We just returned from a really good week in the hotel. Don't understand these complaining reviews below.

The hotel is relatively small and located only a few steps from the beach and promenade.

We were given a room with a view on the "entrance" way and neighboring Hotel Side Star Park.

Guests are mixed crowd, Russians, Germans, Dutch, Poles etc.

Standard room was rather small (especially bathroom), but neatly furnished, was missing a stand to dry off wet clothes on the balcony
Rooms were cleaned everyday
Helpful and quick staff, even if not English speaking (electrician showed up within minutes to fix air-conditioning, used phone translator to communicate)
Two pools (excluding the almost unused 3rd one near canteen), but you need to have some luck to get a sunbed
Food was decent, usually the same everyday, great desserts and fruits, queue if you don't show up on time, beer and wines were ok
Nice sandy beach with dedicated area for the hotel guests, 5 minutes walk from the hotel building

Noisy animations and events in the opposite hotel, but hey, it's vacation

All in all, a decent stay for a very adequate price. Verrrry hot wheather in August.

Note 4+.

I stayed in july 2021, staff doesn't speak nothimg than turkish. Food is average. room are not very clean. Unfortunately, the most unpleaseant impression is the beach and the man who takes care od beds and umbrellas, You can't find it in 7 o'clock in the morning becouse the man reserved everything for people who pay him money, although in our price everythung was included.
No recomendation for this hotel.

My Wife & Mother-in-law had their first holiday together at this hotel, only one other English family present mainly rude Russian people, the food was terrible & did not cater for English people.
Brussels Sprouts & chips was a weird combination offered for breakfast! (I’m a vegetarian)
Only food for vegetarians was chips once a week for dinner & tea, plus an uninviting salad bar. There was also a lot of flies around the food.
The only good thing was the bartender in reception whose name was Oguzhan Popal, who was very helpful & made a good impression & tried to speak English to welcome us & nothing was too much trouble & always had a smile on his face. 10/10 for his welcome & for going above & beyond.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel.having read the reviews after we arrived and having our first encounter with the rude reception staff i began to regret having not checked them first. My first thought was surely it couldn't be that bad but the next 10 days would prove the previous reviews were justified.the initial room was tiny and opposite a noisey hotel.eventually we got moved but only after having to pay an extra 16 euros a day.even this room which was a family room was small with only air conditioning in the bedroom, be aware if you come as a family.
The food is extremely poor probably the worst I've ever encountered unless you like salad and cake.food hygiene isn't high on the agenda and food allergies clearly haven't reached the hotel yet.the chefs at breakfast would mix all types of ingredients into the same omelette bowl .
We have ended having to eat out every night .
The hotel clearly doesn't value British guests, and I saw first hand reception staff send away a British couple to check in at 2 pm for them to then check in a German couple who had just arrived .most staff seem to speak German or Russian but very few speak English. Google translator came in useful.
Having travelled all over the world and stayed in many all inclusive resorts I have to say this is the worst by far.
The rooms though cleaned every day wasn't great, sheets and towels were only changed once in 10 days and the bathroom which is terrible was never cleaned see photo.
I'm amazed large travel companies still place British holiday makers here the complaints they must receive will be huge.

Having asked to speak with the manager on a number of occasions I was told they were busy.

On our last day I attempted to get a late check out and even offered to pay .all efforts were refused saying the hotel was full and our room was needed .surprisingly checking websites there were plenty of rooms free .I pointed this out to staff but they still refused .

Finally If you are a none smoker you will struggle here.no set areas and you can be surrounded by people smoking as you try relax and eat. Disgusting

Before our trip, after reading the reviews I was so close to changing hotels. The reviews really don’t give it justice. When me and my cousin arrived at the hotel, the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The staff member took our cases to the room, he shown us around and what was needed to do. Throughout our stay the hotel was kept to good cleanliness, the food was lovely with a different range available. Any questions that we had they were answered. The location was ideal, there’s shops about 2 minutes down the road and the beach is approximately 5 minutes away. When down by the pool staff members regularly check to see if there’s any cups that need removing and if you want anymore more drinks. Theres a restaurant by the pool. There was entertainment every evening. There’s three pools. We will definitely be returning, we enjoyed our stay

If your English go elsewhere, we booked twin room with disabled bathroom and we git a family room with no disabled bathroom. We asked the next day if we could have the room we were paying for we were told hotel full however that day we witnessed the man from reception tell German guests they could choose what empty room they wanted. Goes to the dining area to queue up for dinner I get pushed into a wall by a German man to which a manager witnessed he did say something to the man who was not bothered what he had done and the fact he had hurt me (I am disabled) after this I refused to eat in the hotel.
Pool constantly freezing cold, not enough sunbeds.
Facilities in the rooms described on website are not there. Same entertainment every week different nights . most of the staff were friendly however the guy on the reception from 4pm onwards very abrupt to us English any help required from him is a great big fat zero.

We stopped here in June 23, never again. The staff are rude and clearly do not like the English. Our room was in the attic and we had to stoop to move around the room, my husband nearly knocked himself out one morning as he forgot the beams where there and bashed his head on one of them. The food is absolutely disgusting, the same every day and barely warm. They advertise a mini bar in your room which consisted of one bottle of water a day and nothing else. The fridge was warm so we complained they said they were all like that! The outside towel rail kept falling off and the glass balcony was cracked. The bathroom fittings kept falling off the wall and you couldn’t lean on the sink as it wasn’t attached to the wall. The Wi-Fi is shocking and only available in the lobby and it isn’t that good there! The last 2 nights we experienced power outage for hours at a time leaving the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was hardly any entertainment and what little entertainment there was wasn’t up to much. If you want a fizzy drink before 10am you have to pay for it. The alcohol is limited and not very nice they didn’t even want to give us ice with our drinks we practically had to beg for it! There is absolutely nothing for children to do and definitely nothing for them to eat. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more money and stopping somewhere else.

Very factual and objective assessment of Mrs. Beata from 13.10.2022. We were guests of the hotel on October 5-12, 2022. I can see that some are lucky because we, like most guests from Poland and Russia, are accommodated for one or two first nights in the shabby Sunkiss Otel motel. Upon arrival , the tourist finds out that the hotel is full and has to go to another place . So the first night we spent on suitcases in a dingy dump. The next day, tourists wait until noon for the right room. Later a lottery, we got a room in the attic with a slant across the room. A person over 155 cm tall cannot pass by the bed without bending down. I advise against staying in this hotel.

Room

Arrived at 3 am in the morning and was greeted by a friendly lad, who helped us to our room. It was too dark, and we were too tired to do anything but climb into bed.. to only be awoken by the sun streaming through the very ill-fitting curtains. Total waste of fabric and 2 huge generators outside our room. The room was tiny.. had 4 hangers and only hanging space in it. 2 tiny side tables were you could store a few pairs of undies and socks. The other half had to keep most of his stuff in a suitcase.. as you we literally had no where to put stuff. The hotel at the front of the hotel is really.. really noisy and after 2 nights of listening to the banging music and flashing lights into our room.. we asked to move. This didn't go down well and the staff were no help whatsoever.. saying they had no rooms.we ended up paying to upgrade and get a pool side
room away from the noise ( still could hear it but nowhere near the same level)
P.s.. our upgrade was to a family room but there was only aircon in the main bedroom.. the family room was boiling.. didn't effect us as was just us two.. but I'd hate to have had kids with us.. and again.. not a lot of storage

Food

Breakfast .. awful choice of salad .. cheese.. chips .. brocolli ( kid you not). There is a toasties machine but no toaster. You can have omelette outside and limited fruit. By lunchtime.. we stopped bothering and just had a snack at the pool bar.. again.. not great. Dinner we tried once but after queuing for ages to get in the door and to the rubbish food.. and then find a table.. we decided we would just eat out.

Pools/sunbed/more drama.

So there are 3 pools.. the kids one gets sun early..9ish.. towels are all out by 7/8am and in shadow really early afternoon.
Middle pool.. this doesn't get any sun on the beds till 11am.. and the one side is in shade till 1pm and the beds are all squished really close together with no way of moving your bed into a different position.. or away from strangers you practically touching shoulders with.
There is a little balcony up on top of the main resturant.. but nobody swims in it until all the diners have gone.. so it's really hot and you can't just dip when you want..
There should be more sunbeds.. defo not enought ..

I've never been put off by people's trip adviser posts saying things like hardly any brits or.. people don't speak English.. I'd have said.. that's what I want.. more culture, but.. and as this is our 3rd time of coming to Turkey.. I've never felt so uncomfortable and aware of how different nationalities are treated differently.. always blended in but for the first time ever at 54.. I've felt that being in this hotel and being british.. Isn't good..
