We were in this hotel in July, a family of 2+2. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no family room for us and they separated us into two rooms. On the second day in the afternoon we were given a family room. The hotel is quite old but fairly clean. Rooms cleaned daily. The pool is sufficient but I have never seen it cleaned, it was always muddy underfoot. Now about the food, the kitchen is the hotel's weakest point, it's horrible . There is no choice, we were not hungry but we ate the same every day. The children were hungry, there is nothing for the children. The food was cold. Plates and cutlery were dirty everyday. The only plus of this hotel are the boys from the service and bartenders. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will never come to this hotel again.

Very disappointed. But we made the most of a bad situation. Food was ok but not much variation. Rooms small and a little outdated , the pool is too small for the amount of people and if there was enough beds there was nowhere to put them. Staff were friendly but struggled to understand us, we were the only British in the hotel full of Germans ( who were very rude and unfriendly) and Dutch. We have been to turkey a number of times and side was one of our favourite places but I definitely won't visit side again and probably not Turkey now at all .

Hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant, BUT, the food was the same every day and extremely cold, even the 'hot' meals. Lunch and dinner basically the same and was very boring. 5 cats roaming around the tables while you eat at every meal!! Not my idea of hygiene. No pool towels, luckily I took my own, as did my family. To me this definitely was not even a 3*hotel. Entertainment only I night a week and that was the same show! Love Turkey especially Side, but would definitely not go back to this back street hotel again

Stayed late Sept, early Oct for 12 nights. Easy to check in/out. Arrived before midnight - 2 water bottles in fridge. Nothing more. But beer and snacks were available to buy from reception. Floor in the room was dirty, but cleaned next day on request. We let them know there is water leaking from shower and toilet, but that was left as it is for all our stay. No rubbish bin in the room. Also towels and bedding had some stains and marks on, but all was washed and clean, so didn't matter for us. No wifi in our room 3rd floor, or in coridors, but it worked fine downstairs. Food was served by staff as you ask. No signage of food (ingredients) so hardly to know what you gonna end up in your plate, however staff couldn't help either as their language skills was very low. Breakfast had same products every day, very basic (some weird sausages, chips and salads). Omletes and fried eggs, pancakes freshly made (tasty), outside near the pool bar. So i went for them, some salads, cheese and bread every day. Lunch and dinner was pretty good, but many days end up with nuggets, onion rings or other processed food. Most of the days same deserts. But a bit of everything and we get more than full. Also on coffee/snack time just 1 type of sponge cake and few cookies every day. If you want to get full range you have to be early, sometimes, hour later was minimal choice-not everything topped up. Drinks what u can have at bar was beer, vodka, gin and raki, all that you can mix up with some cola or lemonade. No other chance. Of course juice, coffee, tea, water, sometimes soda water available. No bottled drinks (water) for free. Found out coffee cups sometimes dirty, had still lipstick on from previous even all washed. Bar was open from 10:00-23:30, at 23:30 you still could take few drinks and keep enjoying evening near the bar. Drinks in glasses, food on plates not allowed to bring in rooms (signage in Russian and German language) so receptionist stop us with a drink and was showing on the sign what we had no clue is saying. I loved Turkish night (on Wednesdays). The only entertainment evening thru the all stay. Had delicious grilled, meat and nice desserts on that evening. Also enjoyed the entertaining and fun. Information post about it was written just in German and Russian language on the door, as well as many other signs. Big and clean swimming pool, however, no pool towels at all, not even on deposit. So have to buy in MKT or ask for extra shower towel. Pool opens in early morning, but closes 18:00. At 16:30 there was no more sunshine near the pool anyways. Beach bar has no free alcohol, just water etc. Also on first day at certain time had nothing there, filled our cup with tap water at the bar 🤦🏼‍♀️ not sure about snacks/snack time (receptionist told have to pay for them there). All sunbeds in shadow, beds with mattresses €8 per day. Beach was nice and pretty clean, but rubbish left by others not daily picked up. Shuttle available to use in certain times to beach and back. By walk about 10-15 min, nearly 1km. Shower and wc available. Smoking allowed on balconies, next to the pool, dining tables and beach. Big markets and shops near the hotel, cash machines (also can do exchange in hotel), restaurants. Altogether, i enjoyed the the stay. Staff sorted all problems despite language barriers (most hardly speaking any other language than their native). Quick and comfortable used translating on mobile phones. Guys working at the bar were super helpful, friendly and become a good friends. All the time had joy and fun with them. Big thank you to them and good luck. Manager (possibly owner) was polite and interested to make all good, coming out and socialising with guests. First night and day was a bit letting us down, but later we even didn't want to leave and felt sad to do so. The best thing was swimming pool, distance to the beach and local shops, markets, and hard working staff who made the stay more than enjoyable. All good for the price we payed.

Our holiday had to be changed last minute due to Covid and this was the hotel that was recommended. everyone working at the hotel is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean, the cleaner comes round every day and changes the bed sheets, cleans and changes your towel. The food has been amazing all week, all nice fresh Turkish food. The all inclusive bar runs upto 23.30. The beach is probably about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, or the hotel provide a free shuttle. There are sun loungers and a bar at the beach for Helios customers, you have to pay extra for food and alcohol. The massage and bath service was amazing and dirt cheap so if you visit check them out. The entertainment was very limited but I think this is down to Covid. Theres shops and gift shops within walking distance of the hotel as well as some restaurants. Last of all the staff in this hotel are amazing and make you feel very welcome, they really do go out their way to make your visit is enjoyable. Im sure we'll be visiting again

I stayed at this hotel with my partner in June for a week all inclusive. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cocktail which was lovely and shown to our room. The rooms are basic but big and clean. The towels are changed daily and the rooms are clean ed everyday The pool are is clean and enough sun loungers around for people to lay and sunbathe. The food was lovely, different options each day, in the evening they had bbq food outside which was nice.. always different options to choose from. The hotel is pretty quiet but did have a live acoustic singer on Friday which was great. The beach is around a 15 min walk, or you can take a bus provided there and back to the beach The beach restraunt also has nice food and the sitting area with the sun loungers and beds are perfect for relaxing There are a lot of water sports on the beach to keep you entertained and other local restraints bars near by The hotel was in a good location for going on trips, I would recommend quad biking and rafting for anyone who enjoys being active. Also did the dolphin island cruise which is great for taking in the views and chilling. Overal a lovely holiday the staff constantly have a smile on their face and are refilling your drinks which you wouldn't usually get from a 3 star hotel. Thanks for a great stay

The hotel could be quite ok, but: - the beach is on 15-17 minutes distance (service to the beach is available, but schedule was not suitable for us); the way to the beach goes through the small backstreets - wifi only in the lobby and not fast (when several devises connected, it doesn't work at all) - room service like cleaning or fresh towels - only upon request; even the waste was taken out only 1 time within 10 days of our staying - the shower in our room didn't work properly

We booked last minute to this  hotel. (In Aug 2016) All inclusive is not really all-in. On the beach you just have to pay  for your drinks. Moreover, a beer more expensive than in Europe. The price class does not really match. Rooms sense it clean, food is good. Pool is not deep and is very fast close. Not any animations, no party no fun. It is far from the beach. It is a hotel for the local population which also goes into the pool with burkinis. Staf deficit, it shows the time to eat. It's more self-service hotel but only for the big prize. we will definitely not return.

reservation was a hotel room but got placed in an apartment instead. apartment was moldy. second day after complaining 3 times we got placed in our hotel room which was more like a 1 star standard even though they say the hotel is three stars. if you have any children, do not bring them to this hotel. normally there is loud music playing everynight down at the pool area. it is soooo loud that the sound comes through the windows and the walls. so it will surely be hard for you to get sleep at night at all. you can forget the standard daily room cleaning also. the housekeepers will come in, fold somethings, sweep a little, and leave. notice i did not mention fresh towels or sheets! FOOD, WAS TERRIBLE. the breakfast was awful! stay away from the little sausages they serve!they come out of a can and will serve them to you everyday. we were eating lunch only to find that the white cheese served was spoiled. we told the staff about it. the waiter told us that they got the cheese in that morning. with an optimistic outlook we thought that the cheese would have been disposed of. but no!!!! they served it again!!!! everyday the same lunch and dinner items was served. you will always get some kind of chicken or turkey. the the left over scrap meat from the day prior dinners were reused in various cold side dishes. the food was always served cold. the hotels location from the beach was far from what was decribed. there are many hotels that have alot better standards for a small amount of money that are actually close to the beach. this hotel is a 15 minute walk from the beach. we almost got a room at another hotel at an extra cost to get away from helios. but to our bad luck the other hotels we viewed and liked were all booked up. hmmmm i wonder why?? could it be because they have standards???
