Stayed late Sept, early Oct for 12 nights. Easy to check in/out. Arrived before midnight - 2 water bottles in fridge. Nothing more. But beer and snacks were available to buy from reception. Floor in the room was dirty, but cleaned next day on request. We let them know there is water leaking from shower and toilet, but that was left as it is for all our stay. No rubbish bin in the room. Also towels and bedding had some stains and marks on, but all was washed and clean, so didn't matter for us. No wifi in our room 3rd floor, or in coridors, but it worked fine downstairs. Food was served by staff as you ask. No signage of food (ingredients) so hardly to know what you gonna end up in your plate, however staff couldn't help either as their language skills was very low. Breakfast had same products every day, very basic (some weird sausages, chips and salads). Omletes and fried eggs, pancakes freshly made (tasty), outside near the pool bar. So i went for them, some salads, cheese and bread every day. Lunch and dinner was pretty good, but many days end up with nuggets, onion rings or other processed food. Most of the days same deserts. But a bit of everything and we get more than full. Also on coffee/snack time just 1 type of sponge cake and few cookies every day. If you want to get full range you have to be early, sometimes, hour later was minimal choice-not everything topped up. Drinks what u can have at bar was beer, vodka, gin and raki, all that you can mix up with some cola or lemonade. No other chance. Of course juice, coffee, tea, water, sometimes soda water available. No bottled drinks (water) for free. Found out coffee cups sometimes dirty, had still lipstick on from previous even all washed. Bar was open from 10:00-23:30, at 23:30 you still could take few drinks and keep enjoying evening near the bar. Drinks in glasses, food on plates not allowed to bring in rooms (signage in Russian and German language) so receptionist stop us with a drink and was showing on the sign what we had no clue is saying. I loved Turkish night (on Wednesdays). The only entertainment evening thru the all stay. Had delicious grilled, meat and nice desserts on that evening. Also enjoyed the entertaining and fun. Information post about it was written just in German and Russian language on the door, as well as many other signs. Big and clean swimming pool, however, no pool towels at all, not even on deposit. So have to buy in MKT or ask for extra shower towel. Pool opens in early morning, but closes 18:00. At 16:30 there was no more sunshine near the pool anyways. Beach bar has no free alcohol, just water etc. Also on first day at certain time had nothing there, filled our cup with tap water at the bar 🤦🏼♀️ not sure about snacks/snack time (receptionist told have to pay for them there). All sunbeds in shadow, beds with mattresses €8 per day. Beach was nice and pretty clean, but rubbish left by others not daily picked up. Shuttle available to use in certain times to beach and back. By walk about 10-15 min, nearly 1km. Shower and wc available. Smoking allowed on balconies, next to the pool, dining tables and beach. Big markets and shops near the hotel, cash machines (also can do exchange in hotel), restaurants. Altogether, i enjoyed the the stay. Staff sorted all problems despite language barriers (most hardly speaking any other language than their native). Quick and comfortable used translating on mobile phones. Guys working at the bar were super helpful, friendly and become a good friends. All the time had joy and fun with them. Big thank you to them and good luck. Manager (possibly owner) was polite and interested to make all good, coming out and socialising with guests. First night and day was a bit letting us down, but later we even didn't want to leave and felt sad to do so. The best thing was swimming pool, distance to the beach and local shops, markets, and hard working staff who made the stay more than enjoyable. All good for the price we payed.…
