This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. All inclusive the food was terrible no choice no taste the only thing which was ok melon after lunch and dinner. The public areas lacked a good clean never saw anyone clean the floor at pool side or sweep the patio area. Stairs leading to rooms dirty most lights didn't work on the landings so walking on stairs and landings in the dark. Staff on reception not helpful and the rest were only teenagers with a lack sure attitude to what they were doing. Very poor choice of drinks no snacks available only cake which was ok for the birds. The advertising information was misleading and the photographs must have been from when the hotel opened. My wife and I ending up by eating out most nights spent very little time at the hotel just somewhere to sleep and shower. Please read as many reviews as possible but don't go you will be disappointed…

Lovelly smal hotel, very clean and comfortable. Beutifil views from the window, and balcony, oir room was on the 4th floor. Three pools for adults,children (with slides) and babies. Food was various every day,not so many choices but very tasty and fresh made (we had one of the nighs proper Turkish kebab for serving) very lovely! Pancakes,fried vegetables, sausages,omelets for breakfast every day different choice ,enjoyed surprise every morning! The drinks from all inclusive vodka,beer,whisky, gin,unfortunately one night red wine finished but another day we had a refill again :-) The beach is 15 min ride on a hotels bus but bus goes two time in the morning and picks you up two times in the afternoon ,very handy if you want to have couple of drinks on the beach (beer 4eur). Full service (barmen brings to your table :-) ) Shops around foe clothing,souvenirs and food with drinks,very comfortable for quick shopping before you leave. Hotel nightmare!! This hotel is awful! No evening/daytime entertainment at all, was meant to be a children’s playroom/games room which was out of use and being used for members of staff to sleep in! Hotel was filthy mould everywhere in the rooms and sun longes was mouldy & most of them broken! No fridge handle on the fridge in our rooms,balcony door was broken which is a health & safety issue, food had green mould on and when we raised the concern to memebers of staff we was told your English so just eat it! Food was beyond disgusting unless you like cold reused food and sweetcorn mixed with ketchup. No kettle in your rooms and wasn’t allowed to take drinks up to your room. No alcohol drinks with your meals and No cocktails included in your all inclusive package, we was lead to believe there was a children’s mini club from 10am till 12 then again at 2pm till 8pm this was all a lie and when we asked the manager of the hotel he told us they have never had this which is a lie as they advertised that they did have this, there was no snacks during the day only a slice of cake at 4pm which was always rock hard and covered in mould. I would avoid this hotel!!! The manager and managers son of this hotel was awful very nasty people that man handled there customers which resulted in me and my 3 children witnessing them man handle a lady that was staying at the hotel resulting in her ending up with a broken ankle and toe! My children was really looking forward to this holiday which we had planned for months what was meant to be a fun family holiday turned out to be 14days of hell. …

3 stars is 2.5 stars to many and that’s being kind! Food is awful, one section as you walk in is yesterdays left overs made into some kind of curry/stew/slop, you even get yesterdays left over chips straight from the fridge for lunch, yum yum!!!! Then you have the same 3 meals on repeat. Pool is filthy black scum ring around the water line. Cat’s begging for food. Cat poo left for days in the kids sand pit, kids area all broken and physically hurts and cuts the kids. All inclusive finishes at 22.00 and you are limited to 2 drinks per person per visit to the bar. Reception staff rude and physically manhandling children. Not allowed food/drink in the room. Very dirty around the pool area spilled drinks don’t get cleaned up. In two weeks the only entertainment we saw was a clown for 40mins who got very funny with you if you didn’t tip him but also charged to do a ballon for your child. A lovely aroma of cat urine is in the air (romantic if you ask me). Tip boxes everywhere you even get asked for tips by the manager. Slides at only open twice a day for 1 hour. No kids club, snack is a piece of mouldy cake and what’s not eaten today will be tomorrow. When the mouldy cake was shown to the hotel it was met with “delicious” and a laugh. If it is possible I’d be happy to supply pictures to anyone. This list could go on but I’m running out of time, if your stupid enough to book after reading this then that’s on you. Just be warned take loads of spending money as you will need it for eating out every night but stay away from chian the one behind the hotel as they also own that and the same chefs work their and share a kitchen with the hotel. Also the drinking water is filled up from the tap. Best advice is to ignore the price and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!…

False advertisement from on the beach….. No kids slide in baby pool No kids club No snacks No tea/coffee facilities in room No mini bar in room Cat poo in kids sand pit Broken see saw and swings in the park. Food was awful. Pestered for massage every day. Dirty corridors. Definitely shouldn’t be a 3 star.

We have been lucky to already have had 2 holidays this year so this was a last minute cheapy holiday for us and we only paid £400 each for the week all in. The hotel is a very basic 3 star with basic dining. The staff were great and made the most of what they had to deal with. We had a family room which had a separate double bedroom (no air con in this room) and two singles in the main room. Air con was very good. Safe used a key and it was €2 a day. We read the reviews before booking so knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star Barcelo, but the hotel was fine for what we needed it for. Crowne Pub over the road was great. This was our 1st visit to Side and we found it to be beautiful. Food and drink were surprisingly expensive in the resort (£3-£5 a pint, £11+ for a main course) but the clothing was of fantastic quality and well priced (you can always haggle!) We used Windmill Transfers to/from the airport which was £80 return payable in cash on arrival and we were transferred in luxury vehicles with TV. I would thoroughly recommend them.…

This hotel definitely does not live up to its standards and me, my friend and my father were totally gobsmacked, the food, the hygiene and everything.. if you like looking at cat poop and the smell of cat pee when your walking around the hotel, the pool and restaurant then this hotel will be spot on for you-!! They served cake that had mould on it when approached staff about it they shrugged their shoulders and carried on letting people eat it disgusting-!! If your planning on taking children there will not be any clubs for them, the park is all broken and unsafe and the water slides are barely even turned on either

rooms very clean....towels and bedding canged regularly.....food was very good for 3 stars...traditional turkish dishes.......chips nuggets and burger type things for kids....nothing labelled but you are in turkey......try different things....staff very friendly if you treat them as people and not your servant ...good holiday and would go back

Cheap as chips! So expected cold chips,oh and mash,was not disappointed. The carrot 3 ways was a delicacy. The 4am Cockerell call was a bit much,followed buy the 5,45 every morning preys over a loud speaker were a bit much. But did not expect much and was better then expected and would go again.

First of all I will give 5 stars for cleanliness. I have visited many countries, but as here I have not seen, the room was cleaned every day. Very good this. The apartment was very clean, with fridge, TV, wifi and air together. I was disappointed because there is no kettle, no cups, no coffee, no tea in the room. Very very bad food. I stayed there for a week, but I ate more in town, even though I paid for all inclusive. Very pleasant staff, great people. Another problem for which I will give 1 star, I used their laundry service, and they ruined all my clothes. They put my white clothes in the wash with their pink cloths that they use for cleaning and washing the floor. All my white clothes turned Pink Of course... The location has potential but they still need to work on the food. Very disappointed with this all inclusive.…
