...Arrived on the Sept 3rd very kind staff in reception greeted us and showed us our room and helped with our bags. The rooms air on wasn’t on so it was immediately hot inside the room and not any sort of welcome gift... The room had no central light in the middle of the room and the Plug sockets did not work, had to use portable chargers throughout our stay the entire time... The bed was extremely hard in our room and not at all comfortable to sleep in... The Bathroom was well kept and had a really nice big shower but it would keep changing between hot and cold... The bedrooms need sorting out as these are not suitable at all... The rooms air conditioning did not work for 3 whole nights out of the 7 that we stayed which was terrible the rooms were extremely hot and could not sleep...

...We travel a lot and to us this hotel is excellent... Our room was very comfortable, we slept very well, only one occasion we had a problem with air conditioning and contacted reception and it was resolved almost immediately... The cleaners do a really great job of keeping the room spotless...

Don’t use the cash machine directly outside it took nearly £200 and gave me nothing, still to be resolved...

The Wi-Fi was great and could even use down at the beach but the day before our last day it cut off and wouldn’t let us use it anymore which was hugely annoying...

Family of six stayed in two junior suites and we had the best family vacation. Great hotel, friendly and service minded staff, many avtivities and great all inclusive both Food and drinks!... All you can ask for in a week and just outside you have a large shopping mall if you need something...

This is one of the best all inclusive hotels my family and I have ever been to! Extremely impressed with everything, from the tasty, fresh, well cooked food to their amazing initiative to being sustainable, to the kind, welcoming and hard working staff; who are always ready to greet you with a smile... Their water sports facilities are also incredible, we did paragliding for the first time, which I admit I was very scared, but the staff cracked some jokes and made me feel at ease...

...Arrived on the 8th July we arrived very early morning after a 3 hour delay the reception staff still gave us a very warm welcome. The holiday just carried on in this manor for the whole week, Staff just cannot do enough for you food was fantastic all week with plenty of variety we did the BBQ one night which was nice, We couldn’t get booked into the al a carte restaurant as it was fully booked during our week which was a disappointment (the only one all week though)...

My partner and I were slightly delayed on one of the excursions we booked yet the hotel staff ensured that the company waited for us so as we did not lose out... On site shop staff not in the least pushy, in fact, quite the opposite... Cannot praise this place enough...

Well worth the transfer time to get this hotel... At the airport we struggled to find anything suitable but here there were different options every day with vegan protein sources too which was great... Staff were clearly chosen well as they were all super friendly and professional... Lots of sunbeds, loads of space and they supply towels for the beach and pool too... Everything needed for a week of all inclusive relaxation right there in one place...

We stayed for 2 weeks in Aug 2022 for the second time and it was even better than our first trip!... The staff at the hotel are all amazing and welcomed us back - special mentions for Mete in the restaurant, Muhammed and Muhammed Ali at the Purple Turtle bar and Sahin for all of the darts ands boccia!!... The hotel Manager, Mehmet, is fab and makes such an effort to make you feel welcome... Idris the head chef even carved a special watermelon of our son’s face!... Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, it really is the best!...

The staff is very mixed in terms of attitude and service... The last thing is about the transfer that was provided by the resort... We booked a transfer well in advance and it was promised to arrive by the time we got out of the airport... It didn't turn up and I had to call the resort several times... After nearly a 2 hour delay the transfer finally arrived with a very angry Turkish driver...

One of the best hotels we have stayed at... Very clean and well kept all the time!... Love that the hotel grows some of its own veg & seasoning which we saw the chefs picking one afternoon... The complex isn’t too big which is lovely as you feel more attention to detail is given in a smaller hotel... We didn’t have one bad meal or get bored... We stayed for a week and didn’t visit the al a carte as we enjoyed the buffet so much... The hotel room was perfect for the family we had 2 bedrooms and was very nice... The lobby has sandwiches/fruit/drinks you can help yourself to anytime of the day so was great when we arrived starving at 2am!... It had a large baby pool, a toddler pool with slides & an adult pool with slides... Although we was there for the pool party which was just amazing and so much fun... Would recommend this hotel a 100 times to anyone!...

Pool there are plenty of beds but maybe not your first choice of spot after breakfast as a few subbed hoggers around... This was our second visit to this hotel and again we had an amazing time! Tui Blue Palm Garden never disappoints!... The pool is big with many sun loungers around and only few minutes walk to the beach, which is quite pebbly, so I recommend wearing water shoes... It would be nice to hear some nice relaxing music in the last hours of the pool opening hours... There are lots of activities such as boccia, yoga, water polo, archery, table tennis, beach volleyball, darts and many other fitness classes... The staff at the hotel are great - at the bar, restaurant, reception, security, cleaning service... everyone... Overall, we highly recommend the stay at this hotel and hopefully we will be coming back soon!...

I have been extremely lucky to travel to many places in my life, but, I think I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, amazing staff, wonderful variety of food (king prawn skewers, steak carpaccio, fresh fruit, salad and vegetables, on site bakery for example... too much to mention and this was not including the A La Carte choice!)... Spotlessly clean, golf buggies to take you to and from your room if required (included) fresh re-fill of the mini bar on a daily basis, drinks, fruit and turkish delight!... Perfectly situated for going out and about or, just to wander to the beach (2 mins away at the most)... Evening entertainment was superb, cocktail bar amazing plus, 24 hr bar serving drinks, cakes and sandwiches for everyone so it was ideal as we had a late arrival (1am) but were treated to drinks and food... On site shop staff not in the least pushy, in fact, quite the opposite... Cannot praise this place enough...

Lovely modern hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. Well worth the money and perfect for a week away... Good quality food and drinks... Great activities like beach volley ball and water polo throughout the day and lots to keep you entertained, both day and night...

...5 Stars to the staff, management at the Tui Blue Palm Garden. This place is buzzing with energy, the activities are fantastic with professional trainers too... We did archery, salsa dancing, swimming, Zumba and table tennis... So much more here on offer & bookable yourself on the Tui App... Then to relax we had the Daybeds by morning to evening... Then later Spa massages which were fantastic!... We needed this after doing the Tui sight seeing tours; great these were... Tui Blue Palm Garden is as beautiful as all it’s staff... I can honestly say every staff member that we saw was delightful, welcoming and attentive... Oh I forget to mention, DJ Alex hosting the awesome beach party, a lighted music spectacle on their very own private beach... What more could you ask for, a stunning beautiful place, the food on offer so lovely, first class, the cocktails were inspiring & made with good quality alcohol, the live entertainment shows were very entertaining, professional & great music bands playing at The Bar, rooftop area... I would highly recommend Tui Blue Palm Garden & I’m sure you will enjoy every minute of your holiday stay here!...

...The hotel is of the highest standard and the staff excellent and were always cheerful and helpful... The Beach BBQ is very good and the food and staff are excellent... The staff are amazing, really go out of their way to help and serve you and always cheerful... The hotel grounds are well kept and are beautiful... Hygiene throughout the hotel is of the highest standard There are plenty of activities, although it is sometimes difficult to get a booking through the app, as places on some of them are limited... Pool area, No loud music around pool except when aqua aerobics are taking place... Good Pier at the beach and some evenings a guitarist/singer will play at the beach which is a really nice touch and you can see the sunset and get great photos USB points in room and beds comfortable, bathroom decent size and wifi is quite good around hotel... There are a variety of shops nearby and we went to Side in a taxi for the day, which was very interesting In spite of some negative remarks by us we would still give the hotel 5 stars as the hotel and staff are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Tui Blue Palm Garden and would certainly recommend this hotel if you have children...

Excellent hotel, food was the best I have had in this price bracket. But this is an hotel best suited to families with kids, the hotel is full of kids running around screaming...

...They could not do enough to help and this is every staff member from the reception to the restaurant staff the pool team and cleaning staff... The whole place is beautiful all areas were extremely clean... I have been to many countries this was my first solo with my children, I have never felt as welcome, looked after, and comfortable as I have at this hotel... There is not one negative thing to say about this hotel, the staff, the food, the cleanliness was simply brilliant... This hotel is of the highest standard in absolutely every way... Thank you tui blue palm garden to the management the cleaners the restaurant staff you were all amazing... And to Cansu I am especially grateful you made our trip the most wonderful...

...It’s such a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting... All the staff were fantastic and everyone had a smile... It was fantastic to actually be catered for but I feel that a pasta dish every now and then may add a little variety... The Chinese cooking station could have some vegan dishes occasionally if possible?... Our room was lovely and always cleaned beautifully...

...Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, immaculately clean and greeny is so lovely. Check in was a dream, they even take your luggage to your room which is excellent... From the minute you arrive you are made to feel so welcome... Bedroom good size and cleaned everyday... Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, drawers and shelving... We had a speaker in the room which is good if yiu want to play your music while getting ready or sitting on balcony... Bathroom good size with 2 different shower heads, body wash supplied and there was always fresh towels ... Small mirror as well if you want to do make up etc... Plenty of choice of fish,salads, veg, meat and kids had own station... For lunch you could use beach bar purple turtle... Plenty of sun loungers both at pool and beach... Lots of shaded areas available... Beach day beds you have to hire but totally worth it... There would be a live singer or band each night after the show... There were darts and archery as well as fitness sessions... They take such pride in the appearance and cleanliness... Just a 5 minute walk away are some shops as well as a pharmacy...

Well worth the transfer time to get this hotel. Right on the beach, could alternate between the beach and pool... At the airport we struggled to find anything suitable but here there were different options every day with vegan protein sources too which was great... Lots of sunbeds, loads of space and they supply towels for the beach and pool too... Everything needed for a week of all inclusive relaxation right there in one place...

...From arriving until sadly leaving the service, cleanliness, staff, food, drink, pool and beach we're all superb and staff even came out to wave us goodbye. We had dinner in the Levante restaurant and attended the beach barbecue both of which were delicious and personal...

We stayed for 2 weeks in Aug 2022 for the second time and it was even better than our first trip!... We had 2 rooms which worked well and we were in the block nearest to the archery which is a great position... The staff at the hotel are all amazing and welcomed us back - special mentions for Mete in the restaurant, Muhammed and Muhammed Ali at the Purple Turtle bar and Sahin for all of the darts ands boccia!!... The pool and beach parties with DJ Alex were the best, he and Alona will certainly be missed!... The hotel Manager, Mehmet, is fab and makes such an effort to make you feel welcome... The food and drinks are top notch and really can’t be faulted!... Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, it really is the best!...
