First impressions we was a little skeptical. Starting with food... a huge selection for every other person other than English. Hit and miss with breakfast , occasionally got Pancakes but most mornings was more salad and cheese. The food was similar lunch time and dinner. Alot or rice etc. Definitely not catered for a picky 15 year old. Snack time she enjoyed the chips and pizza. Drinks included are softs, wine and beer. Vodka and gin. Cocktails are not included at all. You pay for those separately.
The pool was beautiful , but there was no adult only pool here,( not that we could find).
We paid 5 euros each for the alacarte restaurant and it was a lovely meal.
Also WiFi is only free in lobby area, if you would like it in your room and everywhere else in hotel it's 16euros per phone for a week..
So the animation team...
Sabri is an absolutely brilliant genuine man, could not fault him. We was the only English in the hotel and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. From arranging a boat party, quad biking to even arranging a meal out in a beautiful restaurant up the town for my husbands birthday.
Overall we did enjoy our holiday, just the food let us down. But every member of staff were lovely, even the young lads behind the bar. So I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have chosen this holiday to spend a week by the sea with our two little girls. All inclusive was a must, as the younger one is very allergic to many foods, so having a choice is essential. Unfortunately, the allergy occured on the very first entry of the restaurant. Quite scared how we will manage the menu without knowing the complete ingredients list, we went to the reception for help. They directed us to Natia. She is a warm heart person willing to help, always smiling and helpful. We have arranged the appointment with the Chef and sorted out what to cook for the little one. She seriously obtained her special menu, free of all allergens. What an incredible approach! Many many thanks to both of you, Natia and Cevdet, I will never forget your kindness :-)
Reading the reviews before we decided to buy this holiday, we knew the rooms are modestly furnished and therefore were not disappointed. It's only used for sleep so this is not bothering us at all. Bedding was always clean same as towels. The pools were kept absolutely clean and staff around smiling all day long (and guys on pool bar very funny, too :-D). The animation programs are, indeed, imperfect, as the "yoga" lesson was same every single day from it's beginning to the end. Same with the kinder disco (but our girls loved it anyway). Although being in a tiny minority of Czech people, we felt no harm and can't understand the moans about being treated differently if not Russian or German. All the staff were told we were Czech if they asked and none of them behaved worse after finding out. So, as mentioned in recent reviews, I have to agree, you get what you give! Be nice and enjoy the beatiful mountains and happy people around. And PLEASE, never forget that the hotel staff (including maids, receptionists and maintanance guys) need your tips, as in their culture it is an important part of their salary.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful views from the hotel/pool areas! Staff are friendly and large range of food available. Would recommend booking the Turkish bath spa package which was absolutely the most relaxing spa experience I’ve ever had! The only downfalls I’d say would be the size of the drinks as they put them in the smallest plastic cups, maybe worth looking into larger cups so people can enjoy a full pint rather than a few sips 😊 also having to pay for wifi every day is a letdown. Other than that would recommend this hotel as it’s great value for money!

As an English person I’d avoid there is nothing to eat for British people what’s so ever they mainly catering for Russians, Germans so very difficult for my and my wife to eat during the day we’d have to wait till 2:30 when they did burgers which are really nice
We took our 7 month old baby with us and we didn’t have a baby cot for her to sleep in so she had to sleep in the double bed with us we asked so many times but never got a 100% answer. They also had a lot of sports teams there and the amount of shoving about in the restaurants it’s basically a free for all and it’s hard when you have a push chair. I’ve stayed here 2x it’s not the worst hotel but I wouldn’t stay again
Having said the staff are absolutely lovely bar staff cleaners and cleaners around the pool. We had no Entertainment what’s so ever
The rooms are standard are nice air con is good after a hot day but our balcony was falling apart all in all we still enjoyed our holiday but didn’t get the value of all inclusive for food we went out every night to eat which is not what you want to do on a all inclusive

Very much liked rest in hotel Viking garden 4* -the territory of hotel not big, but very cosy, a tasty and rather various food, pleasant service at all levels: reception, kitchen, clearing. not despite that we have got a number on 1 floor and at first we were very upset, as number oldovat and has no luxury kind on mountains, but is the big plus - overlooking a quiet garden and not to hear music from animation. I would like to say a special thank you to spa centre in hotel and personally to administrator Olga and masseur Sidat for his magic hands, hands of the present healer. So we left refreshed and rested. We walked to the beach on time, and if there were a lot of people, the bus did a lot of walking. We had an impression that tourists in this hotel are valued and we were treated as dear guests: at any request we were instantly reacted, for which I would like to say thank you very much!

The hotel staff is very dedicated. From Nadia in guest relations to Julia and the enternainment group. The lifeguards are very awake. And when my dauhter had a fall by the pool they all rushed in. Julia was quick with cleansing and calming my daughter.
The rooms are a bit old, and maybe need som freshing up. Towels and beds clean. Not sure how I would rste cleaning in rooms thow…
Janitor fixed shower on request quick.
Poolaerea always clean. So the pool. The staff aleays said hello, smiled and fixed beds for us. So bad that the hotel allow people to place towels for many hours and not use the beds.
Shuttlebus to the beach very good. Water very clean and not noisy But stress if u want all the meals. No food at the beach. Maybe simple toasts and chips would be ok?Drinks as local drinks at the hotel. You can buy water in bottles, and expensive chips. We had no need for all the food and had the whole beach alone for 2 hours when all the guests went to eat again😂 Again very good staff at the beach, helpfull and lifegurad present.
Too much plastic jused. Need to find better solution for envirement!
Food very good. And enough. Always.
Spaunit very professional, and good prices. Faysal and his crew🙏🏻😊

Russian guests not so good. Not polite, nor standing in line and never a smile. That has to be hard to go on vacation and never smile? It was bad to see how they treay the staff. Sorry for that.
I recommend Viking Garden and Spa for the people who work there, for the poolaerea, for all the activities for adults and children. The hotel would not be the same without them.

Lill

In general the hotel was quite okay. The employees were best. What we didn't like was the food, the food really needs to be improved, it felt like that was always the same food.
Animation team was the best, especially Dimitri and Julia. They were so helpful and funny. You had fun through dimitri and julia, they had always fun activities otherwise without them the hotel was boring.
It also felt that the hotel is more Russian-like than it should be Turkish-like.
