My first visit to you was in 2008, with my whole family. We were so well received and became good friends with Ibrahim and all the wonderful staff he has with him. Fantastically good food, for both children and adults. It has resulted in an incredible number of visits to lovely Kemer, well over 30 visits, and 20 of them are at Viking Star Hotell, the others at Viking Nona Beach, and Viking Apart. Such a well-visited hotel, for so many years, naturally gets a little tired, because now we are looking forward to newly created bathrooms during this autumn and winter! But a little wear and tear doesn't matter, when it still appears clean and great. I keep coming back, and my children do as adults too Thanks for us! ❤️❤️❤️

I attended Dance festival for one week 1-8.october 2022. Had room 131 overlooking atrium and swimmingpool. Room generally nice but old bathroom. Nice livingroom and balcony, ok double bed. Nice aircondition. Very good cleaning of room. A lot of smoking on hallway underneath outside picadelly pub and snack bar. A lot of noise from guests in the middle of the night a few nights. Asked reception to talk to the disturbing guest. It took a long time before they talked with them. Pool very good. Sunbeds and tables attached very old. Snack bar food ok. Good coffee. Very tasty pancakes made fresh every day from local woman. Very friendly waiters at snack bar and main restaurant. Some very friendly and talented and english speaking and some not talented in reception. Got good advice about good quality shopping from young turkish receptionist. When had an emergency with friend i did not get proper help from reception. They did not what to do to calm me down or take action. I had to instruct them myself. Very friendly busdriver to hotel beach. Very friendly staff at snack bar at hotel private beach. Beach was clean and sunbeds and parasolls were ok. Not much salesman at beach. Riska massage therapist from Bali made good massage for 25 euro for half hour or 40euro for one hour. The Spa had mould in the walls so astmatic guests should not use it. Nelly at Spa sometimes very friendly and sometimes pushy about sales. Russian lady at fur shop at hotel snitched me in que for coffee at hotell bar. Really rude lady. Very good rooms for dance lessons. Floor at dancing corner outside was not levelled and with old tiles. Good eggs and american pancakes for breakfast and tasty barbeque some nights. Got special food for my diet two nights. Cakes no taste at all. Good fruits and salads. One night we had dinner at ala carte. Main course was really bad. Starter and dessert was very good. Can not call restaurant ala carte. Very close to Mosque. Disturbing prayers 05 in morning and at nap time around 5-6. Very friendly hotel photographer. Waiters picked up dirty dishes to quick. But worked very well. 3 star hotell that need some upgrades. Really nice Turkish night with shows. Bed a little bit to hard but big and clean. Recommend total non smoking hotel. The smoking was really bothering.

Hotel is clean, but furniture is a little worn-out. Hotel’s location is very good-in Kemer’s town. Beach is on walking distance, but hotel have his own shuttle to beach. On Viking Hotels official beach food is good. Hotels Staff is very friendly and hard-working. Pool is big and clean. Most of visitors are adults from England, north Europe, some Russians and Polish, Arabs. Visitors are friendly.

Me and my family love this hotel. We have just returned home from a 2 week stay here and is our second time this year. The location is perfect for a stroll into town for shopping and bars/restaurants, there are plenty of places to book excursions too, we all love a boat trip. The staff at the hotel, whilst not all speak english, there are so many in the hotel that do. For those that take exception to that, perhaps you should learn turkish! We also enjoyed communicating via google translate which was perfectly acceptable. The bar staff were good fun and also the entertainment team led by Soner were equally great. We went to the beach a few times which made a nice change, the free shuttle (so you don't have to walk) is perfect, suggest you check the timetable for this as there is a midday break! Limited food but plenty to drink, though alcohol was chargeable which we weren't bothered by. Very relaxing holiday and also participate in the day/evening activities if you wanted to! Hope to see you all again in April. All the best Jarvis family

This was our 8th stay in Turkey plus twice Turkish Cyprus and unfortunately this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is certainly not a 5-star hotel and the 2022 quality certificate which they boast about in the hotel has no idea how they got it. Old, dilapidated, bathrooms in terrible condition, mold and rust everywhere ... The standard room is only 13 square meters, so please do not count on the fact that it will be comfortable with the children. For children, basically no attractions. The staff, apart from the reception, does not speak English even in lobby bar. Rocky beach about 1200 meters from the hotel, drinks are only vodka, gin and raki, plus wine and terrible beer. They do not leave any water or drinks in the rooms. Only awful instant coffee, espresso and Turkish must be paid for, which I have not seen in any hotel. In addition, the service, except for the reception, is not very pleasant. They are driving out of the pool !!! already at 6 p.m. and from the lobby at 11 p.m. the lights are turned off. Mosque 100 meters from the hotel, which means that you hear their prayers several times a day, also wake up at 5 am guaranteed. The hotel beach is sandy, a few km away dirty and littered !!! Beach bar only open until 4pm instead of 6pm as stated in the information brochure. A hotel rather for couples and for undemanding people. Generally, I do not recommend especially for families with children! Watch out for rooms located in front of the parking / bazaar either right next to a hotel under construction / renovation, about 4 meters from the balconies. If you catch such a room, try to change it immediately, because the holiday will turn into a nightmare. Benefits: Mountain view, rocky beach, hotel location is central to shops Disadvantages: Old, dilapidated, dirty, in need of renovation, service unpleasant for thorough English language training and customer service, free internet in the lobby practically does not work and you have to buy additional paid options, dirty sandy beach and the bar close at 4 pm, drinks even in the lobby usually served in plastic cups. Me and my friends with whom we were, we have a lot of photos and opinions that we can share to confirm my above opinion.

I was in this hotel 3 weeks ago and as most reviews says on here this is not a five star hotel. We had a room with view on constructions works! Most of drinks you have to pay extra. All what’s is including is splash coke, sprite, tonic, not even bottled water! Any ice coffee, cocktails are extra. See attached pics with drinks menu. Hotel has two private beaches which is awful. Firstly it’s quiet far away so I don’t recommend to walk down there from the hotel when is over 40 degrees. We had to do that with 3 years old child because there is no bus for over 3 hrs !!! Small disgusting bar there just with little choose of food and fruits. You won’t get any cold drinks there! Forget it ! Warm water, warm splash drinks and that’s it. If you want to get cold water or beer you have to pay for it. Beach wasn’t nice either. Hotel rooms not bad but bathroom needs refresh, shower doors was broken, standing water while you were taking shower etc. no kettles in the room no coffee or tea - I had to run downstairs to the restaurant during the night to get hot water for baby milk. Bar is open from 10am And 11pm And out of those hours you won’t get anything! Not even hot water or ice. all good what I can say about this hotel is food and staff who can make your stay more pleasant. We had this holiday on very good price for 10 days so I don’t complain as we enjoyed anyway but most of people booked this place for a lot of money and their holiday was completely ruined as they expect 5 star hotel. This one is maximum 3 star so please be mind if it before you will choose this hotel.

It's very confusing how this hotel has a five star. There are lots of three star hotels better than this hotel. It's hard to start to tell, there are lots of bad things so far: 1. Hotel located outside of Kemer, and just next to it there is Grocery Bazaar of the city. Due to the fact that some rooms has a view of bazaar. The bazaar sounds, lots of mosquitos and flies regarding the rotten fruits are terrable. There is enormoıs number of insects and flies all around its hard to eat. 2. There are two beaches belongs to hotel. Both of them requires half an hoır walk. Don't think its all inclusive, you may not even get a bottle of water so you may use auto water machines. If you have a dream about koktails and alcololic drinks and some nice food, at seaside its impossible, you may forget em'all. The seaside is awful, stony sunbeds are too close there are not any privacy. The main beach is close to caravan park and in the mittle of nowhere. Service qyality is terrible. There are services to beach and you have to wait two hours mostly with periods. Luckily we had our own car. 3. The rooms are very old, you may feel the rust and dust everywhere. There are not any king size beds so they are somehow combinig the beds with sheets. We tried to call reception for a decent room with double beds however its not even possible. Airconditioner was not working properly we had to call for technical service. The room temperature can not be chenged it's fixed. You may try freezing until morning or the mosquitos. Up to uour choices. 4. There a re not any free wifi in rooms. You may use free wife only in lobbly and its not stable. You have to pay 3 EURs daily for wifi. It's a total shame for a three star hotel. 5. Food is also terrible, don't wait any traditional Turkisjh cousine. Only mostly very cheep and lowest quality food. Chicken mostly with some salads. And they have only lowest quality drinks available, not coctails. Raki with an unknown brand, a bad beer and worst quality wines. The desserts are very bad, never ever try for your stomach safety. There are not any fruits in breakfast. 6. There is not any animation team or a nice scene. There is a small place near pool they call animation place. The shows, sound system and animation is wretched. You may go outside for fun. As the breaf please dont get piled up as the Five Star All Inclusive Hotel. You'll easily understand it's only a two star hotel and never ever deserves the price-value chain.

Spent 5 days here with my husband. Positives are staff on reception helpful as much as possible, hotel location is central to shops and nice family areas/walks. They shuttle you from hotel to their patch of beach, sunbeds, parasols and towels all supplied. Negatives for us, however, were quite major ones which is why I've rated Three stars. Firstly the bathroom was in need of some tlc, not major though. Apart from 2 ladies on reception who were as helpful as they could be, no one else spoke English. Obviously we are the visitors in their country so shouldn't expect this, but it made our stay quite difficult. The young restaurant/bar(foyer) staff, who do work very hard often looked fed up with us, as though we were inconveniencing them. The restaurant staff and chefs could never tell us what was vegetarian..apart from salad ! We were wrongly advised to start with and ended up eating potatoes with tiny bits of mince in, after which we had to scrutinize every dish ourselves. There was always plain pasta with a separate pan of tomato sauce, plain rice then it was a case of basic veg...not 5 star food by any stretch !! Staff when asked didn't really seem to understand the concept of vegetarianism ! Food was geared for Nordic countries and Turks. On the last evening all I could eat was salad, along with mushrooms...and one of them turned out to be a piece of sausage !! Nothing was allergen labelled either. Other major gripes were all inclusive services end at 11pm, so can't get a drink, or even cup of tea after that as there's no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. So absolutely nothing after 11pm. Wifi was only free in the foyer and so low we could never get it, paid £27 for five days in total for both phones. Been to many all inclusive s and this has always been free. Hotel and Kemer not English friendly, perhaps 2 of the staff could understand us, heard a handful of English around Kemer who seemed as lost as us! trying to get transport and sort ourselves a trip was a nightmare. My final gripe, not the hotels fault, but maybe they need to consider this, is there was a building being constructed right next to ours so from 8am the drill, saws noise started, men walking along the roof next to our balcony so I couldn't get dressed in the room or sit out. We pretty much kept our heavy curtains closed all the time. So, to summarize, even though centrally located and comfortable, the lack of any type of variety for vegetarians and the fact this hotel, and Kemer as a whole caters for Turks, Skandinavian and Russians customers made it difficult to plan Trips, get a decent meal or be made to feel particularly welcome there. Certainly wouldn't go again but do appreciate the lady on reception who really helped contact our transfer.she is the reason I would go the extra half star if I could go three and a half.
