We arrived Sat 8 August for 10 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids age 14 & 16. The resort is huge with the largest pool areas we’ve ever seen. Also an excellent water park with 13 slides and smaller splash park. At the centre of the resort is the bar and entertainment areas which are set in beautiful Polynesian style huts which overlooked the palm trees and sea, couldn’t get a much better setting to watch the sun set. Lots of choice of drinks and cocktails included as part of all inclusive. Food was good quality. Breakfast consisted of omlettes, toasties, waffles, pancakes, sausages and lots more. Good choice at lunch and dinner. Amazing pizzas cooked in pizza ovens. Food was served by the chefs from behind screens due to COVID. It did get a little frustrating having to queue sometimes but it felt very safe. Also disposable masks provided by the hotel were worn in the restaurant and hand sanitiser on every table. Snack bar near the water park as well which we didn’t really use. Evening entertainment was excellent starting with mini disco and fabulous bought in shows in the amphitheatre which had enough space to allow a distance between seating. Our room was a two bedroom deluxe family suite - room 5448 which was lovely and well worth upgrading for the extra storage. Cleaning service was excellent as well. We went to Manavgat market on a Thursday it was about £2 although we had lira for the four of us on the bus which stopped outside the hotel. We got a taxi back which was £10. Worth a trip and the market was not crowded, felt bad for the stall holders. We also used the spa and had package 2 which included Turkish bath and full body massage which was amazing. The feature I loved the most about the hotel was the private beach which ran alongside the resort so it always felt close and accessible. It was fairly quiet and the beach bar was never really busy. The sea had small pebbles which were a bit tricky to walk on, would take jelly shoes for younger kids. Sun beds were plentiful generally I don’t believe anyone who says they could not get a bed! They always put out lots of extra beds on the lovely lawned area. Appreciated the beautifully maintained lawns and gardens it was a pleasure walking round the site. All of the staff worked tirelessly from bar staff, cleaning staff to entertainment team. The indoor gym and pool were not available due to COVID but everything we were expecting was available as advertised to us. Will definitely return to Pegasus World we have already priced to return in October. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Lovely rooms believe me we’ve stayed in worse we was in block 1 . Nice and clean with an amazing shower . The pool area was lovely also kept nice and clean . Parts of the pool were closed about 4 times during our stay due to some parents not using swim nappies 😡 Food was a bit hit and miss I particularly enjoyed the prawns on fish night . Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare queueing for tea and coffee as there was always a long queue . The soups were amazing probably the best we’ve had in hotels and the outdoor food bar was always good loved their pastas and burgers . Most of the staff were fab all polite and very friendly . I found the reception staff so helpful regarding late check out Thankyou to guluzar and baris for your help . The ala carte Turkish restaurant was fantastic really top class food and service. The beach was lovely . Found so many nice little touches with this hotel like cats corners where they put food out for local cats I loved this and love the fact that the Turkish people are animal lovers and the eco garden things I’ve never seen before in other hotels and the ice cream cabin which is on the beach path and FREE !! The water park was good but they have weight restrictions so I couldn’t do a certain flume ride because our combined weight exceeded the limit ( not that I’m fat ) 😂 All in all it was a fantastic break just what we needed . My only gripes were the wasps there was loads and they were stinging anyone and everyone and the lack of good parenting skills by a few of the other guests ( not the hotels fault though ) I would also say donot leave your left over toiletries in the swap box in the luggage room as I did . I went back in to check on my case and found people flying home taking what I’d left putting it in their cases . Leave it for the cleaners I’m sure they would be far more appreciative of it.

Absolutely amazing!!! This hotel exceeds all expectations and I highly recommend it. My husband I and our 14 year old daughter booked this hotel for 17-24th August after TUI cancelled our holiday to Lanzarote. We were quite upset not to be going to the Canaries but THANK GOD we changed to this holiday. It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful & immaculately cleaned, the grounds amazing and the pool enormous. We never struggled for a Sunbed by the pool or on the private beach. The water park was fantastic and we never had to queue very long for any of the 13 white-knuckle slides!!! If we had to queue at the bar or in the dining room it was for only a minute or two. The food was delicious and something to suit every taste. The all-inclusive drinks were great ranging from a simple beer or spirit to exotic cocktails and alcoholic slushes. Every member of staff was polite and always ready to please from the maids, the lifeguards, the waiters all the way up to the management. Our room (3118) was cleaned immaculately every day with the maid leaving pretty sculptures on the bed each day using the towels. The a la carte Turkish restaurant served up the most delicious food. We bought quite a few things from the hotel shop, the prices were a little high to start off but with a little haggling we got some good bargains. I honestly can’t find a single fault with this holiday & we’re already looking into returning next year with our extended family (all 15 of us). The only slight downside was the fact that my daughter left an outfit in the room when we left and although I have emailed the hotel several times regarding this, I have had no reply. She definitely left it & knows where. I’m just hoping they haven’t got back to us yet as they’re busy. Aside from that I would recommend this hotel to any one, whatever age. It’s fantastic.
