The hotel/resort are located directly on private beach in a large hotel/resort area, however not in walking disstance from shops and restaurants, except for a few ones close to the hotel. Hotel offer a large number of free services/entertainment for both adults and kids. Rooms differ a lot, from large rooms with large balcony to small rooms with small balcony and many are bad located . We mananged to get one of the big rooms with a large corner bancony, so if possible don't go for a standard room, but a level or two up. The service level was very high all over hotel included room maids service. Food ok, bars ok

Nice holiday: Turkey, Side, hotel Sandy Beach We visited this hotel at the beginning of September for a week. Through the fact, that it is an older hotel (comparing with that newly built), we were surprised by high level of care of clients. Especially staff, room cleaning and meals services (all inclusive) were excellent. Private beach and swimming pool offered enough deck-chairs and clear water. Majority of guests were Germans. Only evening animation programs were a bit poor. There is also good possibility for visiting interesting rests of the ancient Side or other excursions. We can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is four star rated but it didn't feel as four stars. The rooms were quite basic and the aircon unit placed outside of the room (over the balcony) was very noisy. Therefore, it was impossible to have the balcony door open. Also, the aircon was very difficult to control and so ended up either being freezing cold or boiling hot. The food was OK. The reception staff could barely speak English so sometimes it was difficult to communicate. As for the beach, the sun umbrellas and sun beds were owned by the hotel so it was nice that one didn't have to pay (unlike in Spain). I would not be coming back to this hotel as I believe it is overpriced for what it has to offer.
