Just came back from visiting this hotel our 1st time in turkey and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was friendly and social able! The animation team was amazing! We will miss them! Very good with all ages my youngest who was 8 up to us adults…. Activities put on day and night. There was a shuttle bus to the beach every 10 minutes although the walk to the beach is only 10 minutes. food and drink available at the beach all included with the all inclusive. We did find the food a bit repetitive however my daughter is coeliac and they were amazing at supplying her with alternative foods however a lot off food naturally gluten free her favourite was the freshly cooked omelettes in the morning! The only negative is cocktails wasn’t included in the all inclusive you had to pay. Our rooms (we had 2) were big and the cleaners were amazing at cleaning it daily as well as giving us fresh towels daily! We Would love to return to this hotel!!!

The area is perfect and just 5 minutes to the beach by walk and they have shuttle service every 10 minutes. Coctails was very good at the pool bar and animation shows was amazing funny. Room was enough big for 2+2 kids and they cleaned our room daily very well. Thank you for amazing Holiday See you next summer dear Hane Sun team 🙂

I've been in this hotel the first week of november, I was the only italian guest (great thing for me), the guests are principally germans and russians. The hotel is very good, close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and if you don't wanna walk there is a free hotel bus every 10 minutes. The food is VERY tasty, there are like 5 - 6 spots where you can eat during all day :) The staff is super kind, I had a problem charging my pc (cable don't enter in turkish spots) and the borrowed me (for free) the correct cable all week. The rooms are good for what you pay, I eas alone and I had 4 beds. I will return here for sure!!

This has been a bit of good and bad. The hotel is nice and clean, has a great pool, great food but the drinks on the all inclusive could be better, charging 8-10 € for a cocktail is way too expensive for being in turkey. The staff were kind of helpful but it was a struggle communicating at times due to language barriers. I found this hotel catered more for the Germans. Don’t book your trips in the hotel, they are much cheaper for the same trip outside. The hammam was a great experience, I had the Turkish bath and sports massage twice in the same week, the only issue is that people were able to just freely use the Turkish bath which really made me feel uncomfortable. There should be a booking system in place for those who do not pay for a package! Please please please for the love of god, do not use the hairdresser, he has butchered my hair!! It’s all different lengths, uneven and not straight at all! It’s ruined!!! my hair was halfway down my back before going to this hotel, since getting home I have had to get my hair fixed and have now lost a lot of length in my hair, I am really not happy about this at all, he did tint my eyebrows and lashes which was fine. I couldn’t even complain about my hair because he had gone by the time I realised after going back to my room. Then we left early the next morning so I’ve taken the lesson. My hair had to be the worst experience of the whole week, other than that it was an ok holiday. It was very quiet and I enjoyed most days, but due to the experience with my hair, the hotel catering more for the Germans, and the lack of communication I would likely not return.

They have really small rooms with mold and small windows , its not like in the pictures. And they have really bad cleaning problems. We requested several times to speak with the manager but he was nowhere to be seen. The staff was mean and didnt speak english. At the reception they gave us (all inclusive) instead of what we payed (ultra all inclusive). IT RUINED OUR VACANTION!!!!

We stayed at this hotel in September 2022. This hotel is not very big, but everything is very well thought out. There is a frequent bus to the sea. The food is of a very good standard. Separately, I would like to note the animation. Team tries to entice all guests and at the same time it happens not intrusively. These guys won't let you get bored. If you want to have a good time, I definitely reccomend this hotel. Stay and you will get fun and tan ☺️

Food quality is below average for most of the dishes, except for fresh vegetables. Poor fruit varieties - only watermelon, melon, apples, pears & oranges; on rare occasions they provided grapes. Middle Eastern dishes have nothing to do with authenticity. Baklava is oversoaked in simple (sugar) syrup and not crunchy. The wall in our room was rotten - will upload a photo. There's nothing that proves the hotel is 5*. It's not even indicated anywhere in the hotel. The only good thing is that the staff is very friendly. Don't recommend.
