Half of the staff is very friendly, the other half clearly doesn't feel like it. It was our very first time in Turkey and the very first time all inclusive. The drinks, except for the beer, are of inferior quality. The cocktails are very sweet and ready-made, the cola comes from a vending machine and sometimes tastes strange.
Unfortunately, towel laying is at 7:00 am. If you don't participate, you won't have a bed all day. There are tribes of people who easily occupy several beds and then only arrive at the pool in the afternoon and nothing is done about it.
The beach area is well cared for. There is someone walking around who will ensure that you get beach beds and you will be well supplied with drinks on your beach bed. The food was delicious, highly recommended and better than in the hotel itself. It is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is easy to do. You have to go up and down a hill, so if you have difficulty walking this is a bit inconvenient.
We traveled with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 15 and this is also the bad part: nothing is done for teenagers at all. There is water polo in the afternoons and you can play darts or shoot, but that is more for adults. In the evening there is a nice mini disco and afterwards a show that is not much. But nothing organized at all for teenagers, which was a shame and meant that we were away from the hotel for 2 days on an excursion.
All in all we had a great holiday. For us, the connecting room was fine, clean and equipped with everything. The hotel was also okay, not 5 stars, but we enjoyed ourselves.

What we got was a compact, clean little hotel. And a comfortable clean beach. In terms of food - a lot of fast food and unhealthy snacks. Lots of all sorts of stews, gravy, etc. All this was tasteless to me. In addition to the main restaurant, food is served at the poolside snack bar and the beach snack bar. There is a feeling that there is a lot of food, varied, but in fact there is no choice. Alcoholic cocktails only interfere after dinner.
Lots of foreigners.
When choosing this hotel, do not delude yourself. Just don't choose it if the price offered is more than 60k per person for 8 nights.

The food and service are very, very good. They make every effort! There is something for everyone here.
The beach section can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is by far the most beautiful in the region due to the sloping sandy beach.
There are also a number of shops and bars within walking distance.
The dolmus to Side or Manavgat (10-20 minutes for 1€ per person) also leaves right outside the front door.
After the rude awakening on the first day, we were ultimately satisfied for the money.
However, we won't be coming back as there are nicer hotels in the immediate vicinity - especially as this one is apparently due to be completely renovated within the next 24 months - so no further investment will probably be made.

Let's start with the negative:
- 90% of the hotel staff only speaks Turkish or German
- The beds are even harder than concrete and have been there for about 30 years, so there may not have been any soft ones then.
- The food really brings tears to your eyes. If you like to eat burgers, then you should definitely go here, because there is not much more choice of meat. If there are any burgers left over from the day before, you will certainly find them again the next day. Enjoy and enjoy. The desserts are still too sweet for the ants. And the chicken is even tougher than the sole of your shoe.
- Cocktails, these are very sweet B brands, and the real fresh cocktails, you have to pay extra for them, or really go to Mexico or Aruba or the Dominican. So if you have a toned body and you want to maintain it a bit, just drink water. (the juices in the vending machines are also just as sweet).
- Cleaning ladies, I'm glad I don't have one at home. Anyone can make a bed and be gone quickly.
- Rooms, they're not about anything. Haven't been renovated in 30 years. Door handles that fall off, wall boxes that you pull out of the wall. The shower goes from cold to warm and warm to cold.
- Swimming pool, there are 2. Too few beds in both. If you are an early bird, have your towel ready for about 5 hours, otherwise you will have nothing. They start preparing food on the BBQ at around 5 o'clock, meat and fish, which literally blows you off your lounger. Not just a blue sky anymore, the entire environment is blue.
- Beach, about 500 meters away. Own beach with water that is just as brown as in the Netherlands. So you don't have to go here for the blue sea water. Not even for a nice photo shoot, because there is no nice background.
They try to sell you a massage or photo shoot, if you don't want it then make it clear to them because they keep coming back. Just cockroaches.
We enjoyed ourselves because you always have to make the best of it. However, we will never return here again.
This text is long and perhaps a bit comical, but it is reality.
Greetings from a young couple.

My kids enjoyed the pools and the location was good for us however I urge any English guests to not attend! We were constantly asked if we were Russian or Dutch and when we replied English they walked off. My son tried to join in a game of football and was told twice no English allowed! We couldn’t book the indoor pool or spa was they didn’t understand. Russian only excursion help too!
Food was okay, we aren’t fussy eaters though so was fine for us.
Cherry on the cake was me trying to check in for my flight a day before leaving and noticing someone has stabbed my passport with a pen and there is pen marks all over photograph on my passport!! We didn’t take pens with us and it’s a brand new passport. It was a blue pen, exactly the same colour as what they make me sign forms with when you arrive!! When I asked the reception about this they laughed in my face as said sorry no English don’t understand!!
Don’t waste your hard earned money going here.
Have stayed in several 5 star hotels in side and this does not come up in that class.
The staff is very poor at English, but otherwise helpful
The good thing about the hotel is the beach and the beach restaurant very good service and the man who looked after the sunbeds very helpful.
The rooms are worn and the beds rock hard, but the cleaning is excellent.
The restaurant has boring and monotonous food and it is difficult to order something from the waiters, as it is only open for a short time (2 hours) and a huge number of people have to eat.
Sunbeds by the pool are very few and usually taken already at 6 in the morning, even though there are notices in the elevators and at the pool that you may not put out towels before 8 o'clock.
At the poll bar and the beach bar, you got some paper cups and other plastic cups, the paper cups became very soft when you had drinks in them.
Maybe only serve in place cups.

Holidayed in Turkey in 2024, from August 17-26, before this trip
There were 4 times in Turkey and it was the worst hotel we've ever been to, I'll tell you right away.
went to the "Five" in the middle price category, in hotels class "Deluxe" were not.
Hotel old, 2008, shabby, leaking plumbing, all dark as if
saved on electricity, pieces of other wallpaper were taped to the wallpaper in the room
(photo attached), the hotel does not match 5 stars at all.
We were brought to the hotel at 18.00, had to check in, because checking in hotels
from 14:00, we waited for about an hour, and then we weren't alone, saw people swearing and long
waiting to move in. Hotel Guide Rasul full of Inadequate, quarrelled with half our group,
tossed vouchers and said that anyone who didn't buy tours from him might not contact him and
He doesn't give a fuck...
By the pool, you have to occupy sunbeds before 8:00 a.m., after it's pointless.
The hotel is on line 3 a little uphill, there is no drive to the beach, the elderly will have a problem getting to and from the beach. The beach is very narrow and the sunbeds are bumped like a can, elbow to elbow, which is not very pleasant.(photo)
Alcohol: beer, wine full 0, you can drink cocktails in bars, which I strongly do not recommend, they are from Turkish drinks(vodka, whisky, gin)
The juices are so diluted with water, it's unpleasant to drink.
Food: of meat practically one chicken, fish and beef rarely and if you do not come to the opening of the restaurant, there may be a trivial shortage, also the situation with tables.
There is no restaurant "A la carte", although it says what there is.
