This was a relatively new, just opened resort, opening in June 19. Its the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel that is like apartment blocks rather than the classic hotel and I have to say, I prefer it. There were only a few to a block so it meant you had privacy and was nice and quiet. Staff are friendly and accommodating and always smiling. The resort itself is small, no over bearing entertainment teams rallying you all day which I also liked, but there was activities to do if you wanted them. The food was excellent and always had a varied choice. The only downside side for me was that people out there towels by the pool at a ridiculous time, so even heading poolside at 8 meant you couldn’t get a lounger, but that said, there are plenty in the grasses areas and on the beach for you, so you didn’t have to go without. The bars are good and well stocked, and the pool swim up bar was lovely, although there was a lot of children around it a lot of the time. There’s lovely little over priced shops in the resort but you don’t have to travel far to pick up decent prices souvenirs. Thoroughly recommend Manavgat waterfall, where you can find shops stalls and a cracking well priced restaurant. Well worth a trip out. The resort was clean to a high standard and well air conditioned in the room, where there is a well stocked full size fridge with soft drinks. The rooms are modern and furnished well, utilising the space provided in an excellent finish. Lovely quiet resort for a couple, wouldn’t recommend it for more lively requirements though. Fab.

We've stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary in October. The overall design of the resort is outstanding. Minimalist design aspects everywhere. A relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are also designed well. Everything is new and clean. The layout of the gardens, beach and pool area are designed thoughtfully. I had absolutely loved the place itself. But... There are important problems with the staff. I don't mean they are rude or anything. They just don't have any clue about what's going on. The bartenders dont know how to make even the basic cocktails. I asked for a margarita which is one of the simplest ones, they made it with ready made lemonade. This is just one example. We needed to teach the bartenders how to the cocktails right. When we asked for some snacks, they gave us a bowl of roasted chickpeas only. When asked if there isn't anything more they said they didnt recieve yet. How hard it can be to supply a couple of simple peanuts, pistachios etc.? Also the waiters and bartenders use "I don't know" and "We don't have" very much. After breakfast my wife wanted to have green tea in the bistro. They said they dont have ot now. But we did have it yesterday. Sure you must have 1 bag of green tea somewhere right? It's much better to try to find it than say "We dont have". When I asked what kind of rakı do you have to the waiter, he said "I dont know", when I asked what kind of cheese this is the lady behind the cheese counter said "I dont know". That's a shame really. I am not saying these to target the staff, I am sure they are innocent. They are obviously not trained well. There are serious problems with the management and supervision. We only saw the waiters and bartenders. We didn't see any of the chefs, managers or supervisors. They were nowhere to be seen. The 3 main courses (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the main restaurant are good overall. The bakery, grilled meats, pizza&pide, Turkish specialities, most of the desserts were delicious. The fish and calamari were bland. Salad and meze selection were decent. Cheese selection could be better. The cold cuts were really bad. There were only salami, nothing else. Salami with olives, salami with pepper and so on... It's so simple to add some selection there but they didnt. Besides the main courses, it's really hard to find something to eat really. There is a 24 hour open bistro but all you can find there are some cookies, cakes and some cakes. %99 of them are sweet. If you dream of having some snacks with your beer, you just have to stick with chickpeas sorry. No chips, no salty snacks, no peanuts... I regret to say that this resort is missing a great opportunity. It could have been an excellent place if they didnt make these small but important mistakes. The mistakes are so simple to solve I really felt sorry for the effort spent to design this beautiful resort. They have serious problems with the management and supervision of the restaurants, bars and staff. They need to solve them until next season or the future is not bright for the place.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September. The impressions are the most excellent: a respectable contingent of guests, polite and pleasant staff. The hotel administrator (very nice lady) immediately solves any problems if they appear. The hotel is absolutely new, in European style, cleanliness and comfort are everywhere. The room was great, towels and sheets were changed every day, as well as drinks in the refrigerator. In addition to the main restaurant, there are three more restaurants, a cafe and a beach bar. Actually you can eat all day :) Food was fantastic, lot of choice and fresh. On Wednesday they usually have a big variety of seafood, and every day grilled fish. An excellent sandy beach with a good entry, there were always enough sunbeds. All round one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in, we will definitely come back here again next year!

overall a good stay but some things could be better. Check in quick and easy taken to room in golf buggy the bellboy showing us the facilities we passed en route, and then how to operate air conditioning safe etc in our room. The room was small for 5 star accommodation, toilet and shower within the sleeping quarters separated by only a metal frame with mirror offering little privacy whilst using these facilities. The shower leaked badly and although we reported to reception it never got any better thankfully we managed to get extra towels from the maid to continually dry the floor. Storage space very limited open plan wardrobe 10 coathangers, 2 shelves no drawers at all in the room. little things that could be easily remedied at a small cost. The room was however spotless and cleaned every day and the bed big and comfy. Mini bar was well stocked although it was a bit of a hit and a miss if it was refilled, again 3 calls to reception to rectify this. The facilities were of a good standard restaurant offered a plentiful and varied menu at all meal times, waiters very attentive. Beach bar offered snacks and drinks again of a good variety and helpful staff. The bistro was the only area which was air conditioned and indoors but did not offer full bar choice nice snacks cakes tea coffee juice and a few alcoholic drinks, therefore in the evening most people sat at the outdoor bars not much fun if the mosquitoes like you! Entertainment was generally ok a couple of live bands which were good and the usual circus, dance shows at the amphitheatre. The DJ however appeared to have only one set of music which he continually played at high volume no room for conversation at these times. The entertainment team were almost missing apart from the golf and tennis tutor who were excellent, the young boy who went round the pool trying to tempt the guests to try archery was very friendly and always stopped for a chat. The chap who appeared to be the entertainment leader was rude at times to people in the amphitheatre he was mostly to be seen in the bistro and the pool bar drinking coffee. The rest of the staff were friendly pleasant and helpful sometimes the language barrier was a bit of a problem but the waiters especially laughed at this and went for someone who could help, in previous reviews I read that the staff were rude apart from Mr Entertainer this was not the case they were all lovely, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the young waiter who serviced the pool during the day his attention was second to none, he left to go to university on our 2nd last day and even came around the pool to thank us and say goodbye he was an asset to the hotel. The pools clean plenty of sunbeds and lifeguards always on duty sadly as everywhere you go people put towels down and didn't return to the beds making it harder for other guests to get a lounger. The hotel did not appear full during our visit and the last few days staff were starting to pack away some of the sunbeds. I think if the hotel was full problems may have arisen. I would return to this hotel but would not expect to pay the 5 star charge as we have stayed in numerous other hotels in Antalya and Dalaman areas which are of a much higher standard. I would rate this as a good 4 star property but if the few small things were improved it could become 5 star.
