Our expectations were exceeded in every way!!!! We had two swim up rooms which were fantastic clean and the cleaning ladies were super helpful whenever something was needed. Also the guest relation manager was very helpful with organizing a birthday. Everything was on time. Pool area and the activities were great and fun. Service in the restaurant was super attentive, service at the bar also very nice. All of us had the best time with Ronaldo - a truly great warmhearted guy. In the end it was the funniest time and best holiday ever. Wish to go back!

We stayed at this hotel in October. We liked everything very much. We were very lucky with the weather. I would like to pay special attention to the SPA center. Special thanks to the staff for their attention and hospitality. Special thanks to Isa, Aigul and Fernando for their help in choosing procedures and for special attention to the hotel guests!

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location with its own private beach. All inclusive really is with 5 bars open while we were there and with both local and imported drinks. The restaurant is of good size and offers 3 meals a day plus there are a variety of other snack options throughout the property - burgers, Gozelmi, Kebabs, Pizza, Pasta, Patisserie etc. WiFi coverage was a little patchy but better than other reviews suggest. We were delighted to be upgraded to a nice sea view with a corner balcony and outdoor double jaccuzi but it did take an hour to fill and water was never very hot. Nevertheless, the room was spotless, bed comfortable and maid service efficient. There were some negatives for us although, whether they are negative for others will depend on the audience. They insist on playing loud music round the pool all day when I want tranquility on holiday and the staff, while speaking fluent Russian, have a limited grasp of English. There was an extensive offering in the buffets but a lot of stews and an absence of many expected Turkish staples; pitta bread was more like foccaccia and I saw a total of literally 4 stuffed vine leaves in a whole week. The spa was very good and excellent value but I would have liked the indoor pool to be slightly heated. Overall, I would return

We were at Dosinia in September. Our experience was great! The Resort is splendid with beautiful views. Here is where I proposed my girlfriend and the staff from the hotel made everything they could to make us an unforgettable experience and they succeeded! Food was not great but it was impossible to not find something that you like to eat. You have a lot of snack bars in the resort and you can eat traditional Turkish cousins or international food, from burgers to fajita’s, burritos, waffles and more! The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Friendly staff and director! I want to give thanks to Tașkin for hearing me and helping me surprise my future wife! We are considering going to honeymoon back to Dosinia. I definitely recommend it. It’s an experience that I have regretted if I have missed it. P.S. My birthday was in the beginning of September and at the arrival, in the room was a birthday postcard with an extraordinary delicious cake.

Krásný nový hotel, hvězdičky úplně odpovídají, jídlo pestré a každý den jiná nabídka, každý den program, bary na vysoké úrovni, obsluha ochotná a skvělá, personál hned řeší jakýkoliv problém, ale s přítelkyní jsme neměli s pokojem žádný problém, a když jsme potřebovali třeba přikrývku navíc tak jsme zavolali z pokoje a hned nám ji přinesli. Bary u bazénu a v hotelu do 23:30 a pak uvnitř hotelu irský bar do 3 do rána a v areálu taneční klub do rána a pití všude v ceně! Co se týče pláže..přejdete malou komunikaci do další části hotelu a jste u baru a pláže ... pláž sice oblázková, ale vyřešeno dlouhým molem a na konci sestup přímo do moře ... takže se toho nikdo nemusí bát ... při řešení čehokoliv ochotně dorazí sympatický manager hotelu, který se vám snaží vždy vyhovět. S přítelkyní se Budem do tohoto hotelu určitě vracet!! English: A beautiful new hotel, the stars are completely correct, the food is varied and every day a different offer, the program every day, bars at a high level, the service is willing and great, the staff immediately solves any problem, but my girlfriend and I had no problem with the room, and when we needed perhaps an extra blanket, so we called from the room and they brought it to us right away. Bars by the pool and in the hotel until 23:30 and then inside the hotel an Irish bar until 3 in the morning and in the area a dance club until the morning and drinks everywhere included in the price! As for the beach.. you cross a small road to the next part of the hotel and you are at the bar and the beach ... the beach is pebbly, but solved by a long jetty and at the end a descent directly into the sea ... so no one has to worry about it ... at the friendly hotel manager, who always tries to please you, will be happy to solve anything. My girlfriend and I will definitely return to this hotel!!

With “luxury” in the title of this resort, you’d be forgiven for assuming that there would be elegance, comfort and exceptional service at the Dosinia. Perhaps there once was but sadly, this is no longer the case. As much as I try and give balanced reviews, it was extremely difficult to draw out the positives to counter the negatives. You’ll likely read a response from the Dosinia management in which they thank me for the feedback, provide assurance that the points will be taken on board etc. etc. etc. However, if you take a few moments to look at the reviews added prior to this one, you’ll quickly recognise that the below points have been repeatedly raised with no apparent action taken to fix them. The reception / lobby of the Dosinia is classy and stylish. Our check-in was easy but of note, the Staff Member didn’t speak much English and had to be reminded to give us our all-inclusive wrist bands and to return our passports after photocopying them. Our room was 3012, located in a satellite block at the rear of the main building. We found a double bed, a single bed and very limited storage space. The room was clean enough and the AC was in working order. A very average room. Wi-fi was fairly decent despite us being so far away from the main building. The hotel is at the base of a breathtaking mountain range. The grounds are well maintained, beautiful and are spacious throughout. A particular highlight was the various hammocks found under well established orange trees, that look onto the surrounding mountains. The local bus service to nearby Kemer stops outside the side entrance of the hotel and for the equivalent of a couple of pounds, you can hop on. There is a dedicated beach section (accessed by crossing a road) which is very small and constantly heavily occupied. Like the sun loungers by the pools, the hotel doesn’t have a policy that prevents the reserving of loungers the night before or very early in the morning. Accordingly, you’ll struggle on occasions to be able to use sun loungers. The dining hall is large and we never struggled to get a table. There is no queuing system and I’d describe the way things work as chaotic, occasionally becoming ‘organiser chaos’. The guest demographic seems to be about 95% Russian and this means that people will appear to push in, in front of you as you access the buffet and not give way as you carry your plate, as you might expect. We’ve holidayed in other countries / resorts where there have been a high concentration of Russian guests, and this appears to be the usual. There was a wide variety and we never struggled to find anything to enjoy. The locally made baklava was a particular food highlight. At lunch time, there are outdoor food outlets (pizza, pasta, salad, kebab, Mexican) and all the food was of a high standard. However, on most days we encountered rudeness, sneering, disdain for guests generally and that many of the male waiters and bar tenders were only interested in speaking with girls aged between 14 and mid-20’s or watching videos on their phones. The local alcohol served was surprisingly good and the selection of soft drinks, cocktails etc. was excellent. However, we also encountered rude bar staff (the majority rather than the minority) and of note - on one occasion we had a ‘tip box’ moved in front of us when we asked for a refill (all inclusive). By day 4, we approached the ‘Guest Relations Assistant’ (a non-Turkish National who spoke very little English) to highlight some of the issues. Owing to the language barrier, and despite the use of a Google translator, nothing appeared to be taken on board and nothing changed. We paid for spa treatments within the hotel spa. The treatments and facilities were exceptional, with the advertised prices being fair. We’d read a previous review that warned that we’d likely be cornered after our treatments and told that further treatments were medically necessary and should be booked immediately. I’m disappointed to tell you that this did happen to us, but even more disappointingly, immediately after our treatments with a significant amount of sales pressure from the Spa Attendant. Greed. The room was visited by a member of housekeeping staff daily. We saw that other than a brush of the floor, the emptying of our bin and the replacement of our towels - nothing else was done. We didn’t get our room fridge filled with water daily as promised and instead had to collect water ourselves. Overall, we regret booking this hotel and the service we encountered is not in keeping with the usual high standards to be found elsewhere in the country. There were some good points but unfortunately the majority of the experience was negative. Whilst we don’t expect everyone to speak English, it was noteworthy that very few staff spoke even a basic level of English. This meaning that simple tasks like ordering a latte were difficult. Would we book here again - no. Would we recommend this hotel - no. Would it take a huge amount of work to turn this hotel around to be excellent - no. Best part of our stay - the views of the mountains that surround the resort. Worst part of our stay - the consistently poor standards of customer service.

My husband and I stayed here towards the end of August. I just want to start this review off by saying my husband and I are from the UK. When we arrived at the resort our first impressions were that it looked nice. The reception is decorated nicely and is quite spacious. When we were shown to our room we again thought that it was a nice room however, the TV did not work and at 1 am (we had a late check in) reception sent someone to repair it, the repairman then proceeded to change the entire TV (which we thought was strange at the time) we tried to go to sleep so that we could wake up and enjoy our holiday. Throughout the night I noticed that the AC would periodically switch off ( which was extremely annoying considering the temperature in Antalya at the time was 35 degrees Celsius), needless to say, we both had a very broken sleep that night. We woke up at around 8 am and decided to speak to reception and request a room change, when we approached the reception the receptionist did not speak English however, he was able to advise us to return at 9 am when his manager would start his shift. We then went down to get some breakfast until this time. Unfortunately, breakfast was not catered towards the UK or even the Turkish diet and consisted of mainly Russian foods. There wasn't even a toaster! At 9 am we went back to reception and met with the manager who also did not speak English very well and asked us to come back at 10 am and speak to guest relations. We decided to go and sit by the pool whilst we waited. When we returned at 10 am guest relations asked us to come back AGAIN at 12 pm and they would have a room change. FINALLY, at 12pm we were given a room change. Our new room was great and the AC worked fine. Coming back to the food... the indoor dining does NOT cater towards the English diet ( which I have previously mentioned) the indoor dining is what I would rate as below average, it does not look appetising and often we would just eat bread. The outdoor stalls are slightly better however, they only serve food from 12-4 pm so there is no other option at dinner time but to eat indoors. As there are no restaurants nearby the hotel is the only option. Some positives; the pools are lovely and there is room for pretty all guests, the beach is lovely and as Dosina have their own beach chairs there's also someone to relax. The SPA is excellent and we really enjoyed our treatments there. The waiters are friendly and will bring you drinks when you are by the pool HOWEVER, they will ask for a tip. The coffee and tea stall is great and is available all day which is lovely. As a whole this hotel is FINE. I would advise UK tourists to maybe look elsewhere ( even closer to the main city of Antalya or even near Lara beach) as this is definitely a hotel for Russian tourists.
