The hotel is within walking distance of the main historical sights and short walk to the beach, location is the great for walkers. The rooms are not modern one, but clean and cozy.
Great choice if you want a relaxing holiday.
Mira, Serbia
The downside was the food, which may be because we were from the UK and everyone else were from places like Polond, Russia, Germany, Netherlands.
Sprouts and broccoli for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Turkey nearly every day. Salad with added fly protien for breakfast. Chips for breakfast. Some folk struggled to put anything on the plate, like myself. Turkish night was awesome with chicken kebab, and one lunch was burgers. Kids were not catered for at all.
Service at the bar, we had to wait for cleaning to finish before we were acknowledge and served, I don't mind waiting but don't ignore me.
In short, food and bar service could definitely improve.
The proximity to the city center with attractions makes it possible to stroll along the embankment in the evenings and admire sunsets, beautiful views, and ancient ruins. There is a historical museum nearby, which is also an interesting place.
We are pleased with our vacation, and the hotel played an important role in this.
There is no animation in the hotel, there is nothing to do with children, the main contingent is elderly Europeans. If this does not scare you, then the hotel is suitable for you. I do not recommend the hotel to couples with young children and party-goers.
It's a ten minute walk to the beach along pretty streets. The beach on the stone embankment directly under the ancient Greek fortress wall is quite cramped, but somehow we fit in quite well. Descent to the sea along the bridge. The hotel has a remote beach - it is spacious, but boring there. We went once and that was enough.
In general, it’s okay to rest.
I would add the salary to the girl Aitam and the chef.
Food is excellent (especially cookies and cakes), I only wish that they could change the breakfast a little bit, because its always the same.
Everything else was very, very goooood. Hope we'll come back again!
See you soon again Side Sunberk ☺️
