The hotel is a bit outdated and not 5 star in our opinion. The rooms are outdated and there are small defects everywhere. The hotel is, as has often been written, 80% occupied by Russian guests, then a lot of Germans and a handful of Dutch. It was clean, we should definitely mention that.
Half of the staff is very friendly, the other half clearly doesn't feel like it. It was our very first time in Turkey and the very first time all inclusive. The drinks, except for the beer, are of inferior quality. The cocktails are very sweet and ready-made, the cola comes from a vending machine and sometimes tastes strange.
Unfortunately, towel laying is at 7:00 am. If you don't participate, you won't have a bed all day. There are tribes of people who easily occupy several beds and then only arrive at the pool in the afternoon and nothing is done about it.
The beach area is well cared for. There is someone walking around who will ensure that you get beach beds and you will be well supplied with drinks on your beach bed. The food was delicious, highly recommended and better than in the hotel itself. It is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is easy to do. You have to go up and down a hill, so if you have difficulty walking this is a bit inconvenient.
We traveled with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 15 and this is also the bad part: nothing is done for teenagers at all. There is water polo in the afternoons and you can play darts or shoot, but that is more for adults. In the evening there is a nice mini disco and afterwards a show that is not much. But nothing organized at all for teenagers, which was a shame and meant that we were away from the hotel for 2 days on an excursion.
All in all we had a great holiday. For us, the connecting room was fine, clean and equipped with everything. The hotel was also okay, not 5 stars, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Three of us flew, me and the children (9.12 years old) for 8 days/8 nights. The request was simple - a comfortable, clean beach and sea. The tour cost 115 thousand rubles. Excellent price-quality ratio. Everything was presented "according to the tickets purchased." Now a similar tour costs 100 thousand more and this, of course, is not worth it at all.
What we got was a compact, clean little hotel. And a comfortable clean beach. In terms of food - a lot of fast food and unhealthy snacks. Lots of all sorts of stews, gravy, etc. All this was tasteless to me. In addition to the main restaurant, food is served at the poolside snack bar and the beach snack bar. There is a feeling that there is a lot of food, varied, but in fact there is no choice. Alcoholic cocktails only interfere after dinner.
Lots of foreigners.
When choosing this hotel, do not delude yourself. Just don't choose it if the price offered is more than 60k per person for 8 nights.

The hotel is getting old and some of the rooms are unacceptable. When we arrived we were given a room that resembled a dark old hole. After complaining to the tour guide, we were able to look at 4 other rooms and then decide on one. Then the room was perfect for us (large, spacious and above all BRIGHT). I think the management is aware of the problem, which is why they are so accommodating.
The food and service are very, very good. They make every effort! There is something for everyone here.
The beach section can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is by far the most beautiful in the region due to the sloping sandy beach.
There are also a number of shops and bars within walking distance.
The dolmus to Side or Manavgat (10-20 minutes for 1€ per person) also leaves right outside the front door.
After the rude awakening on the first day, we were ultimately satisfied for the money.

However, we won't be coming back as there are nicer hotels in the immediate vicinity - especially as this one is apparently due to be completely renovated within the next 24 months - so no further investment will probably be made.

Okay good afternoon everyone!

Let's start with the negative:
- 90% of the hotel staff only speaks Turkish or German
- The beds are even harder than concrete and have been there for about 30 years, so there may not have been any soft ones then.
- The food really brings tears to your eyes. If you like to eat burgers, then you should definitely go here, because there is not much more choice of meat. If there are any burgers left over from the day before, you will certainly find them again the next day. Enjoy and enjoy. The desserts are still too sweet for the ants. And the chicken is even tougher than the sole of your shoe.
- Cocktails, these are very sweet B brands, and the real fresh cocktails, you have to pay extra for them, or really go to Mexico or Aruba or the Dominican. So if you have a toned body and you want to maintain it a bit, just drink water. (the juices in the vending machines are also just as sweet).
- Cleaning ladies, I'm glad I don't have one at home. Anyone can make a bed and be gone quickly.
- Rooms, they're not about anything. Haven't been renovated in 30 years. Door handles that fall off, wall boxes that you pull out of the wall. The shower goes from cold to warm and warm to cold.
- Swimming pool, there are 2. Too few beds in both. If you are an early bird, have your towel ready for about 5 hours, otherwise you will have nothing. They start preparing food on the BBQ at around 5 o'clock, meat and fish, which literally blows you off your lounger. Not just a blue sky anymore, the entire environment is blue.
- Beach, about 500 meters away. Own beach with water that is just as brown as in the Netherlands. So you don't have to go here for the blue sea water. Not even for a nice photo shoot, because there is no nice background.

They try to sell you a massage or photo shoot, if you don't want it then make it clear to them because they keep coming back. Just cockroaches.

We enjoyed ourselves because you always have to make the best of it. However, we will never return here again.

This text is long and perhaps a bit comical, but it is reality.

Greetings from a young couple.

When we arrived it looked as beautiful as the photos. When we got to the check In desk we was told that only 2 out of 4 of our rooms was available and the other two would be ready the next day, as they had overbooked! My daughter & her partner had to share a family room with her brothers who are also in their 20s. We was then told there was a late night buffet for guests who arrive late in the night, when we had walked down to the restaurant & we had found it was left over hot food that’s was now cold from dinner service which had not been covered and had flies buzzing around them. We had to leave the hotel to Find a restaurant so we could eat. Throughout our first full day we found that this hotel is not Intrested in English families and refuse to help with even the slightest request, I had asked if we could join two dinner tables together so my family would be together and was refused, seconds later a German family had asked for the same thing and the waiters in the restaurant done it for them instantly, we was all given paper place mats on our tables but the German and Russian families tables were Always fully dressed with everything waiting for them. As far a food it’s manageable but ends up being the same food throughout the whole week, we all preferred the 12:00 snack bar as the food was a lot better than the restaurant itself. If you would like a sun bed by the pool I would strongly advice you to be out of your rooms with your towels at 06:00am as your unable to get them if you leave it until later in the day even though we are all told we cannot reserve sun beds until 08:00am this applies for the private beach also. If your looking for cocktails your best to go out of the hotel as my family throughout the whole week had watched bartenders pour our half of the spirit bottles and top them back off with tap water, my son had pointed this out and told the barman he would like a fresh bottle opened as he didn’t want to drink the water from the taps, the barman then became extremely rude and refused to serve him, when this was brought up to the hotel manager who was normally quite polite and helpful he very rudely and abruptly shushed my son and waved him away. We then had noticed Germans and Russians who had asked for an alcoholic drink was being served from different alcohol bottles that were hidden out of sight from the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I certainly wouldn’t be returning.

My grandmother and a friend were resting 25.09-3.10.24. They're 83 years old. They paid for a special room from 24.09 so that upon arrival at the hotel at 9 am 25.09 local time they were immediately placed in the room. But something went wrong... terrible hotel staff. The grandmothers came to the reception, but they were told to wait until 2 p.m. to check in, as there are no rooms available. It was the first time we'd seen such a brazen and Zamish attitude. Weary their nerves, and after two hours of waiting, they checked into a room (the Anex Guide helped - thank you). So the impression of the hotel is immediately successful. The food's not good, the meat dishes are scarce. The beach is further than stated. To the beach as it turned out you go down the slide, and back up the mountain - for age people this option is not immediately suitable - although the description spelled everything differently.

Went in August for a week with my 2 children 14&10. First night we arrived around 3am, were told to wait to the man at reception as he wanted to show me the room as it was special, plenty of staff around but only he wanted to take me. Found this quite intimidating as a woman. After 20 minutes I had enough waiting and told him my kids were tired from travelling and I just wanted to get into the room. He threw my passports back at me and someone showed me to the room. No balcony, no window and air con that wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing! We slept as much as we could in trousers and jumpers! The toilet constantly ran all night very loudly. I went and was moved rooms in the moving, no one showed me the new room nor did they offer any help!

My kids enjoyed the pools and the location was good for us however I urge any English guests to not attend! We were constantly asked if we were Russian or Dutch and when we replied English they walked off. My son tried to join in a game of football and was told twice no English allowed! We couldn’t book the indoor pool or spa was they didn’t understand. Russian only excursion help too!

Food was okay, we aren’t fussy eaters though so was fine for us.

Cherry on the cake was me trying to check in for my flight a day before leaving and noticing someone has stabbed my passport with a pen and there is pen marks all over photograph on my passport!! We didn’t take pens with us and it’s a brand new passport. It was a blue pen, exactly the same colour as what they make me sign forms with when you arrive!! When I asked the reception about this they laughed in my face as said sorry no English don’t understand!!

Don’t waste your hard earned money going here.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel at most 3 stars as the hotel is very worn
Have stayed in several 5 star hotels in side and this does not come up in that class.
The staff is very poor at English, but otherwise helpful
The good thing about the hotel is the beach and the beach restaurant very good service and the man who looked after the sunbeds very helpful.
The rooms are worn and the beds rock hard, but the cleaning is excellent.
The restaurant has boring and monotonous food and it is difficult to order something from the waiters, as it is only open for a short time (2 hours) and a huge number of people have to eat.
Sunbeds by the pool are very few and usually taken already at 6 in the morning, even though there are notices in the elevators and at the pool that you may not put out towels before 8 o'clock.
At the poll bar and the beach bar, you got some paper cups and other plastic cups, the paper cups became very soft when you had drinks in them.
Maybe only serve in place cups.

Excellent hotel, everything is just wonderful, clean, fresh, tasty and tidy. Close to shops and the beach. The food on the beach and ice cream, tortillas, French fries, a lot of dishes are perfectly organized - it’s just some kind of paradise. Large hall, good internet. There are places to take a walk.

I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but it's boiling over. In order:
Holidayed in Turkey in 2024, from August 17-26, before this trip
There were 4 times in Turkey and it was the worst hotel we've ever been to, I'll tell you right away.
went to the "Five" in the middle price category, in hotels class "Deluxe" were not.
Hotel old, 2008, shabby, leaking plumbing, all dark as if
saved on electricity, pieces of other wallpaper were taped to the wallpaper in the room
(photo attached), the hotel does not match 5 stars at all.
We were brought to the hotel at 18.00, had to check in, because checking in hotels
from 14:00, we waited for about an hour, and then we weren't alone, saw people swearing and long
waiting to move in. Hotel Guide Rasul full of Inadequate, quarrelled with half our group,
tossed vouchers and said that anyone who didn't buy tours from him might not contact him and
He doesn't give a fuck...
By the pool, you have to occupy sunbeds before 8:00 a.m., after it's pointless.
The hotel is on line 3 a little uphill, there is no drive to the beach, the elderly will have a problem getting to and from the beach. The beach is very narrow and the sunbeds are bumped like a can, elbow to elbow, which is not very pleasant.(photo)
Alcohol: beer, wine full 0, you can drink cocktails in bars, which I strongly do not recommend, they are from Turkish drinks(vodka, whisky, gin)
The juices are so diluted with water, it's unpleasant to drink.
Food: of meat practically one chicken, fish and beef rarely and if you do not come to the opening of the restaurant, there may be a trivial shortage, also the situation with tables.
There is no restaurant "A la carte", although it says what there is.
