I stayed at the Bosphorus Sorgun Side Hotel from 10.10.22. I arrived at 7.00 in the morning, filled in the address cards and the person at the reception explained to us where the service rooms, restaurant, bars and other such information about the hotel are located. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and needless to say, it was exactly as it was described. Very organised and friendly staff (especially now during COVID-19), the food was very fresh and there was plenty on the menu, it was served to guests by the staff whilst everyone had to wear masks in the restaurant. In terms of activities, there is plenty, from darts to beach volleyball or a game room. There is also a spa, that offers massages, steam room, Russian styled Banya, and a Turkish bath. I tried the spa, and it was definitely worth it, also being able to cool off in the indoor swimming pool. The beach (which is very close to the hotel itself, and there are golf cart shuttles that go back and forth on a regular basis) and the pool are kept clean and everywhere you go, there is a disinfectant which is good. Another great thing about this hotel is that whichever room you get, you always have a great view; either the riverside or the pool and the Mediterranean. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I’ve been to quite a few in Antalya/Alanya regions, and this one wins by far in my opinion.

Staff talks to people using russian language straigh away which very annoying, not everyone coming to hotel is Russian! They should start using English, but! They can’t speak English at all... Maybe few guys from bars, but receptionists don’t understand English speaking guests. Be careful with drinks after midnight! Obviously it’s paid but barmans don’t mention it needs to be paid in a reception when you’re checking out. Guy just took money on the bar. Animations every night - good, but only for Russians. They sing russian songs etc like everything is for them. Also be careful cause Russian people are very rude!!! I was a witness when one guy was waiting for drink and there was only one barman, the other guy was cleaning as there was no que. Russian man screamed to him ‘go to work!!!’. Horrible people. And about good things. Hotel is beautiful, very modern and clean. Cleaning staff 10/10 always cleaning room perfectly. Big up to Omer from Animation team (sorry if wrong) and Tayfun from the bar. This hotel has the worst Turkish food I’ve ever had. Chicken is often raw when grilled and has blood.
The guests are rude and do not know how to que, they push in.

The hotel was more than expected, the service, food and beach are excellent. The wait for cocktails is a bit long but worth the wait, because the barmans are professional and love their job. The sea is a bit of deep after few meters but for a swimmer not a problem. The entertainment was really good and they are trying their best to entertain the guests. The food is really tasty and plentiful, freshly made and for everyones taste. the cleaning is excellent even if you don't leave the cleaning light on they still clean the rooms and make a nicely prepared bed. Also not to forget they brought me wine and fruit plate for my Birthday even thou we didn't ask or anything. All in all more than expected.

In the beginning receptionist didn’t give us bracelets so we weren’t able to order drinks while dinner. The look of a hotel is very nice but everyone from the staff speaks only in Russian. Songs on the show and at the pool were Russian and everything was planned only to the Russian guests. It sucks. Carnival show was very nice, but the caraoke one was for Russian 😂 The cleaning stuff didn’t clean the floor for days, even when we leave a tip. In the bar, the most important thing was to pretend to be a Russian because they were more important to the bar man. We had an amazing holiday here at Bosphorus!The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food was delicious!We were a group of 6 adults and two children (1 & 3) and I had plenty of food choices for the kids as well.The pool was great and the beach beautiful and not crowded. The bus station is right in front of the hotel so if you want to visit Side you can do it by bus with 1€ only. I would only recommend more golf carts for the beach transfer especially at noon when most people come for lunch. And I would also suggest some English courses for the staff as many of them didn’t speak at all! Apart from these recommendations we had a wonderful time here and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time in Side!
