiful. Queuing is not something our continental brethren seem to do or like, so look out for that. DON'T accept the offer of the orange juice at your table, it is chargeable. The desserts were exceptional. Coffee and cake is good in the afternoon, and since there is no other snacks available is very welcome. Drinks are decent, although the bar staff a little surly - this it seems is not uncommon anywhere, must be a barman thing. Gin, Raki, Vodka, Draught beer, wine the usual thing for 3 star. Soft drinks all day, but Fanta was a bit too sweet for me. Some people complained that there was no bacon or "proper" sausages - get real people, this is a Muslim country so you WON'T get bacon, and as for sausages well I'm sure it won't ruin your week if you don't get a banger "like you get at home". Animation was poor though; VERY loud, and a poor choice of music-Roy Chubby Brown's version of Alice is not really family entertainment. Kiddies disco was good, and got them going though. The location is excellent, around 5 mins walk from the beach and 10 from the hotel's private beach (drinks not include here). Side front is long and flat, and there are many restaurants to try: RedStar Bar was brilliant by the way, great food and atmosphere and watch the sun go down :-) Side is about 20 minutes walk away, and is excellent. Marina and the ruins especially. BArgains if you get the haggling right, but slightly cheaper at the Manavgat market. Avoid paying the tour company for your excursions, as they are way cheaper (around 60%) from the locals operators. Turn right out of the hotel and use the guy at he end of the road - he was cheaper and if he wasn't would match the price of others. Particularly recommend the Manavgat falls and market boat trip, and the "pirate" boat trip also (take your own drinks, save a fortune on the boat. By the way, the Kingfisher bar is much vaunted by most - it's ok, the food is average. But ask this: why do you want an English bar - you're in another continent! Get out and see the other bars and restaurants! All in all, I'd recommend Side to anyone, don't be put off by bad reviews of this hotel either and enjoy your stay. 3 star, not 5 star you pay for what you get!
