My family and I have just returned home today having spent a week here. Hotel reception staff were quick to check us in and hotel seemed overall clean. Beds were comfy ,gardens nice ,that’s all that was good about this place. Staff barely spoke any English therefore trying to ask for milk for my tea was a mission, let alone anything else. Food horrendous my partner and I had the chicken kebab on the Friday evening and got a bout of food poisoning.we are still sat at home ill with this! The rest of the party was ok but then again they never had the chicken .there is no entertainment. My 14year old son sat in the reception most of the holiday on his phone ,as he had no one to talk too due to all the guests being Russian ,Turkish etc no British. If you are looking for a hotel to put your head down then this would be it (similar to a hostel) not suitable for British travellers. All inclusive was limited also .

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful views from the hotel/pool areas! Staff are friendly and large range of food available. Would recommend booking the Turkish bath spa package which was absolutely the most relaxing spa experience I’ve ever had! The only downfalls I’d say would be the size of the drinks as they put them in the smallest plastic cups, maybe worth looking into larger cups so people can enjoy a full pint rather than a few sips 😊 also having to pay for wifi every day is a letdown. Other than that would recommend this hotel as it’s great value for money!

on 12.09.2022, we asked the overweight reception employee (white shirt) at the reception for the taxi price to go to the airport. He told us $75. I asked a taxi driver and agreed with him for 800 Turkish liras ($43). The reception employee is a big fraudster.

Myself and my partner booked this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The hotel caters to a Russian crowd I’d argue but we absolutely loved staying here. Staff are incredible and when they are not looking terrified and confused you’re speaking Scottish to them instead of Russian, they are working flat out to ensure you’re enjoying yourself. The little cleaning lady that did our room everyday deserves a special mention as does the young bartender at the adults only pool. There’s only one restaurant and it does try to vary but longer you stay the more predictable it gets. It’s cooked fresh and there is a wide variety. My major issue was lack of vegan stuff available. I think in this time and age businesses need to be aware of being able to just cater one thing. Here’s a few examples of how you could’ve EASILY made this vegan happy: The pasta sauce didn’t need the small nondescript meat in it at all. The fact there’s fourteen different types of meat served separate ensures that folk can still enjoy animal cruelty with their pasta! Likewise with the chickpea dish that was served some nights. It didn’t need the meat in it either. Likewise with the aubergine dish. Tiny nondescript meat in everything. The salad stuff was excellent but definitely needs put under a refrigerated thing, like you do for the cheese, because the flies in it surely make it meat? That’s literally the only gripes, apart from the internet access. It’s ok to browse websites from 1995 but if you try to stream something, good luck! (€3 a day btw, staff should have ski masks when charging you for it!). The hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it. Hopefully they take my constructive feedback with a pinch of salt and definitely no meat.

Positives As much as I critique the staff in the “negatives” section of this review, it should be noted that most of the bar staff (not all though) and the housekeeping are polite and nice to communicate with. Even though we barely understood each other due to the language barrier the housekeeping staff was delightful to interact with and I can only say positive things about them. The housekeeping really put their heart in their work and did their best to make your stay pleasant. The employees at Harem bar, as well as the pool bars and the soft drink bar in the dining area were polite. The hotel, as well as the hotel grounds and the beach, were generally clean. You could always see someone from the hotel staff about the hotel grounds and the beach, checking if everything was tidy. The garden was nice. I liked the little plaques next to the plants explaining what they are and how they may look at full bloom. Very nice touch! Relax area pool was separate from the main area. There indeed was a security guard by the gate checking if you were from the hotel and if you met the age requirement to enter the area. The Relax Zone indeed was quiet and had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is located close to the city centre. Travel suggestions/Stuff to know Very important! - during the check-in the staff will try to scam you and give you a smaller room, even though you have paid for a family one. Be careful! Double check if it is indeed the room you have paid for BEFORE you go up to wherever your room is! The „fly situation” is not as bad as people make it out to be. If there are any flies inside the dining zone then they are a few. I personally cannot recall any flies being inside the building. As for outside - yes, there are flies there, but it is „natural” for bugs to be outside. That said, it’s still not very pleasant and you should consider putting a napkin over your food while you are away from your table. Beware - the beach is probably not as good as you have imagined it. Had I not been in the same situation, it would almost be comical to watch new guests get shocked each time they arrived to the beach for the first time. To get to the beach you take the hotel shuttle which really should be in a scrap yard, but that is not the worst of it because once you get to the beach it doesn’t get any better. To get to the water you have to take an odd walkway that consists of 2 or 3 slim planks thrown on the sand and covered with an outdoor carpet. The walkway is steep and impossible to use if you have, let’s say, a baby carriage with you. When you get to the water it doesn’t get a whole lot of better either. The sun loungers/beach chairs are crammed together under the tiny roof protecting the guests from the sun, so you get no privacy at all. If you want any personal space then you have to drag your chair out in the sun. Nevertheless, it should be noted that there was a sign at the beach entrance basically saying that the hotel staff apologises for the current state of the beach, as they are not guilty for it, but the recent action by the local government to “improve” the shore is at fault for the horrible condition of the beach. If you are not Russian, maybe try to wear some flag or other type of memorabilia from your country, really anything that would clearly set you apart from the Russian speaking population, as this will 1) increase your chances of getting a polite response from the staff and 2) increase your chances of being talked to in English rather than automatically being spoken to in Russian. Not sure if this is a positive or a negative, but there were animals at the hotel. As someone who loves animals, this was great news for me, but if you are someone with fur allergies this might be a real issue. Outside in the dining area there was a group of cats. The cats were harmless, but it should be noted that they were there and sometimes they were a bit too friendly when they tried to jump on the table. Furthermore, by the relax pool there were tiny newts, tortoises and even some rabbits. The animals never bothered you, but as mentioned, it might be an issue for some people. On a related note – when you exit the hotel and walk towards the city centre DO NOT go in the first tour agency you see. While all expedition agencies in Kemer are pushy and somewhat sleazy, the one nearest to the hotel takes the cake in this horrible competition. They will promise you everything just so you’d buy from them. Don’t give in and go see your other options! Negatives Scam: During the check-in the staff will try to scam you and give you a smaller room, even though you have paid for a family one (a larger one). Be careful! Double check if the room that they give you is indeed the room you have rented BEFORE you go up to wherever your room is! I have to note that it might not have been malicious, the staff just doesn’t give a single sh** about your room or what you ordered. Cleanness: The hotel was generally clean. The two main downsides would be 1) our balcony, which was covered in heavy black dust, which I had to clean off myself because the staff did not do it and 2) the towel rack was old and broke after 1 day of using it. It was however fixed the second the housekeeping saw that it was broken (only a few hours after it broke). The beach towels the hotel gives you are old, worn out and most likely have holes in them. Nevertheless, they were clean and you can exchange them daily. The hotel grounds were clean, though it should be mentioned that the upkeep of the lawn happened at the same time the guests were lounging just by the pool, essentially lying down next to a lawnmower. Furthermore, the relax area, while generally clean and well kept, had a weird area that looked like an abandoned old barn. Each time you wanted to go to the relax bar you had to walk by this old weird area, which could have easily be covered up or just fixed. The building in the garden would not have bothered me if it did not look like a post apocalyptic shed. It should be noted that the hotel had an outdated feeling to it. The hotel could use some renovation. Language: I would say a large proportion of the staff do not speak English at all, apart from basic phrases. It really feels like I have to know Russian to be able to communicate with Turkish people... It does not matter what language you speak between the people you arrive to the hotel with, as the staff will automatically assume you are a Russian and will try to speak to you in Russian even if you have no clue what they are saying. Furthermore, even if you try to speak English with the staff they will still try to answer in Russian or use some Russian words to complete the sentence they are trying to say. Staff: For the record, before I start this section I want to have a disclaimer that I am NOT asking for a special treatment, I simply want people to be polite, and the staff was really struggling with that basic decency as you can see below. Some of the employees are really unfriendly. The check-in at the hotel was horrible because of this. The whole ordeal with the check-in left a sour taste of what is to come - I was dreading that if this is how a guest is greeted when they first arrive, then what horrors will happen during the 11 days that I stay there? At check in we were 1) treated as nuisances rather than guests, 2) almost scammed out of the room we reserved, and 3) borderline ridiculed (one of the clerks had a real issue with eye rolling each time you asked something... I would suggest seeing a doctor for this issue, or maybe learning some manners). The staff will not help you with your bags. They won’t so much as tell you that you don’t have to haul your suitcase up the stairs because there is a ramp further to the left of the entrance... they’ll just watch you struggle without saying a word. On the same note – the hotel allegedly had a bell boy. I saw him once helping a couple get their bags and after that I never saw him helping anyone again. He was a scrawny looking guy that disappeared as soon as he appeared. Suffice to say he never helped us and there was just one bell boy for the entire hotel. We were 3 people staying in one room, but we were given only 2 key cards. When asked about this we were told by the man at the check-in desk that he was (and I quote) „already doing us a favour by giving us 2 key cards instead of 1, as we only are supposed to get 1”. This is crazy... I have never stayed at a hotel that does not give you enough key cards for each of the people staying in the room. Let alone a hotel that is supposedly 4 stars... It’s not only unacceptable that the people in the room have to coordinate their every movement, so that they would be able to get into their hotel room, but what also was appalling was the flippant attitude of the staff when it came to this issue - implying that we should be grateful that they even gave us two key cards. The kitchen staff was moody. The emotions they flipped though would have been funny to watch if you were not a person on an expensive holiday and on the receiving end of this bipolar attitude. One occasion the staff would be nice to you and another time they would laugh and mess around between themselves (which is kind of fine, although they should remember that they are at work...), but then they would also try to mess with you – at times they would roll their eyes at something, then sometimes they would get weird if you asked for 4 pancakes instead of 3. At the same time they would sometimes misinterpret what you ask for and instead of giving you the 1 piece of melon you asked for they give you 3, so you end up feeling bad that you may have to throw out food because you just can’t eat so much. Minor details like that. But the thing with minor details is that they add up. The staff do not need to be emotionless, but they should also know basic etiquette and follow it. By the end of our stay I was so tired from this I had to contemplate if the food was really worth it for me to go and deal with the staff’s mood swings again. Speaking of etiquette – the waiter/table cleaning personnel should 1) let you eat in peace, rather than rushing to clean 1/4th of your table each time you finish a plate and 2) work on that attitude that sometimes appeared. It was annoying and it felt like instead of enjoying my evening I had to eat like an army sergeant was behind me and I was already late to the practice. This is not fun when you spend your savings to fly across the globe for a relaxing holiday at a resort... Food: There was a wide range of food to choose from... but it generally stayed the same. Let me explain – during dinner you – the guest - already know there will be some form of stewed meat dish. Every day for 11 days there was stewed meat – hence why I say the food generally stays the same. What did change, however, was the meat type or the type of vegetables it came with. If you are like me – a picky eater – you might end up eating the same thing for your entire stay. It is not fun to eat pancakes for breakfast 11 days in a row, because it is pancakes or dairy/egg products for breakfast (the breakfast does not change at all). Nevertheless, it should also be mentioned that sometimes there were “special dishes”, such as shawarma or boiled lobster. Mind you, this happened only 3 times during the 11 days. Furthermore, unlike breakfast, dinner and lunch had some dishes that varied and generally the food was tasty. I wished only that the food was not so bland. It really felt like they were afraid to add spices or even salt to the food. The “local juice” was not drinkable. It was so concentrated it felt like drinking acid (and this is coming from someone who will gladly drink juice syrup without adding water). Nevertheless, soft drinks as well as tea, wine, etc. were tasty and enjoyable. I cannot speak for coffee though, as nobody from the company I was with, drinks coffee.

Nice family hotel. We have a double room with door between the rooms. Food was the only thing which dropped this hotel to 4 star. Of course we realize that we were in Turkey, bit still... Kemer is a nice looking small place with lots of shopping options. Couple of good restaurants. We went to Land of Legends waterpark, it was approx 1h away from Kemer. Air conditioner worked perfect and 24h reception was great. Very happy and helpful crew with best bartender in the world (Mehmet). If you like swimming and relaxing, this is your place 👍

The hotel had positive impact on my travel experience - nice territory and good buffet. I have arrived to the hotel in 5:30 am, because my travel company was changed the flight time. On the reception the administrator suggested me 40 dillars for fast early check-in. I and my wife and doughter was very tired and i asked to my wife to sleep on the sofa near the reception(seems that conversation heared personal on the office desk), but then i asked to him about reducing price to 20$ and we go to the room, there i again asked about discount and the manager answered: he should ask the director and then he will give me ansver(of cource the answer was YES) and finally we got a good room for 20$ and also the breakfast was included as we got the hotel's braceletes. The room have nice view to the rocks and the garden of oranges. The windows have good sound isolation and the sound from the muslim church didn't interrupt our sleep. The hotel have good territory and if you don't want go anywhere then you can be near the swimming pool. The hotel have very good animation team and they are help to improve our holiday et morning it have several games with adults and after the lunch the childs could play in the kinder room(my daughter really enjoyed it). In the Kemer twice a week opened a market: Monday - is nearest the church a food market and in a next day a long cloth/eastern sweets market(They are start collect tents in a night of monday and works there until the night on thuesday) Several negative words: 1. GYM -the gym have the conditioner and he doesn't work intentionally. Near there are the sauna and turkish hamam and the temperature in the gym is very hot and moistrure as the neighboor swimming pool have detached part of glasses window to get ventilation to the gym but it doesn't help as it is very hot and moisture. About this issue very know a tovel reception guy and on the administration desk. Unfortunatelly they does't fix issue during 5 days. If you will use a gym in this onditions you could get a heart attack or some cardiovascular issue. I requested fix it on the administration several times, but te administrator E'NDER answered to me: "I could just blow(breath) to you as does the fan" and he blew on me from his mouth (the unpleasant smell from the teeth was very strong). - the theadmill doesn't work if i increase the incline(immediattelly stops - it was very dangerous). - The exercise bike stuck if you increase the load Also there is not possible to do any exercises as every equipment or broken or worked incorrectly or have low weight and so on... 2. The boufet near the waterslides doesn't allow to go the food. My child didn't want to eat the food in the standart boufet and once i decided to make a gamburger and feed my shild, but the personal didn't let me take food with me
